My granddaughter went with my daughter and my son-in-law and had a wonderful time and learned Lots why they were touring a hyena it was brought in to have its leg x-ray so there was a bonus there to be added! If you like roller coasters you are going to love this place. We didn't ride any of them but they looked really fun. We are older and due to health issues didn't ride anything but still found lots of other interesting things to do. The shows were very entertaining and lots of animals to view. We got to watch the veterinary perform a wellness check on one of the animals. This was very interesting and the workers standing outside the exam room were very informative on explaining what was being done to the animal and why. We took our own water bottles and found lots of places conveniently located throughout the park to keep them filled. The food was way overpriced but that always seems to be the case when in places like this. Two of us ate at Chick-fil-A and it cost us $33.00. It's ala-cart style. We had a sandwich, nuggets, 2 drinks and shared a medium fry. The park is very well maintained and clean. They had fans throughout the park. I wish they would have had them set on high and more placed throughout to cool off. The "feel like temperature" the day we went was 104 so we were constantly on the look out for places to get out of the heat for awhile. Cooling rags and water bottles would be advisable. All in all Busch Gardens is a great place to take the family.

I have no pictures of inside the clinic being we just sat there and cooled off lol it was 110° today

They supposedly gave us free tickets by way of email but then used our regular tickets to get in. Busch Gardens has let the grounds degrade, the animal viewing areas are dirty and the windows are very dirty. Had to wait two hours and 40 minutes if I wanted to ride a ride. Also if you take the railroad train around the park, you sit at the station almost as long as it takes a train to get to the next station. We bought Platinum passes but I don't know if we will renew them.

What a disappointment, at least 75% of the rides and booths were closed. Most food booths that did open, didn't open till 12:30 -1:00. Ask for help no one could give you an answer.Could not get anything to eat without over an hour wait unless you wanted a pretzel or churros.Rode ONE big ride, most were closed so the lines were terrible. Rode ONE small ride 65 minute wait since nothing was opened. They have really went downhill. Not worth the cost and will never go back!!

Love seeing how they care for animals and learning what they do for the animals before they even come to the center and after they leave. Definitely a must see when visiting Busch gardens. The day we went they had a beautiful bald eagle that was shot in the wing and had to have surgery to take it out. The attendants talked us through what was going on as the vets were performing the procedure.

In 2010-2011. Uska, my beloved little x canine English Springer Field Spaniel/ Westie from South Africa. Canine. Was doing a Myeloma protocol with them. Melphalan and Prednisolone. Amazing staff. Amazing treatments. He went into remission. Conquered and lived for another 10 years. Thank you!!

An amazing place to get educated on animals. You are able to see the vet do health assessments live and ask questions to the vet about the animal. These education shows are detailed and very engaging. How many people can say they seen a live sonogram of a baby beaver …

Me and my husband love visiting here! Even if they're not working anything, it's still really cool to look around and talk to the staff. One time we randomly stopped by and got to see a Eurasian Eagle Owl! It was so cool! I couldn't believe it.

  • Tonya W

There are signs they place on the walkway to let you know when procedures are taking place. The windows allow you to watch the exams while a staff member gives you background on the animal and the issue. Fantastic learning experience!

  • Sarah G

So cool to see the animals get medical check ups and all the state of the art equipment. Loved talking to the educator/presenter about the care of the animals at both Busch Gardens and the ones that come for Wildlife Rehab.
