I just came back from a long day trip to Bruge and Gent which I can say was very beautiful thanks to a gentleman named Stephen , he is incredibly knowledgeable, expert professional with a great sense of humor so you won’t feel bored. He can reallly make you travel in time and feel the sense of every place. I can’t take you enough Stephen. Without forgetting the drivers both Saeed for the Brussel city tour and Hussein gor bruge and Gent. They were both talented drivers who drove courteously and professionally. I couldn’t enjoy my trip without being safely driven . Thank you so much. For all, planning to come to Brussel, don’t regret and book your tours with Brussels City Tours and look for Stephen, he will make your day memorable However, Things they need to improve: despite having a big fancy office, they don’t have toilets, well this is what we were told .. Second, I asked for wifi access and the lady said they don’t have.. So, in brief Pros: the taking living encyclopaedia Stephen ❤️ Cons: no toilet , no wifi in the office

Great tour of Ghent & Bruges and also Luxembourg city and Town of Dinant. Excellent Tour guides in form of Andrea and Stephan and a great driver Mohammed. But front office fails miserably on HUMAN RIGHTS basic necessity of providing a washroom facility for elderly , hypertensives on medication, Diabetics who all need to frequently go for especially urination, as all passengers reach the office 30 minutes prior to the departure and the 1st stop to use washroom facility is a good one hour past the start of a bus trip. So if one also factors in about 30 minutes that a passenger takes from his hotel to the Brussels city tour office .....we are literally putting the aggrieved passengers to sheer discomfort for a good 2 hours . Hope a Urination facility be provided in the office in sync. It calls for attention of HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION. EVERY reputed travel agency across the world does it now. Time to wake up and act. Rest a wonderful experience with all the front desk pleasant staff too.

Just before departure for the tour I informed the staff that my special daughter needs to use the toilet. He informed me if she goes tour will leave. Again I repeated the request and emphasised that she is special child. It didn’t make any difference to this heartless staff. In front him I informed to actual guide & he agreed. But exact 8:30 heartless staff came to guide & asked him to leave & he left in my amazement. After my daughter came out of toilet we practically ran to catch the group which we did. Surprisingly we had to walk one KM to bus stop when bus could have come much closer. On top of that we had to wait for another half an hour before bus arrived. What was shocking and unbelievable why the staff member was adamant that she shouldn’t use the toilet knowingly she is special child. Only thing may be to him Asian special child is not human and not worth the wait. Never forget this horrible treatment. I almost didn’t take the tour.

I took their Bruges and Ghent tour(English) today. This was a well-organized tour, and our tour guide was fantastic. The guided portion of the tour was very informative, and we had plenty of time to explore on our own as well. Ghent is much smaller in terms of area, when compared to Bruges. I spent my time after the guided part in Ghent by getting a hot chocolate by the canal, and then walking around the streets. Once you separate from the group, it’s so much easier to click pictures at your own pace. In Bruges, I got lunch and then took a boat tour. After that, I got some chocolates (Chocolatier Dumon) and fries from the stall on your right when you’re facing the Belfry tower (I recommend trying the fries with Andalouse sauce). Once again, I want to give kudos to our amazing guide, and our bus driver who drove us around very safely.

Andrea was our guide for the tour to Bruges and Ghent. Her knowledge was average, and she walked as if she were alone, not considering the group behind her. After an hour of walking in the rain in Bruges, half of the group was annoyed. Andrea walked fast, breathed heavily through the radios, and didn't use the company umbrella, making it unclear which group to follow near others. I had hired a bus to avoid waste time, but in Bruges, the bus stop was almost a 30-minute walk from the city center. The group was exhausted and annoyed after the first walk, and the pattern continued in Ghent. I don't recommend this experience; it was by far the worst excursion I've had while traveling.

Very tiring. The bus is not comfortable. The guide doesn’t share the walking route so people can have bit of flexibility. Guide was also bit impatient with people’s queries. Would be great if the company can supply a map of the walking tour with time when guide will leave at each point. Also the time allocated was not sufficient to cover the main attractions. Very strangely there was a two hour stop at their recommended restaurant “Vivaldi” not sure why we stopped there for lunch of all the other beautiful places. Overall disappointing and not recommended.

