I Have used this place twice.. went early ( 6:30 am) b4 it got crowded... the 4 machines i used worked ok except for one that had a cranky coin slot... the $4.50 and $3.50 machines are really big.. it is extra for hot wash and high soil wash. ( $.50) my biggest complaint is that the washers are set to spin at low speed... so they come out very damp and heavy... this is surely to make clients spend a lot more on drying costs than they should.. this is a very low life practice in my opinion... only reason i m going there is that my washer broke and i am waiting for delivery of new one.. i cannot imagine having to spend $30/$40 a month for laundry... i met the owner once and let s just say the experience left an over-all impression that he is , not to use vulgar language, not a nice ,honest man....

This place could use some good management and maintenance! Some of the laundry machines need their coin acceptors are broken and won't always accept your coins. You can really get screwed sometimes. Image half of your coins are stuck inside and your detergents are already poured, but the machine won't accept any new coins! You call the owner, hey does he ever pick up? Don't even get me started on the WIFI. It's never worked for me -- again it never helps to call customer service. What's wrong with hiring someone to take care of the place? The bathroom is always a mess! I guess when you're a monopoly, you do whatever you want and you'll still get patronage!

they are thieves. My laundry service idiot from CLSC (I am partially disabled) went to do my laundry there tonite. Machine broke and clothes are stuck. I screamed into the owner's voice mail basically demanding my clothes or 250$ - estimated value of my clothes and told him to apologize to his mother for being such a disappointment and thank her for not aborting him. Still hasn't called back. I'm looking for a lift and I plan to break the machine to get my clothes... enough is enough.

Huge homelessness problem. I got approached today by one (the guy who pretends to be deaf asking for bus ticket change) and kept asking for money when I didn’t have any on me. He pointed at my jar containing my laundromat coins thinking I had exchanged them with cash but I used my card. He proceeded to THREATEN me gesturing he was going to stab me whilst also hitting my arm three times

Les machines ne fonctionnent pas la moitié du temps. Quand tu appelles le numéro indiqué dans la buanderie parce que la laveuse que tu utilises s'arrête et reste pleine d'eau, tu te fais quasiment envoyer promener et on te raccroche au nez et quand tu essaies de rappeler tu tombes directement sur la boite vocale. L'endroit est sale.

When the machines don't work the contact number is useless because a rude man is who answers it and according to him the machines work perfectly eveb though they do not work. It is a waste of time calling this number. Do not add money for a complete drying session before testing the machines because they can keep your money.

Difficult to find a machine that’s working, machines to exchange coins take your money without giving the coins, distributors with soap & products are actually empty and you only find out when you waste your money since it’s not written anywhere. No maintenance whatsoever.

This place is dirty and the manager is not helpful. Every time I called cause a coin got stuck or machines don't work, he is telling me ok next time remind me to give you the money. Are you kidding me? How he even knows who i am? Don't go there

Usually it's good but its been two times now that I go for washing my clothes and the machine is broken but there is no sign on it so I loose time and money. Plus the wifi is not working for some weeks now.

Aucun entretien, les machines sont dégeulasse. Les sécheuse sont trompeuses la moitié ne fonctionnent pas donc vous allez payer pour rien. Fuyez cette peste, d'autres buanderies offrent un meilleur service.

Economical and has many washers and dryers so you don't have to wait.. free Wifi and accessible by car or bus. It's right opposite to thr 160 East bustop

Most of the machines don't work most of the time. There's no way the customer could know which one is working and which one is not.

3 washers and 2 dryers took my money and did not work. Cost me 5 or 6 dollars on machines that are not working. I will not return.

Une machine sur 2 est brisée et vole ton argent. Le coût revient aussi très cher (4.50$ lavage + au moins 2$ séchage)
