The lady at the cashier did not input the correct item code during checkout and I ended up paying for an item entirely different to my own. This only became apparent during the check at the boom gate for trade access. I wasted another 15 to 20 minutes getting back in line to rectify their mistake. What an absolute shambles of a store.

Special order desk literally in a coma, they shamelessly hooked an IV back and don't care. No one was able to help with a simple punching of special order numbers on their system and confirm if the one-month old order was ready for pickup or not!!
