I like this store good merchindice and most of the staff are helpful ..you can tell it's a high crime area due to the loss prevention I go and spend lots of money at Ross and Burlington places like that iv never stole a single thing from these places but due to my tattoos i get profiled almost in every place i go I'm used to it but last night I walked into this Burlington and me and my girlfriend were shopping minding our own business I didn't use a cart so I could only spend so much money and I was followed treated like I was gonna steal everything on my arms i don't know the lady's name but I'm sure she was the manager. She profiled me, threatened me, I showed her my money and told her politely I had money and had every intent on paying for my items. due to being harassed when I continued shopping instead of being asked to leave or something I was threatened, then told to continue shopping. then the police were called to tell me and my girlfriend to leave the store . we did immediately due to not wanting a confrontation. not only did the lady overstep her boundaries, not have customer service for no reason. she racially profiled me, kicked me out the store, called the police on me and then proceeded to try to have the police ID me or arrest me , which she was informed that I didn't steal anything or commit a crime that they couldn't do anything other than escort me out the store , which is highly embarrassing and unethical. I would not shop at the store while this lady is working, she is a supervisor of African American descent really rude .I was going to spend easily over $100.. I plan on filing a complaint..while she is working the company isn't only losing money, but it's open to lawsuits.. I hope this lady gets fired.. for sure and that's not me being mean or rude or anything like that this lady oversteps her boundaries and is a danger to the community.. I would only shop at this Burlington during the day or while she's not there all the other staff are friendly nice and helpful besides this one lady...I really hope management values the customers they have and understand how much damage this one lady has caused to the company and to me personally. So demoralizing. it's been 2 weeks and I'm still upset over this one encounter..

Cheap quality clothing for children! Will more than likely never come back to this store since I can't turn around without someone following me and my kids then when I have a question or need help no one can help me? This store needs to step up their customer service and employees on the sales floor need to have knowledge of the products in the department they are working on.Regardless of the stores shrink, all employees should have some general knowledge of all the selections in store to make this a better experience for honest customers. Next time any associates in this store decide that they love their less than $15 an hour job so much, and want to take out there time to follow someone around while they shop (assuming that they are trying to steal),we also need to go ahead + step it up a couple notches w/ our enhanced customer service, take notes from the associate Kenechi on how to be professional/friendly to customers, and most importantly that without the customers you do not have a job because stores like this are getting shut down all the time. There is a wide variety of other retailers that sell the same and even more items that this company does. Whenever a customer walks through that door associates should be thankful that they did because they did not have to chose this location to shop. This was my first visit at this store yesterday and my last! I personally will never be back here, felt uncomfortable by being closely followed by associates regardless of covid safe distance guidelines , and being disrespected when I asked for help from associates. Disgusting

My receipt was w another person's layaway,mgr searched hi & low for my items & were NOT located,since they don't remove merch from the store for layaway,where is it?! I couldn't believe oo the 30yrs I've shopped at Burlington,CA/CO/NV ,have my layaway ever been LOST(stolen by an employee,perhaps)!! I was upset because the items were for my son,very specific items that of/c were not on the floor any longer,the discount was cool,but I'd rather have had what I placed on layaway.the "new". Young cashier, had no work ethic or customer service,showing her frustration & NOT knowing how to do her job,today was a overall mess & I'm disappointed. ALWAYs follow your 1st mind & go TO My favorite location on Sahara & Jones.

Its disgusting how she treats white people she is very racist acting like we are stealing i confronted her bout it again very rude she denied it starting yelling at me im calling to make a formal complaint bout her to the Burlington corprate office we was not stealing we did not walk out of the store with nothing or just had a dew things in the cart that we was going to buy i will not fet no kinda rude treatment rude ness or nothing from no onevsge needs to be fired just because she a manager dont mean sh2 can treat white people customers like theifs i will go to the fillesr to gwt her fired she has no buisness working in customerservise or with the public i stood up to her no treatment bad negative place do yourself a favor they will treat u like a tgeuf go to another location becer voing in that store again

Alexis is the manager tonight . She is very sarcastic and provide me the wrong information ensuring that I was wrong and she was right … SHE WAS NO RIGHT … never apologize but he attitude changed, that mean that she finds her way … she send me from window 6 to 3 and 2. ALEXIS asked me if I was legal Really ??? I couldn’t believe that she asked me 2 times in front of everybody if I WAS LEGAL OR NOT? All about this was just because she was making a mistake on the computer and the system was given her an error of match in her screen . I even told her that she was wrong and she told me that SHE WAS NOT … that is when I asked her to check in a different computer and everything went through … it was this necessary ??? All this happens in front of Manique and Fernanda . Please be aware and BECARE FUL

Every time I come here I leave disappointed and refuse to come back. Then I give it another shot and it’s the same mess all over again. The signs for the clothing don’t even watch what is actually hung on the racks. I’m looking for “bottoms” or “jeans” and where that sign is there is a bunch of long sleeve shirts. Everything is just thrown everywhere, it is literally a nasty MESS!!! The store never has any AC, it’s miserable in there. They always only have 1 cashier so if you want to go in for 1 item you will wait at least 45 minutes just to check out. I would think things would maybe start getting better here and I can finally shop here but nope! Save the time and go to the other retail stores in the complex.

Went to the store 31 minutes before the sign on the door says they close, and the two security guys just stood there chatting with the door locked. I knocked on the door and they ignored me. I called the store and the lady didn’t even know they had locked the doors already. Went back and they STILL wouldn’t open the door! This is the FOURTH TIME in a row on a Saturday they have decided to just close 30 minutes before their advertised time!!! I get off at 10p on Saturday and used to always come after work to get something to wear for church in morning. This is my last time trying this location. Unprofessional! Change your close time or abide by time you have posted!

