Our local guide recommended this company as we were looking for a car to rent. It's a relatively small local business situated on the ground floor of Hotel Astana International. We rented a new Renault Duster. Through our trip we drove some 4000km with this car from the highways through local streets till the harsh terrain in the mountains. The car performed excellent and there were no troubles whatsoever. The prices are equal, even slightly cheaper than other local car rental companies (and there aren't that many of them!). Based on my experience I can recommend this company. The homepage of the company is being rebuilt, so at the moment (May 2018) it isn't working. I added a phone number.

난 리뷰를 거의 쓰지 않는다. 하지만, 이 업체는 정말 칭찬해줘야 할 것 같아, 이렇게 리뷰를 쓴다. 나와 내 친구는 알마티 근교를 여행하기 위해 2일 간 이 업체에서 차를 렌트하였다. 감동사항 1. 친절함 : 비영어권에 사는 우리를 위해 여자사장님은 천천히 또박또박 알아듣기 쉬운 영어로 설명해주었다. 2. 합리적 가격 : 다른 업체보다 가격이 저렴한 것 같다. 무조건 풀 커버리지로 계약해라. 3. 디파짓 문제: 카자흐스탄 알마티 다른 업체를 보면, 디파짓을 돌려받지 못했다는 리뷰가 참 많다. 하지만 여기는 그럴걱정 전혀 없다. 웨스턴 유니온 송금방법과 카카오 뱅크를 이용해 돌려 받았다. 송금 받는 방법은 구글 검색해보면 잘 나와있다. 문제없이 돌려받았다. 한국인이라면 이 업체 무조건이다. 그냥 여기다 해라. 괜히 싸게 한다고 다른 업체해서 디파짓 뜯기지 않길 바란다. 서로 깔끔하게 마무리되어서 기분좋은 여행이었다. 카자흐스탄 알마티 아름다운 도시 또 가고 싶다. 끝~!!

My friend and I rented a car for two weeks and it was quick and easy. Car was new and reliable especially for the cheap price we got it for. Owner was also quite tactful in replying to our messages before and after rental. They do hold your deposit for about 2-3 weeks but that is just to ensure they can pay any traffic tickets that come in after you have returned the car. After the three weeks she quickly returned our deposit all the way back in the USA. Would definitely recommend.

لقد اخذنا سيارة هيونداي اكسنت وكانت جديده ومريحة وكان تعامل صاحب المكتب معنا أنيق حيث ساعدنا في الحصول على سكن وإعطائنا تفاصيل عن مواقع سياحية وستلم السيارة من المطار عند العودة …We took a Hyundai Accent car and it was new and comfortable. The office owner's treatment with us was elegant, as it helped us get accommodation and gave us details about tourist sites and received the car from the airport upon return.

We found this car rental agency on Google and the 5-star reviews definitely reflected their service! The staff was very helpful - they can speak English very well - and everything happened as promised. We rented a car for 2 weeks and even went to Kyrgyzstan! I can definitely recommend Vimans car rent!

We took a car for three days to explore the suroundings of Almaty. Drove around 1000 km on different roads. They offer very fair conditions and a proper insurance aswell as unlimited mileage. The rental process went down smooth.

Оказывается в Алматы Большая Проблема найти в аренду новую ну или почти, машину среднего класса.... В основном все сдают какое то старьё... А эти ребята молодцы. Видно что стараются. p.s. брали Тоёту Короллу 2015 года

استاجرت السياره لمده سبع ايام، من افضل المكاتب نضافتا ومصداقيه وحسن الاستقبال والتعامل وخاصة الاخت نوره.انصح بالتعامل معهم للامانه. خاصتا في كازخستان نادر انك تحصل على تامين لسيارات الايجار كاملة
