If possible I want to give half or quarter star. Ever since they moved to this new branch, the service got worst. Out of ten times I used the ATM machines, I will encounter technical problem maybe 6 times. But today is the worst. They have 6 machines. 3 of them got no cash inside, and another 3 had technical problem. Then I approached one of the well dressed guy in suit, who seems to be very free walking around and chit chatting. I don't know if he is a customer service, or usher or what is role there. When I told him about the ATM machines and if he is aware that none of the machines is functioning, he just casually said, "Pagi baru repair". Yeah, right. Anyway, instead of doing something about it, or asking someone to look into it, he continues to casually chit chat with another staff. First class example of lazy and tidak apa attitude. I guess the branch manager here don't even bother to read these reviews. Or maybe the branch manager also dua kali lima.

Not even worth 1 star. Very bad service. Last month i went there and was the first customer into the premise. Initially Mr Wan was at his place at customer service counter, i think for about less than 5 minutes. After i completed my form, i went to the customer service counter and he was not there anymore. When ask the counter, they asked me to wait for Mr Wan. I waited for about 45 minutes. The staff also said they did not get know Mr Wan whereabout and asked me to wait?! After bugging them several times, then finally somebody else take over the place to settle my bussiness for Mr Wan. Occured only after almost 1 hour at the CIMB. This situation really gave bad impression to the CIMB. Very different compared to other bank services. If you are not around at least you need somebody to replace at the customer service center but sadly you just left it empty and did not provide the service as it suppose to be. Please improve your service.

If can i dont wanna give any star. Very2 bad service, i went there last june to do withdrawal for decease account, the customer service officer an indian lady said we will call you back in july but till now august no call nothing. I try to call so many times but they cannot help on that issue. They said i have to go to that branch again but the problem here is im living in pahang, how come i can go there every time just to check on that issue, why i cannot check by hp?? Very poor service, shame on u cimb.Very big name but cannot check on hp on certain issue, everything everytime have to go to the branch. Just to let u know i've done the same withdrawal at PBB n they can settle on the same day k

CIMB branch service is very poor. The branch Manager, En. Azmi doesnt have a service attitude abd very arrogant. He didnt even apologise for his behavior. They closed my account when I enquire he said that, a normal mail was sent to update the information but as they didnt see any respond so they closed one of my CIMB account. I asked him to show a proof of sending the mail, he said it was a normal mail and not registered mail. My question is if it is very important matter, isnt they suppose to.send a registered mail, so that they can ensure customers receive the mail. Otherwise, they should send SMS or email in parallel of the mail. It shows they dont care of customer.

This is the newly renovated Cimb Bank in Kelana Jaya, and this is my first visit. After years of patronizing the previous location which was always cramped and full with customers, the sight of the new branch had filled my expectation tremendously. Due to Covid SOP, we had to queue before entering, and thats highly exceptable. But unfortunately, some customers keep going in and cutting the queue, supposing having more important transactions than mine, I presume. But even after getting in, I was still not given a number, and was made to wait behind one VIP queue cutter for 40 more minutes!! This is definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

This is CIMB KJ. Staff here are not helpful and lazy. Alot of elderly came in didn't know what to do. Hardly any of the staff walk out to help. There are some other staff who just walked pass the elderly without bothering to ask if they can help.Some of the staff at empty counters only play with their phone or chit chat with one another. I have been waiting for a staff just to attend to change of name. She was away in the toilet for more than half an hour. Still not back. An officer name Iskandar who is supposed to be a greeter has a I don't care about you look

I went here today and yesterday and service was very good. Yes the queue system uses QR but it's pretty straightforward and specifies customer's requests more accurately. Just need to download a QR scanning app. Service on the other hand, the staffs were very kind and understood the requests/questions given. Also helps out alot regarding confusion on certain bank-related topics. Overall i think its very good outlet for CIMB but maybe the chaos usually happens during peak hours or weekends. Normal weekday seems fine.

This branch doesn't know how to handle the MCO situation. The supposed to assigning one staff outside and check with client what they want to do today. People long queued outside the bank and senior citizens and suffered from heat and situation. There is a dangerous drainage hole right front of the bank and I saw a old man fell down inside and bank reception didn't respond anything. At least they could let this old man inside and sit perfectly under Aircond till be his turn. Such a horrible staff.

Extremely slow. All the staff were just talking to each other. I had one person ahead of me and I'm here for almost an hour. They have a QR code queing system, but people are just walking up to the counters because they waited so long. By the time they called you, they tell you to fill out a form and wait agaib. A couple of customers left because they waited so long. Five counters open, none are serving any customers. Manager's office is also empty. Very2 bad.

This is the Worst experience that I've ever had with any banks. I read so many terrible reviews and I wonder what is the supervisor or manager is doing. On a hot day, people had to que outside the bank and waited for so long for their turns. Irrespective of elderly person, pregnant person or fasting person, everyone wait under the hot sun. What kind of service is that? Inside the bank is almost empty. Never coming here again!

