I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, but to say I was frustrated would be an understatement. The lack of service and the sheer laziness exhibited by the employees left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, as if my presence inconvenienced them. I had to wait an excruciatingly long time before being seated, even though there were numerous empty tables available. They were unwilling to see me anywhere other than the bar. I asked the waitress if she could handle a table for one, and she said she was unable to assist due to the fact that she was about to get off. She then proceeded to hang around with a friend in the lobby. When I finally managed to place my order, the wait for the food was interminable. The kitchen seemed to be operating at a snail's pace, with no sense of urgency or efficiency. As a result, the food arrived cold and lacked the freshness I had hoped for. It was evident that the kitchen staff had little regard for the quality of the meals they were serving. Adding insult to injury, the employees displayed a lackadaisical attitude when it came to attending to customers' needs. Empty glasses went unfilled, requests for condiments were met with sighs and eye-rolls, and any attempt to seek assistance felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Overall, my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was far from satisfactory. The lack of service and lazy employees tarnished what could have been an enjoyable dining outing. I had expected better from a well-known establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings, but sadly, I was left frustrated and dissatisfied.

Since we have a BWW close to us and we were very hungry and only wanted to eat a little bit we decided to go to the BWW close to our the NASCAR museum and the Embassy Suites. We came in the patio door which didn’t have anyone around to direct us to the front door, but we found our way without help yet loads of employees talking to each other (too loudly). Got seated quickly and after a little time without any server coming over we got our order done. Food came out quickly and dropped off by the runner. I do expect our server to actually come over and check to make sure our food is correct and maybe some a drink refill. Ours on the other hand was talking to other employees which seems very typical here. We also were somewhat close to the kitchen door and it seemed like it had a screeching sound for every person who came through to the point of distraction! Fix the door guys!! The food was good and the kitchen was doing a great job, probably because the manager was spending his time watching them while the front of the house stood around talking too much! Spend some time and find someplace else unless you just want a wing fix.

This location struggled for a long time. However, with many improvements being made and continuing to be made— this location has been a great super casual dining experience for my family and I. Any problems that have come up have quickly been remedied by management- that goes a long way in this post pandemic dining era. They have a “late night happy hour” bar/food menu that is insanely inexpensive as well if you’re looking to dine/drink on a budget. Hopefully, the location will continue to do well and attract more of the locals back.

Depending on time of day you can secure free parking on the street and bypass paying in the garage. This location is ideal if you live or stay nearby. It’s also a quick walk from most offices and convention spaces Uptown.

Our experience was horrible!!! We walked in & were greeted by a male & female employee "chilling" at the front counter, but we had to wait for someone else to seat us. The place was not crowded (maybe 3 other parties & a handful of people at the bar). Finally, a gentleman directed us to a table like he was sneaking us in the back door of a concert. We're seated without menus, silverware, or offered water. A few mins pass & I see the female employee seating another couple (w menus). She then notices we don't have any & brings them over. She walks away without a word. The gentleman who seated us passed & noticed we don't have a server. He becks for someone to get our table. My husband & I decided to leave & go to the bar. At this point, the female employee has seated a 2nd couple & is assisting the 1st. We left...no food...no drink...horrible service. Suggestion: The fix to the problem would be to properly train the staff on customer service & appearances. The staff had an appearance of lack of care, which showed in their customer service.

I came in to eat there with my friend and as soon as we entered it was dirty no tables clean but no customers for it to look like that. Most of the staff where either outside or in the lobby talking.we waited 7 mins to be sat and when we got to the table it was dirty. We asked if he could wipe it again and he did. Our server Aaliyah greeted us and asked for our drinks and we put in an appetizer order. Once we received our drinks and app she no longer served us. We waited for her to come back and take our order for longer than 15 mins. A table of two was sat next to us and she made them wait 10 mins before greeting. When she finally greeted the table she realized she never got our order. By the time she got to us we had already asked the host for our check and was leaving. Our app was cold when it came to the table but we ate it bc she never came to check on us and we were hungry. I do not recommend anyone to eat here. Very poor service and very dissatisfied.

