I was on my way to an appointment and for reasons beyond my control (roadworks causing a significant tailback) I knew I would be about 10 mins late, so I telephoned to let them know and why. I was told "its ok ill let the dentist know". I arrived as I'd anticipated, 10 minutes late, and was asked to take a seat in the waiting room, I was sat for less than a minute before I was called out again by the receptionist to be told, I was too late and could not be seen. I explained about my telephone call and her response; "its not my fault I didn't take your call, you shouldn't have been to that" she very 'kindly' offered to make a new appointment. I declined and left. Had I have been told during my telephone call that I would not be seen if I was late, I wouldn't have bothered making any further effort to get there and rearranged. The week before, I attended another appointment for which the time had been changed by them, without an apology or telephone call to ask if it was ok, just a text message telling me my appointment time had changed. I was early for that one however, I was kept waiting 15 minutes beyond my appointment time, but then I suppose I am just the customer so what does that matter. Needless to say, I will not use this practice again and move on to another who will hopefully treat customers with a little more curtesy.

The dentist that I see is always welcoming and kind, & has time if i have any questions ect..unlike other dentist practices I've been too where some are just waiting to get to the next person. Never had problems with them cancelling ect & I missed an appointment the other week completely forgot & when I rang to see when my appointment was they had said it was last Friday youve missed it but we will happily rearrange another one for you and they did as soon as possible I didn't have to wait long, even though it was my fault. They were nice about it.

Zoe was an absolute star, not a current patient but helped me when my current Bupa Dentist in another location were trying to say my partner was no longer a patient. She advised me on the policies, when I spoke to them he magically gained an appointment even though they’d said he was no longer a patient. Zoe’s advice was amazing and she didn’t have to provide that level of service as i’m not even a patient at the practice, just with another Bupa.

After having a bad experience at my previous dentist some years ago I finally plucked up the courage to visit a dentist again. Cherene (dentist) & Amy (dental assistant) treated me with upmost respect and went above and beyond my expectations during my treatments resulting in a smile I can’t wipe of my face. They were professional and caring and certainly put me at ease a credit to themselves and the profession.

The service I've received from this dental practice is truly amazing. From the initial consultation to followup appointments, I feel like I've received the utmost care and respect. My dentist has performed a number of procedures and I've been treated with great care, taking his time to deliver superb results. I haven't such confidence in a dentist in a long time, so thank you.

Would highly recommend this Bupa dental practice. I was apprehensive about going at first but after meeting dentist he put me at ease. I then felt confident in his advise and his manner. I do wish there was an option for it to be on the national health service, as I have worked for the NHS the majority of my working life. The quality of service is excellent. Thank you.

Every time I go to this dentist and hygienist I come away feeling 10 times better about my oral health. All the people that work there put your mind at rest from the minute you walk through the door. Can't recommend this practice any higher, especially for the people afraid of the Dentist. Fully professional yet also very personal and approachable.

The customer care was awful the treatment of a person with limited mobility was the worst I have experienced. They have a wheelchair friendly sign this surely should be reported to trading standards they could not find me a room on the ground floor and when I complained they removed me from their NHS list.

Team was very helpful talking me through the best options for my teeth. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone wanting to get there teeth whitened. I have been a member for years at Haymens green and never had any problems.

I don’t expect royal treatment but the receptionist I spoke to on the phone didn’t have a great tone. I’ve visited the practice and the dentist doesn’t put me at ease. As I’m a nervous patient I don’t really feel comfortable here.

I’ve recently had my front teeth composite bonded. Its changed my smile for the better and I cant thank Cherene enough. A professional from start to finish. Superb girls on the front desk, always very helpful.

Had lots of dental work done over few weeks always supportive and now feel that i have the confedence to smile without worrying thankyou Chrene for making this happen.100% would recomend you .

Brilliant I have been getting sedated for years but since I have been treated by dr rahemtulla and the hygienist I no longer feel the need for sedation
