First time here and will say they food is very good. Spoke with the manager Carlos about the company and he was knowledgeable and very friendly. We are from Houston but frequent San Antonio a lot. We will be regular customers. Their sweet tea is good with the perfect amount of sweetness.

I absolutely love Bush's Chicken. I think it's the best chicken in town, so juicy and tender. They have two types of flavored salt packets you can use. I like the spicy because it's not too spicy. I also love white gravy, which they have.

I've received some of the smallest chicken tenders you can get. For the price of the meal, they should at least doubled up on the tenders. I'm usually not a pick person but when you're frying them you know what you're doing and the size.

Don't order the livers and gizzards... extremely tough, not balanced in ratio. Gravy lacked taste, basically just flour and water. I know cooks are needed, and most are young and inexperienced.Chicken still tastes great.
