This place is so unprofessional. My wife had an appointment scheduled a few weeks ago. The people behind the desk said they couldn't confirm her insurance and said she'd have to pay for the appointment even after she verified the visit was covered herself. So she rescheduled until they could verify it and they charged her $50 for a no call no show. We were physically there at the building. We called and spoke to Patty and she said that charge shouldn't have been on the account and scheduled her another appointment for today. The one that's supposed to "greet" you at the door had an attitude and basically screamed at my wife saying she owed them $50. She explained that she spoke to Patty but she wasn't there. I don't know the "greeter's" name, but she's a fat Mexican lady with black hair. Very rude, very unprofessional, and we won't be going back. NO STARS. They seem to be more worried about money than the well being of their patients. My wife said she was sick and explained her symptoms but the doctor ignored her and began to ask will insurance cover this or were we paying. She totally disregard what was going on and walked out of the exam room when she realized we were paying.

This was my childrens doctor for years. I finally switched due to long waiting times. They rarely answer the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back to schedule an appointment. They say if a message is left by a certain time, you get a call back on that same business day. That's a lie. A few times I've had to call and leave a message multiple days to set an appointment. Once seen there's about an hour minimum wait in the waiting room, even with an appointment scheduled and about another 30 minute wait once your name is called. I tried going back to have my son given shots since his new clinic was temporarily out of shots. I scheduled an appointment which he showed up for with his father, but wasn't let inside due to a sore throat. I get the reason for not being seen, but when I called back to reschedule him a week later, they were trying to charge me a $25 no show/ cancelation fee.i tried to explain that we showed up and he wasn't feeling that way till he day of and was told we had the option to set up a virtual appointment which we denied because he needed shots. I feel like the fee should have been waived.

The most unprofessional, unorganized, uneducated and unethical "doctor's" office I have ever been to. They are not on one ochord, everyone gives out different information and then gives the paying customer the run around! I've NEVER seen such a circus in a professional setting. After making you pay $10 just to fill out the paperwork for my child's school, they wrote the WRONG medication type and dosage. Do you not have medical records? Get this. They made me pay for a prescription order (another $10) and then sent the WRONG amount of pills! You can't take the pill mg multiply to get the daily milligrams needed and then multiply by 30 days? Shut this place down.

Waited for an hour and a half before seeing a doctor. She just wasted my time did not give me any useful information. I had to ask her so many questions because I needed answers and she seemed eager to leave and didn't even ask me once if I had any other questions. She couldn't even tell me the price range for a test I could take so I declined it. Paid $25 for a rushed doctor who couldn't care less about my health.

This place gave my wife so many problems yesterday the all Spanish staff was very rude and 1 even physically grabbed her...and out spit I even believe she didn't call 1 of our prescriptions in ...I called back about 4:00 yesterday they told me they would call it in but never did...my children have been going to her for years but they want be back. ...so disappointed

I see a lot of fake reviews giving 2 thumbs up then I see real reviews giving 1 star with an actual story behind it. Whats real and whats fake? The funny thing is that when I called I could tell that the nurse was doing all she could but their scheduling system is terrible. Get these girls something to work with. Its broke so fit it

They are absolutely wonderful here. I've seen many eye doctors in my lifetime and they are amazing when it comes down to explaining in detail why and how your eyes are working the way they are. They're absolutely friendly and have been really efficient at maintaining social distancing practices during the Covid pandemic.

Front Staff is great!! Specially Alondra! So polite and cordial. Maria medical assistant also is so polite she explains everything so well. Dr. Rana is a great doctor always answers all my questions and concerns. Great staff!

The girls at the front desk are very nice ! Dr. Rana is great she sometimes walks around like she's tired all the time but she answered all the questions I had I bring all of my teenagers here!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr is very attentive and asks allot of follow up questions to ensure she understands. Me and my daughter both are patients and highly recommend!

The doctor and staff are very great! The wait time is not so long ,pretty short and quick as well as the consultation . I would definetly recommend to others!
