I had been at this place many times:-)! Twice was for graduation ceremony one was for my son and the second one was from his best friend which was recently and the year before in 2017:-)! The other times was before the graduation ceremony when I was in the booster club when I was going to school it was called Junior High and I went to many football games at the Butler's Stadium all the way up to high school right before I graduated :-)! It's wonderful to have a nice cool indoor Stadium but we just have outdoor stadium where they were playing football games :-)! It would be nice if they could have the indoor stadium with nice cushiony seats where you could divide like the theater seats :-)! It would also be nice if they could have food stands just like the one they have at the NRG Stadium:-)! It will be even more nice if they have cover outdoor stadium especially when it snow or rain a windy days and nights or even Halestorm you can play the football game comfortably and you will have more fans to join on each other team to cheer their school team and enjoy the games :-)! They do have plenty of parking but they do need lots of restrooms so no one has to wait :-)! This place has been around in decades :-)! I'm glad that this place still exist it brings back memories :-)! I think they should hold meetings here and always have securities :-)! My son's best friend graduation for the first time have very high securities there were many security guards checking everybody out especially the ladies almost like you're going to prison because they check you out from the back and front and your purse inside and out! I think they should also have a special rooms after graduation that you could hold a party there or a gathering where everybody can visit each other in the cool place and take a lot of photos :-)! I hope that this place would last for many years to come and that you all enjoyed your visit there :-)! Safety is the most important thing when you have a graduation especially what's going around the world when all these crazy people doing the wrong thing and hurting other people and killing them which is no excuse around it especially what happened to the colleges students and elementary students and high school students and Middle School students!!

What can I say about Butler Stadium other than Legendary! Was here attending my wife’s final High School HISD 4A District championship game vs Houston Worthing the defending district champion. Her team, Young Women College Prepratory Academy YWCPA came in 15-0 and Worthing 14-1! YDub pulled it out in 5! This event and stage will forever be remembered! There was plenty of police ‍♀️ presence as it did get a little rowdy! The concession stand was nothing to write home about. A little expensive but something was available. Parking could use a little bit more lighting. Police presence was outside as well. Every seat in the house was as good. Only knack was low ceilings over playing court. Not ideal for volleyball .

We had a great time, well the part that we could see. My husband and are what I would say is stair challenged, we can not maneuver the stairs well, so we sat on the first row; mistake. A great number of other patrons we're just standing at the railings talking or just watching the game or showing their toddler the game but blocking our view. We went to support our God son, but we did not enjoy the atmosphere. The police officer did ask them to move and they but returned as soon as he walked off, so juvenile.

The circus was great, my problem was the parking. HPD had the entrances from 610 blocked off and told me to ‘go down to the next stop sign’. There is no Stop sign, it’s actually the next corner. There were signs along the feeder road telling where the Box Office was but once you turned the corner, no signs. What you see is a school bus parking lot. Other than that hassle, the circus was great! Took my grandson for his 7th birthday and he loved it!

Went there to pick up water today and I wanted to put out a very high complement that Houston Police Department needs to be commended on a job well done on the traffic control keeping traffic moving smoothly at the turn around under the 610 Loop and going into the stadium when I came off the interstate set a time that I got my water was no more than maybe 15 minutes. Great job to all you guys out there passing water and traffic control

What can I say? Same ol' stadium that it was when I was in high school, sappy P.A. system and all. HISD needs to invest in some better speakers to go along with the animatronic scoreboard. You can barely here the play by play announcer as the game is in progress. Great police presence to keep the crazy wannabe gangsters at bay.

I just watched Universoul Circus at Butler Stadium. It was an experience that made me dance and feel human. The performances were one of a kind in my recent memory. If you like seeing international acts, then consider Universoul Circus and appreciate your town, H-Town!

Well when you go to the stadium there are not a lot of food choices but the games usually be good very sanitary and everything is well-maintained also when you going to the basketball gym area everything's really good in there also I just

This stadium looks exactly how it did when I played my last high school football game there in 1982. I was just there for our Homecoming game. Worthing HS. It was disheartening to our children to play in a facility that is outdated

Went to go get covid-19 test last Friday, awesome the way they had everything organized, but it’s been a whole week and I haven’t gotten a call or nothing for my results, does anyone know who or where I can call to get my results

If you know HISD athletics you know big Joe Kelly Butler Stadium. This venerable facility on the tracks is how old now? Sixty-plus years I know of and bound to be in serious need of an upgrade. It was a dump 40 years ago.

Nice field house but parking lot needs lots of work. Also would like healthier options at the concession area. Nice court. Comfortable seating and nice views of the court. Better than expected for the age of the facility.

I been on several stadium or high school football there's no problem with the place it's the people ..the one of the hisd. Police officers telling people we're to seat. And the staff the worst place i been

The facility was appropriate. The accommodations initially was good but then the toilets overflowed and temp provisions were put in place which caused problems with wait time. Otherwise the place was good.

I had a great time out attending Evan E. Worthing take on Kashmere high school. The Colts band gave a great performance. Also, the Football team played hard and won homecoming.

This place is clean and the effortless are extremely friendly. If you are supposed to be at Butler Jr it is towards the back, nothing is marked. Everything here is cash only.

Great place, but sad memory from high school and watching my favorite nephew at his last high school event... really though since the upgrades made it's a 5 star place *****

There is a big parking lot, even though it is pretty dark. As they have so much younger people there, I would recommend much more light all over the parking area.

I had a taekwondo tournament here. Everything went perfectly bars stop the spectators from getting too close with easy access to the event area.

Butler Stadium I been going to since the 80's have improve But still one of the High School Football and Basketball stadium in the country.

Old, couldn't bring in simple snacks, seats are uncomfortable, turf is fake. Food choices are very unhealthy and didn't take debit cards.

Was there for daughter's graduation. The graduation should've been held in the field house. It was clearly TOO DAMN HOT TO BE OUTSIDE!

It was a nice middle school football game.Lawson(homecoming) V's West Briar Middle School.Prices we're ok stadium wasn't too bad .

Restrooms are horrible put some slippers on your feet because there's stuff all over the floor and no soap and only one hand.

Great and friendly crew... But no senior discount and no credit cards at the concession stand.... scoreboard hard to read

Lightning canceled the game. Stadium had stale nacho chipsand weird tasting chili; they charged $5 for those "nachos"!

Went for a game Madison vs Westbury high school good game. Lots of security there. Concession was great as well.

A ball field Is a ball field….. the restrooms were disgusting and you can’t even bring in your own water.

Need to secure the nets behind home plate and the bathrooms were disgusting but other than that is okay.

I played in this Fieldhouse 40 years ago for Stephen F. Austin High School in the Jaycee Tournament.

We didn't get to play at the stadium. We played in the practice field...no lights...no scoreboard.
