We bought 10 ties from this store for our fathers funeral... we was told that we could exchange but not refund... we were ok with that... the ties were orange/red and we needed red... we did not use them and when we went to return them we then was told we could only exchange them for a different colour or something from the formal section... the angry and aggressive manner that was displayed was very disappointing... we were then accused of using them for dancing... seriously lady who dances at a funeral... you really need to control your aggressive behaviour when customers have a honest return... I would never return to this store and never recommend this store to anyone.

Such a beautiful and respectful shop. We needed to buy four dresses and they were so happy to help ensure the dresses fit properly for the children. They provided us reassurance that we can exchange at a later time if we are unhappy with the fitting. They also offered us a nice discount. As we were leaving the dresses were packaged in individual bags. The shop owners passed the bags to each of the children according to their size. I thought it was a nice gesture and just showed how much they care about their customers and remember their needs. Definitely a shop to go to that’s easy to talk to and provides good quality.

I had to get a last minute Ao Dai for my daughter and called up to ask for sizes and for it to be taken out by the time we arrive. The female shopkeeper was so accomodating and was so fast. I really appreciated their help. They also helped steamed her clothes! I had such a positive experience at this shop and it made it less stressful for myself and my daughter. Thank you so much!! I really recommend this place. Customer service was quick and very lovely. They were so understanding. In and out under 10 minutes!!

Excellent local clothing store for babies, toddlers, children and teenagers for most occasions. My daughter loved her colourful dresses. Great gift idea!