This buffalo wild wings was the worst I have ever been to! The host was rude because we were not ready to be seated right away. Once seated the place was dead and gave off a bad vibe. We had a awesome waitress/server. We ordered wings And drinks. The drinks were the best part of the experience the food was horrible!! The wings seemed that they had been cooked in sitting in a warmer for hours with sauce throwing on them not fully covered. The wings were cold and soggy! My friend & I came to this location on 12-20-21 after we stopped by the Sardis Rd location & they were out of ranch. My friend wanted to order Hennessey w/ginger ale; the server told him they were out of Hennessey. He went with Jack & ginger ale. The 1st drink was horrible. The server bought another drink & it was better. The ketchup was brought to us as pictured. I ended up taking some sanitizer & wiped it clean myself. It took a while for the food to come out. It was good once it did, & we were able to see the Vikings-Bears game we wanted to watch. The server was lackadaisical. I don't frequent this location a lot, but the service given wasn't the same as I'd usually receive. Not sure I'd return. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.)

Needed some late night food on 1/12/23 and glad this place is open. When I walked in the staff seemed uninterested in me as they were sitting on the bench watching tik toks. After a few minutes of awkwardly standing there the host said “you picking up” and I said no is the dining room open? She seemed disappointed and said yeah come on. My sever Ashley was super cool and made the visit worth it. She’s super nice and seemed to be the only one actually working. There was only myself and 3 others eating and my food took 20 minutes to come out which is fine cause I was starving. There was a duct taped hole in the seat I was in so I was uncomfortable. The fired pickles were wet and soggy cause they weren’t fried all the way so I didn’t eat them. All good tho because Ashley was really nice about it. I’ll come back to see her but maybe not eat

Service was very slow. I don't know if it is bc of the pandemic, but it took over 40 minutes to be served at a table of 4. I admit the waitress was there quickly to take our order but it took forever to get our food. She even complained about how long it was taking. She did a good job serving us though. I believe they sauced our wings in the wrong sauce, bc I can handle medium Buffalo sauce and so can my kids, but we couldn't even eat our chicken. It was toooo spicy. I order the same thing whenever I go to Buffalo Wild Wings and eat it with no problem. At least $50+ dollars of our $75-$80 ticket was wasted. We all ate our fries they were good. My husband ate his order too bc he didn't get buffalo flavored wings. I try not to be a complaining customer.

Horrible customer service! No greeting/smile by hostess. Just a "how many " with a " I hate my job attitude" Hostess walks away Face timing someone and dosen't return. After about 20 min a server asks us the same question and never returns. 10 min later the guy running the take out area asks same question and u guessed it no return! 10 min later hostess finally shows back up and seats us with no apology or explanation. When asked what the hold up was she replies "I had stuff to do" and storms off. 430pm in the afternoon, place was not close to being busy! We eventually get seating and were told to sit a certain way for our group, then another server later comes along and tells us we were supposed to sit a different way. We went to this location last night and were very disappointed. We got the ultimate nachos and the sampler. All the food was cold and the nachos were soft and moist like they had been ready made and sitting for hours. They didn’t give us forks we had to ask for them and they Brought us to plastic forks. We got our drinks after 10 minutes without straws, we asked for straws and the waiter brought 2 when we were 3. We are never going there again or recommend this place to anyone. Also, I’m not going back there to fill out the form because I noticed that is the response to every single negative feedback people leave here. They copy and paste the same response to everyone.

Waiter was inattentive and unorganized. We were there for a small fantasy draft party and had to find our waiter three times to take our orders. Didn't bring utensils and napkins until five minutes after food was delivered. This could've easily been brought after we were seated or during the 30 minutes prior to our food arriving. Once our draft finished, we decided to go somewhere else to have more drinks instead continuing to experience poor service. Most of us will not return to this location again.

