What a relief it was to me when I walked into my 2nd day of classes and watched a lively instructor teaching! I knew I would learn and comprehend everything immediately because with my learning style and his teaching style, I just knew that the info would just click and STAY in my memory box! Then he gave a crash course which was super helpful for me....and I attribute me being able to pass the state exam 1st (3weeks in) and school exam 2nd (3.5 wks) all in less than ONE month of starting the classes, to Ramon Crums teaching style! Plus he’s super experienced in the RE industry, so the stories he gave were great examples that helped further comprehend the material.... (not just memorize it...) I CAN GO ON AND ON, just rest assure that he is an EXPERT at what he does! (I’m not getting paid to write this...it’s just I feel where credit is due, credit should be given).

While taking the classes to Recieve my realtor license I had the pleasure of taking a class instructed by Ramon. I must say it was the best class that I've taken of the bunch. He kept it entertaining and engaging while still reviewing the material making sure not to skip anything and always answering every question. And when I say every I mean every single one. He also made sure to stay and speak to anyone who needed extra help or just wanted some basic knowledge on the business itself. I recommend taking your classes with him.

I was taught by Ramon Crum around 8 hours for consecutive days for my NYS real estate license exam, and it was informative, dynamic, and engaging for the ENTIRE time! His anecdotes on real world scenarios really immersed my experience. Most of all, I loved how receptiveness of questions. I can't learn without asking questions, and he always had time for questions and allotted time to explore various aspects of the questions.

Everything you could want in a professor!! Funny, lively and super informative!! Being that we go over so much material in class it’s easy to get distracted but Ramon gets straight to the point and is very good at emphasizing what you need to know. I took his crash course and passed my test 2 days later, take that crash course- I promise you’ll be happy you did. Don’t think I would’ve passed without it. Def recommend!
