I ordered a trestle table in the recycled timber and it is literally the COOLEST thing I've ever owned. I love recycled wood, its history and anything Australian made, so it's almost like this table was made for me. I chatted online with the team on their website and they were super helpful with all my questions as I wasn't sure how the table would look once I got it. Delivery of the table was also a smooth experience - the team let me know a few days in advance that the table was coming on a certain day. Their courier also rang me about 10-15 mins before they arrived. Just as an FYI to anyone who lives by themselves in an apartment, the courier will deliver just to the lobby so you may need a friend + a trolley to help you move it up to your place. As the table is made from an old school basketball court, it has all the original markings. I absolutely adore how the team has finished and thoughtfully arranged wood in the table (it reminds me of confetti!). It makes me smile whenever I see it. I will definitely be ordering more furniture in the future and will be recommending them to all my mates - thanks so much Bushman Dave team!

I ordered 3 pieces from Bushman Dave, sight unseen, but wowed by his positive reviews. I loved the fact that I could customize the size of each of item, that the wood used is reclaimed and that it was made locally. Dave was prompt replying to my questions and overall the service was fantastic. The Bushman Dave site says 5-15 days turnaround on pieces, given I ordered 3 pieces (a dining table, dining bench and a wall-mounted bedhead) I assumed 15-45 days and was super impressed to get a call to say pieces were ready at about the 10 day mark. We received this clean, gorgeous tabletop as a very generous housewarming gift. It is markedly well-constructed yet rustic enough to be recognisable as a custom piece. Wonderfully finished in a natural seal, it is a pleasure to look at (and sit at!) and I had no trouble screwing a couple of iron legs to the bottom to create, in my opinion, a beautiful centrepiece for our little dining area which complements our new home perfectly. Now we just need to find some chairs to go along with it! I understand that it was constructed in an impressively short time-frame as well, so thank you Bushman Dave for your fantastic efforts. I needed a new desk at home but wanted something that could double as a dining table if I have people over. I was stoked when stumbled across Bushman Dave's site. A trestle was the perfect solution, looks good, sturdy and easy to move. I picked up the table a couple of days ago and the photos on his site don't do them justice! The table is beautiful, so well made, sturdy and Dave is a legend to boot. Dave even made it a little lower than a standard desk for me, which means no more back pain at work! Overall the products are in good quality, and the customer services are friendly and prompt. There are some small things which don't meet my expectations. I thought the table surface would be a whole piece of wood, however, it is not. That might be the limitations of online shopping, the thing you receive will be more or less various from your expectation. The screw holes are not well aligned so I ended up drilling new holes when I assembled the desk. UPDATE: Bushman Dave contacted about my problem, they really care about their customers. I really appreciate their services.

I have purchased two items from Bushman Dave. One was trestle table and the other a mini trestle table. I use the trestle table as a second table and it fits in my car so I can lend it out to family and friends - it is also easy to store, when folded it takes up no room in the garage. I use the mini trestle table for my bedroom TV . My chest of drawers is a little low and I needed to lift the TV and not only has it solved the problem, it looks great. We purchased a custom sized trellis table in November with the hope to have it for the family Christmas gatherings. Bushman Dave were really helpful regarding the design and then over-delivered by getting the table made and delivered in very early December. The courier who delivered the table was also great, working late into the night to get his job done. The table is what we wanted and looks really good. It will be a shame to fold it up and store it after Christmas!

I ordered 2 trestle tables with a natural finish from Bushman Dave, they were ready in a week! I also asked for some little foot stands for the tables to spread the weight on the carpet more evenly, which he did and they are perfect! Ordered two Trestle Tables (Indoor) from Bushman Dave. Construction and delivery was a lot faster than I expected. The courier organisation and delivery was easy as.