I had a very bad experience with CIMB customer service.. a well known banking but with a poor service. Had to wait for an hour. I encountered with a very rude male chinese staff.. Such a brainless attitude of that male chinese staff.. Doesn't know how to interact with customer..Moreover, the que system implemented by CIMB was very troublesome to the customers.. Had to scan QR code which is quite difficult to the old people..

The numbering system is a joke. Customer service is horrendous albeit friendly staff. The numbers kept being called 3006 all the way to 3010 by the same counter 9 on 25/02/2022 made us fill forms and wait without explanation as she served one person through out the whole time we await and other counters being empty. I’ve prompted multiple times just to be addressed with “later, after this.” Ridiculous.

Been using cimb around here lama..i agree most people sini ckp staff slow..mmng slow..counter ade 4...2 je buka..itu ln asb dgn bnde lain..lg 2 kekadang kosong..staff tepi2 sembang je gosip2..ade 1 time staff situ membebel pasal takaful lah insuran lah saving lah..ak situ nk kluarkan asb je..tp staff diorng x de la rude so far..ok je..just slow je process situ..sejam weh nk tunggu next giliran...

Service so slow. How could they let ppl Queue so long outside their building with the Hot weather. Senior citizens also have no choice to wait for almost 1 hr in hot weather. Yes it is Covid time where u only allow few customers inside BUT can't they work faster?? Why don't Cimb do something about it. Try to Queue outside here with your customers and feel it. Please IMPROVE!!!!!

Very bad service and give a very bad reputations for CIMB. The staff is like doing nothing. I came here to replace the debit card and the staff just ask me to sot and wait without explaining what should I do. The worst is I can see old people dont what to do and no single staff entertain the olders. Very very slow motion and the staff not in action at all and just being very busy.

Agak tersorok...kena masuk parking lat bawah pastu jalan kaki ke cimb...kat lot corner ..kalau sekali pandang memang tak nampak langsung kedudukan bank ni...kena amati betul-betul baru nampak...macam nak tengok hantu pulak Sebelah tepi bank ada orang berniaga makanan dan minuman..kedudukan payung dan khemah diorang menyebabkan penampakan bangunan bank agak teehalang

elok tutup bank ni, 3 oct 2023 datang jam 12tghari, nak keluarkan asb, cakap staff kaunter asb tak de tengah rehat datang balik jam 1.30 tenghari. datang 1.30 tenghari, staff asb kaunter depan ada tapi manager pulak rehat, jam 2 atau 2.30 petang baru masuk. nasib baik aku tak ambik loan dengan cimb, kaya sebab riba dari loan je. servis teruk nak mampus

they input my ID number wrongly so I went back here to change and update it. they asked me to wait for 3 working days but turns out a week later it's still not changed and customer service asked me to go back here again to ask for changes again I wonder how many times do I need to come here just to get it changed?

Service terbaik.. saya dtg nk tukar kad atm.. bawak anak 1tahun.. Masuk je pintu terus ada staff lelaki melayu dtg kat saya siap tlg isikan borang.. sgt2 membantu dan menyenangkan alhamdulillah.. saya dtg just bg cap jari dan tukar pin saja.. tak smpai 15min pun.. terima kasih kepada staff cimb bank yg membantu saya ☺️

Everything is slow motion here. Staffs are mostly busy on the phone. Doing what I'm not sure but I've been waiting for a very long time with 0 waiting customers per the queue system. What is the branch manager doing??? Why would you allow yr staffs use the phone with the queue numbers hardly moving?

Worst bank branch I have even been to. Not systematic at all. People queuing up for 2 hours outside. Come in still have to queue. Don't come to this branch if u don't have time spare. Because posting comments have to give at least 1 star, if not this branch does not deserve any star at all.

staff that was attending to me was friendly but was constantly multitasking and taking a lot of numbers at once, hence ended up waiting an hour plus because she was attending to so many people. they are understaffed, had up to 6 counters for customer service but only one person working.

Worst ever CIMB Bank branch with the new "SMART" QR code ticketing system. Wasted one hour queuing here and bank officers were pushing responsibilities to each other and not helping at all. I would rate it NEGATIVE 5 stars, don't ever come here again, save your time, go other place.

Buka akaun utk syarikat kat sini, akaun peribadi pun kat sini. Mmg selalu ramai pelanggan tapi berjalan lancar... terbaik mesin ATM dan CDM disekalikan, memudahkan pelanggan walaupun kadang kala ada mesin yg tidak dpt digunakan sementara, yg lain boleh bantu.

Does not update operating hours. Handles MCO in the poorest fashion possible. Branch is about as poor as the bank itself. I retract anything good I've said about this branch. Open an account elsewhere if you're not forced to have CIMB.