Took 2 tours with Brussels City Tour and loved them both. Especially we enjoyed the group tour to Luxembourg & Dinant. The tour guide Albert was very knowledgeable, organised and had an excellent sense of humour, which made our day so memorable. Albert went above and beyond to show us additional places that were not covered by the standard tour program and provided recommendations on what more to see to ensure that we enjoyed the tour. Would recommend Brussels City Tour to any tourist or local who is looking to explore and learn something new!

I booked a Ghent and Bruges tour via Expedia. The tour gathering time was early in the morning and participants must attend the gathering place in their office to check in 20 min before the tour time. It was a long tour so better be ready with some snacks and drinks for the coach during transport. There is an hour lunchtime halfway before touring Bruges so better be ready to finish your meal in the area upon arrival. If you miss the meet-up time, you will be left behind after a few minutes of extra waiting time.

We signed up for two day tours to Bruges & Ghent via GetYourGuide & the guides who took us on the tour very informative. They took special care to tell us about special details about each location and mesmerised us with tiny details. The bus rides to each location were very comfortable as well. Both our walking day tours easily lasted at least 2 hours. P.S: Make sure you are at least 10 mins early at the pick up stop to make it easy for you to find the right tour guide and line up for the tour.

Me and my husband were only in Belgium for 48 hours and wanted to get the most out of our trip, so we booked an eight hour tour with Brussels City Tours. Our tour guide was Josephine, and I am not sure how the other tour guides do their tours, but Josephine was absolutely amazing in all the best ways! She was witty, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. If we ever make it back to Brussels we would definitely book again with Brussels City Tours. Great experience!!

Great day tour to the beautiful cities of Gent and Bruges. Takes you through the important places and monuments. Lot of walking involved, as is normal in most European cities. The pleasent sunny weather was perfect for the outing. Multiple languages available. Avoid the restaurants recommended by the guide, as they are expensive and recommended so that the driver and guide gets free lunch. Also includes an optional(additional cost) boat ride at Bruges.

We took a tour of Ghent and Bruge with Jan and absolutely loved it. The tour guide (Jan I think) was excellent, we visited some amazing places and he had a deep knowledge of the history for each place. He also went the extra mile to make sure we got the most out of our tour. We are definitely coming back for more tours here!

Great tour. However would recommend the tour guides take a flag with them so it’s easy to find them whilst walking around the city. Also, there wasn’t heaps of time in between each activity to do what you want. You got about 30m max of free time, which wasn’t a lot considering how much walking you need to do.

We went on a full-day tour of Burges and Ghent with our guide Andrea. The pace of the tour was excellent, with walking tours of both places, good historical information shared and good free time to explore on your own. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this if you are staying in Brussels.

I did the tour today with my boyfriend Overall I think it was totally worth it. Our driver was Philip and our guide was David. Both of them were really kind and helpful. Enough free time, nice information about the sights without it being too much or boring. Nice suggestions for eating and drinking 5stars

We had amazing Tour to Keukenhof Tulip Gardens with Stefan. Wonderful 12 hours Tour in comfortable seating in Bus, very well organized and punctual too. Stefan is very well knowledgeable Tour Guide who took us from History of Belgium-Holland and History of Tulips and Keukenhof was Cherry on Cake.

The lady in the office was very helpful and the tour guide Andrea was full of knowledge and a great delight, you could tell she reallyenjoyed sharing the cities of Gent and Bruges. The day flew by and we got to explore a lot of amazing places. …

I used this company twice during my recent visit to Brussels, very well organized, clean buses, on time and the most important the guides. Andrea was good and Lora was exceptional she does her work with love and caring.

The office is nice and located in brussel center. People there are kind and prices are fair. The tours are ok as well. on the tour i took we had a problem with out bus and needed to come back with the train instead.

Good trip. But no toilet in their place before we start a bus trip of 3 hours. That's a pain. Trips are a bit hurried.
