products smell okay but terrible atmosphere. I went there a couple of weeks ago and after less than 10 seconds browsing, a saleswoman with long black hair forced her up on us with a 1000 different questions and gave us a salespitch which sounded so fake that we wanted to leave as quick as possible. Some products smelled okay so we decided to ignore it and to browse some more. We told her that we've been to other bodycare shops before that have the same kind of products and she immediately started to trashtalk the other brands. How hers were the best and how the others were terrible, disgusting, a waste, ... (not exaggerated) It was so rude that we, despite the good smelling products decided to leave the store and I'll never step a foot in to that store ever again. (I normally never review anything but I was so disgusted by how she handled us and the situation.)

Winkel voor gezondsheid en schoonheidsartikelen. De zepen kleuren héél mooi, maar vindt ze te duur. En mits sommige zepen zo fel kleuren, vind ik ze soms onnatuurlijk overkomen, maar dat is mijn persoonlijke mening. Wel mooie kleine interieur artikel. Personeel vriendelijk, maar de Meneer wou zoveel verkoopspraat vertellen, dat het begon te vervelen.... en dat men geen goesting meer heeft om te kopen. Het komt wat te geforceerd over. Nette en overzichtelijke winkel.

One of the best bodycare(soap) in the Europe, lady Klodeta is very nice to explain me different products, which makes me feel she’s truly love the products!! Like her a lot! Finally I buy a package of Dead Sea mud and Agen oil soap. I use for two days and works well, at the meantime my house is full of this pleasant smell !:) Besides that, they have some great smell soap I wish I can try them all!

It's a hard deal to get inside the store, as the door is hard to open. Not up for a great start. The products: soaps, bath bombs, perfume all smell really nice. Prices are at the high end but that's to be expected for luxury products. The staff is really enthousiast. The shop is somewhat oddly designed, creating bottlenecks to go from one side to the other.

Service super goed. 2maand was het geleden dat ik eens terugkwam, ze herkende mij en mijn vriendin nog altijd en ze was super enthousiast. De vrouw die daar werkt geeft je een goed gevoel en over alles krijg je genoeg uitleg. Bruisballen zijn zeer goed en de zeepjes ook. Hier kom ik zeker terug

Really great shop and really friendly staff. Can switch between English and Dutch fluently. Got some stuff for my eczema and it has really helped it’s clearing up, thank you for making my experience in Belgium that bit better. I can’t remember their names but it was two women …

Heel vriendelijke jongedame die me goed begeleidde in hun producten. Heb 1 product voor haar, huid en scheren... weg met al die plastik bussen... een klont zeep is voldoende voor alles volgens de juffrouw, maar dat klopt niet. Maar de zepen reinigen wel goed en ruiken heerlijk.

Smells like meadows in summer.. Products are great.. Loved the sweet vanilla salt and oil scrub.. Soaps are amazing as well

Verkopen zeer goede producten. Soms een beetje te vriendelijk verkoopster die perse alles wil uitleggen.