Talk about late night depression. No one had customer service or a smile here today. We ordered several appetizers and wings. Wings were super dry and underseasoned. Tater tots came out 15 minutes after everything else. I ordered a spicy passonfruit drink. It was so sweet, no garnishes, not spicy at all. As about 12 other people piled behind, the hostess finally approached saying that was too much? Very interesting. When told we could dine, we were told to sit at the bar, no seats? Lonnie S one of your Employees orders Door Dash.....orders to the wrong location and then calls repeatedly looking for his order..we get there after spending 30 min looking for the proper location he decides he wants to start cussing & fussing about the doggone order...This does not give this employee the right to get hostile with the Door Dash Delivery person. He wanted to argue & get hostile about his order when he works in a restaurant. He was being unprofessional in front of guest over a Door Dash order he shouldn't been more informative in ordering!!!! I've been to plenty of BW3's and this particular time was not great. I'll give it a pass due to conditions; Sunday evening, downtown, surrounding businesses are closed for day, short-staffed, all wrapped up in a global pandemic. The staff was stressed and not as cheerful as you may have come to expect, but they were not rude. The interior was clean and the NASCAR influence was there. And, of course, screens are everywhere with a multitude of sporting events and music videos. Service was slow - again, short staffed. So I hoping this was just an off-evening instead of the norm.

The bone in chicken wings we're good. The french fries were cold and a bit crispy. I sat at the bar so that I would get served because people in bww shirts didn't seem to act like they worked in the restaurant. The place was clean but worn out. It is conveniently located next to the NASCAR hall of fame. You can walk from the gear shop directly into the restaurant. I would eat there again because I got my food fast.

So been in the US for one week now, on holiday from London, started in Boston, then Rhodes Island, then NY, then Providence and Charlotte. Great place to watch any of your favorite sports and our service was pretty good. Jordan was our server and was pretty much on it the whole night. We had three different wings. Overall they were good IMO the parmesan garlic was a little bit too "Saucy" for me, the naked wings were perfect and were great for dipping. The Buffalo Hot Wings were definitely spicey but not hot. If you're staying at the Embassy right across the street or visiting the NASCAR museum this is definitely a worthwhile stop to catch a meal and a cold beer.

Tried this for the first time, and it was well worth it. Started with the everything pretzel bites, which were scrumptious. Then had the mango habanero boneless wings, which were so good. The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow. We weren't in a rush, but still the service was slower than expected.

My guess is they were understaffed. We were never, nor offered eating utensils or napkins. The fried pickles we got were a mixture of lava hot, or cellar temperature as if they had been microwaved. "No wings due to a national shortage" posted upon entry but, after placing a call to another location...lo and behold the other locations always have wings. If you are a sports fan, particularly if you like to watch the big game with a crowd, come to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Buffalo Wild Wings. Lots of wings and local beers along with a full bar and electronic Tavern games. Uptown parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. Ceegee is the astounding waitress who takes care of the poker players Monday evenings at 7 and 9:30. Why not come play the free World Tavern Poker league game?

Service was slow. And they had one server for a lunch rush. I get food comes out when ready but half our party was almost done eating before the other half got their food. Pretty disappointing for a restaurant that usually has a good reputation, this location lacks service and class.

Normally a nice restaurant. But not yesterday. The food taste was old. The French fries from the night before. The receptionist told me that the restaurant is fully booked. Smile 98 % was empty and I was alone. Smile. Normally I love NEW but not this one. Sorry guys bad job. Nice BWW location, great atmosphere. Only downside was they were understaffed on the day of the ACC championship. An hour wait with several empty tables all around. Seems to be the problem at every location now though.

The woman's bathroom was disgusting. The staff will walk past you without greeting you because your not their customer. The wait for door dash is insane 45 mins to wait for 10 wings and a soda is crazy.
