Worst bank ever. I would like to share my experience point wise. 1)A basic criteria for a bank branch is it should have its own ATM machine but this bank here has no ATM machine,when i first got my debit card ,for changing my card pin i had to go to ramanthapur bcoz there are no central banks ATMs near by. 2)online services - as offline services or not good i tried to use online services like net banking and central bank app..even those wont work properly they continuously crash maximum time when ever i open the app it gives server error. 2)Indirect insults/rudeness-The employees behaviour is very rude, acts as if they are doing favours to us for free but the peon(clerk) attitude is even more worse even though employees change time to time due to transfers the peon lady has been the same since the time i created my account she acts as if she is the queen of that bank and we customers are slave, when ever i go to the bank she looks at me and give sigal asking what do you want she doesn't even ask orally but with sigals even if she asks it'll be like "em kavali" it feels so insulting and in contrast the employees dont even look at you if you stand infront of their desk they give an impression that they have so many works so dont disturb not directly on face but indirectly by their actions. 3)direct insult/rudeness-Recently when i went there the cashier was speaking rudely to a customer..the customer was uneducated and unknowingly he didn't write the date on a form and gave it to cashier instead of telling you forgot to put the date politely he scolded him saying "date pettalani kuda telvada" i was very furious seeing that what if i did the same mistake do i really have to go to this bank willingly and get insulted? Even after seeing all this? 4)few months back i went there to update my linked phone number and the peon was interrogating me not even asking but interrogating..why should i be interrogated for changing my own number but am not like them so i patiently answered her questions and filled the form and know what even after all this drama my phone number hasn't been change even after 3 months 4)Dont even have freedom to close account- So i decided to close my account and went with my passbook to close my account 1st time they said server was down come later ..again i went few months later when i got time.. When i asked to close my account peon,cashier and another employee all came at me at once and asking why do you want to close your account blah blah blah and spoken so rashly and after all that barbaric attitude i too strongly asked dont i have a r8 to close my own account? Then peon said they were only requesting not stopping me from closing the account..i was shocked is that what they call requesting? Even after that the cashier some how managed to shut my mouth saying the minimum bal is 2k just put that amount there what is your loss he saying..as if it is his money and sent me back without closing. Today i have made up my mind to close my account why should i keep my account in this bank even though they are not user friendly (behaviour wise,operational wise both online & offline services)..today am going to close my account at any cost wish me good luck

The rudest staff you can ever find in the banking industry for sub-par quality of service can be found here. Enter at your own risk. You might be killed with inefficiency.

Staff Response was good, Security: temperature chek and sanitizer available at the entrance, overall service was really good.

Only one CBI atm from nagole junction to kothapet junction and bank is located near by nagole.
