I bought water tank size 2,500 litre from Buildrite on the 8th of December 2020 advertised as “ special” at an inclusive price of R2010.95 . In the heavy night rain in January2020 the roof water filled the tank for the first time since bought . The tank failed to take the water capacity and somehow collapsed damaging itself so severely beyond repairs and damaging the closeby concrete fence . Poor quality or faulty tank was telephonically reported to the shop and I was advised to give or send then picture of tank which was done .After a few visits to shop they required I bring it back to the shop which was done after hiring a trailer to carry it from Manor Gardens where it was used .As required , i delivered the tank back to the shop on the 3rd of March 2020 and they were going to get back to me . Then the lockdown started after that leading me to follow up with shop once again on the 4 th June 2020 only to be told after several calls by the Manager and waiting that there was nothing they could do with matter claiming the tank would have left the shop in “good condition “. I dispute the defence .

i purchased stock in October 2018 and when the delivery was made some items were missing and some were cracked, but Musa promised me that they will solve the problem because they are out of stock. When they came they sent a very rude truck driver who said i must take 2 x asbestos sheets to the truck 250m away because he can not come in into my yard with the truck that delivered them in the first place, and when i refused he left with the replacements and never even delivered the missing items. Rude. however the in store staff is very efficient.

I have received a very bad service at buildrite umlazi .a guy who assist me is like you guys took him from the primary school and gave him a job I am saying this because of his lack of respect and the service. I have spent R19,450 and he promised me that I will receive my first delivery in the very same day which it couldn't happen and he failed even to pick up the phone at the following day and tell me what transpired. I then went back to the hardware where he told me his got no truck. I wish I can say more but their service is more than poor

The first time i went to Buildrite the service was poor, i needed their tile combo, waited for service and eventually ended up at another company and their service was super. The second time, there was literally no one assisting us, spent 2 hours just to buy 5 items. The glass cutting guy ended up assisting. If it was not for the prices...

I bought goods in Phoenix but needed them to be collected in Buildrite hardware in Eshowe(Faizal assisted) ..guess what i collected my material on the other side of the country everthing was there...amazing service... but they need to train thier sales floor staff on customer service and the cashiers...

Very poor service. Rude and incompetent staff who scream profanities across the yard to each other in front of customers. The staff treat you like they are doing you a favor by assisting you. However Musa, Ashley and Zama are very helpful and efficient. Without Musa this ship would sink.

Service is okay, guys helping load cars are very lazy and often ask for money to do there work. Good location, parkings. Helpfull staff especial the guy cutting window went extra mile to try and help me with everything I want, windows, doors cement.

This venue is beautiful and has the most gorgeous view of nature. The sunset is breath taking . Everything was . Would love to meet the owner one day and hear what inspired them building that in the middle of the forest. Its to die for. …

Staff was nowhere to be seen yet some of their items doesn't have price tags. You can tell the difference between customers and staff members because the ones that were on duty they were not wearing uniforms

Excellent service. Prices are low. Staff ready to help. Variety on building materials. COVID compliance in store. Friendly staff all over. Security in the parking area. Few sheltered parkings.

Useless store, not enough staff on the floor to help customers. The small quantity of staff available is already burnt out. All employees wear their masks under their chins or no mask at all

My personal experience was very poor, staff very uninterested in customer service one has to literally beg for help and no one really care not for me visiting that store, first and very last

Awesome service from everyone at the store including the security guard. It is very sade and secure although it is located right next to Besters taxi rank . Great value for money products.

I'm not happy the store is charging me R1200 for something I didn't receive at build rite Verulam please sort this out because it not my fault or else am taking the store to hell Peter

Very affordable and have a good delivery team to drop off the goods you buy. Unlike some hardware stores that allow ridiculously charged delivery fees.

Professional I bought my door and window and left it and when you fetch it you get a code cornfemation that's it's yours.they very cheap.