Yesterday I went to this store with my mom , she brought a pair of earrings and we went back home just to find out that the earrings weren’t in the bag ,when I came back to the store today to claim them I was told to come back tomorrow so they can look for it , I wanted to talk to the manager without results, they keep telling me that they have to look the cameras, I will come back for my earrings but I’m really disappointed about the costumer service and the management, I know I was charged for the earrings and i never got it , and I was treated as a liar

So i asked the lost prevention guy to use the restroom and he said restrooms where not for the public but there's this sing on the door, i told him we r customers sense we are here shopping then he says we only allow certain age to use the restrooms well the restroom need was for my mom so i told him so and then he approached to open the door untill he felt the need to do so after walking around and making the stops he thought were necessary fixing merchandise around the store. I dont understand how a women needing the restroom made a difference.

I'm not happy I bought goggles for my kids in adult size and they couldn't wear them because they were too small and sents I open the package I couldn't return them. And I also bought some flip flops and I couldn't return them because I don't have the original tag on them which it wasn't there when I bought them. But I did buy another pair that had the price tag that was use to ring them up with. And when come to this location they bearly have any merchandise on the shelves. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

I went right after the holidays, I was looking for a few home items and a cell phone case. I can honestly say I was unimpressed. Thoroughly so. There are better Burlington’s here in the valley, namely the one on W Craig near MLK. The shelves were bare, the store was in disarray, overall had the vibe of “going out of business sale” but in Burlington’s. Was definitely a bit sad as I expected more given its location - neighborhood and comparable stores nearby. Don’t waste your time, or your gas.

This store location is awful. As soon as you walk in they have loss prevention blocking the entrance and he has to LET you in only to rope it back off again. I thought I was entering the door to a bank vault. Ridiculous and not a way to treat your customers. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I think corporate needs to hear about this and will. You want our hard earned money but you treat paying customers like thieves before they can even get in the store? Unacceptable.

With TJ Maxx and Marshall’s close by, I’d recommend going there instead. This Burlington had everything from baby to women’s clothes in the entire Men’s section, and almost nothing sorted by size or style (graphic tees, button ups, jeans and pants all mixed together). Almost every row just has a sign that says “Men’s Activewear” but is full of every type of clothing. It’s almost impossible to find any clothes in the Men’s section. Definitely deserves the 2 out of 5 stars.

The store was messy, and it was 10 am. They put cages around the shoes. The worst part is that my mom is a cancer patient taking experimental chemo, I asked an employee if they can unlock the bathroom so she can't go and with an attitude said the bathrooms are private, I told him that is an ADA violation and his response was and. I left the items I was going to buy, and we left. The employees are rude and do not show compassion to people.

This place has tons of stuff for very good prices. They have so much selection of clothing. I will definitely go back. Their shoe section is not that great but hey, you can't win them all. Edit: I love the clothes here. I bought some shirts from my son and he loved them. Edit: still great prices..but they moved some stuff in the store around so the set up is a bit different as of 7/7/2022

I was looking for booties to pair up with a red sweater dress for NYE. The 1st store I went to was DSW. The shoes I tried on were very uncomfortable. 3 stores later, I end up at Burlington as a last resort. Fortunately, I was able to find not 1 but 2 pairs of shoes for NYE. You just never know if you'll need a back up pair of shoes ladies! Saved a lot more $$ shopping here than DSW.

The black lady who is manager with the individual braids at this time... today. I had 8 employees follow me and my family. I go in this store weekly and shop . She is rude and had the nerve to speak sarcastically.. if I am trying my babies shoes on I do not deserve to be hounded for making sure my 1yr old shoes fit before buying.. which I bought.

They open at 8, I guess? We stopped in at 9:45 to look for shoes for my son. Bathroom was disgusting!! Only being open less than 2 hours? Sad. Just as sad as their shoe selection. And all the aisles are tight & crammed with cheap clothes and junk. Sahara and Jones Burlington is a lot bigger and nicer stuff. I won't be back.

Shoe section in cages, no public restroom, walked by a man taking his pants off in one aisle and very rude staff. Avoid this place if you like a pleasant shopping experience …

I came in to buy a jacket and I should’ve known that since they remove the “coat” from their name they no longer sell coats and jackets. Very well lit and bright clean store but they only had a handful of jackets now it looks like a Ross. The day I was there they had an amazing rainbow over the store see my picture.

It took over an hour on a Saturday to pay for a coat that I wanted to buy. The line extended to the back of the store. There is a security guard at the front of the store that has to let you in. I understand it's most likely a high theft store, but the check out time was astonishing and the store was in disarray.

I love the styles fashion selection of ladies clothes. However the checkout leaves a little to be desired. The lines are always long one or two cashier and if there is a problem you wait and wait. You need to train others to jump in and take our money before we leave

So google and the Burlington website says the hours are till 12 am on Saturday. I go in at 9:15 and the fake security says they are closed. Someone at Burlington needs to fix their hours on the website or shut this location down for good.

It was pleasant to see how much variety of dresses and skirts they carry. Not to happy that the fitting room is temporarily closed. That discouraged me from buying more than I did. But I will go back. The clothing prices are decent.

Always looking for a good deal and sometimes they have them. Usually you have to catch things at the very beginning of the season or you miss out on several styles and sizes. So get there early or selection gets thin.
