The parkade is nice. And it's close to many activities in the downtown corridor. Why I gave it one star is the utter confusion in getting out of the parkade and even worse getting back in. Signage is either non-existent or outright wrong. We were there on a Sunday so many exits were closed. The sign that gives directions to the nearest intercom to get back in had us going in the opposite direction. These issues need serious attention.

Lost ticket when i had to go down to the courts building on 6th Ave SW. Despite my attempts at explaining this and having only been there for maybe an hour and a half, TOPS, I ended up just throwing $40 dollars at the attendant in a moment of frustration and impatience to gain my cars freedom

One star is for Google, not the parkade, which is nice. Google maps takes you to the wrong entry point every time! Google you need to fix this! Entry is off 9th, not 3rd. Where the pin is located is where the entrance is. 3rd is a service entrance not accessible to the public.

After the 2013 flood, this underground parking became a multi-level Swimming pool. Skip forward a few years, and it is now a modernized parking garage. Can't give 5 as there aren't enough spots during very large events happening simultaneously in the downtown. …

expensive, as is all downtown parking. Can be tricky to get to if you don't know where you're going. Very convenient for your business at City Hall.

Took me half an hour to get out of this parking lot. Not sure if this is a regular thing during rush hour?

Not easy to understand or navigate through to where you need to go.
