I love COS, nice clothes, and have purchased many pieces during the years. Nonetheless, I don’t recommend this shop. Find another store if you must. Service was terrible. We were insulted by a salesman who start screaming to use to stop trying on jackets in the displays ares where there are mirrors that happen to be very inviting to try clothes because “allegedly” people are not allowed to try clothes there. Even jackets! Which you can put on top of your T-shirt. This is the first time in my life that I was told such a crazy thing. I wonder if this was actually a hate attack for another reason. I left immediately of course and did not buy any of the clothes I have already choose. Hopefully the team of COS can correct this rude behaviour so the brand doesn’t suffer from such poor customer service.

Dommage que l’une des 2 vendeuses d’aujourd’hui était (très) désagréable...elle passe devant vous avec la tringle à vêtements presqu’en vous bousculant, ne vous salue pas, vous donne l’impression de déranger...première expérience et malheureusement décevante...heureusement que la seconde vendeuse est sympa...

I want to buy clothes from this brand not the staff, the staff in the store is not only unhelpful but has a very poor attitude, if you don't like the job suggest resigning or the manager should take action for this behavior

Hele mooie winkel , in de Dansaertstraat ,maar jammer dat onze verkoopster weigerde Nederlands te praten en ook onvriendelijk was ! Ze zei nauwelijks wat . Jammer !!

Moment : en matinée. Le personnel est très serviable et le magasin est bien achalandé et propres. Pas beaucoup de monde donc temps en cabine parfait.

De collectie is gewoon helemaal top. Gezellig en rustig je keuze maken zonder dat ze steeds rond je hangen maar indien nodig wel heel behulpzaam.

La manager de ce COS est rayonnante, sympathique et aux petits soins. Attention à votre portefeuille, vous aurez envie de tout acheter !
