Finally some excellent service!!! My Mustang GT got hit in July 2022. The first body shop I went to (FixAuto) told me that they couldn't meet my expectations and took over a month to tell me they couldn't order my aftermarket front end. Then I went to Assured, filled out their online form and sent the vehicle damage pics as requested and heard from NOBODY for two weeks! I decided to try CSN BEMAC Orleans. I met Derrick who immediately looked at my vehicle and confirmed to me that they could do the work and do it properly. He was completely transparent from the beginning and rather than lying about time frames like the other shop did, he told me exactly what to expect and why. True to his word, things progressed exactly as he promised. My 2005 Ford Mustang GT's front end had to be completely changed as I could not order the accidented body kit front end (Cervinis Eleanor kit). I had to start from scratch. New bumper, new grills, new chin spoiler, new headlights, fog lights etc... I'm not an easy customer, I am very picky and specific about what I want, especially when it's work to be done as a result of a no fault accident... Derrick and Carmen at CSN Orleans were patient with me (more than I would have been) lol, they addressed each one of my concerns item by item and offered extremely helpful advice regarding each one. This was not a simple insurance claim and a few obstacles had to be overcome but again, Derrick was extremely transparent from day one to vehicle pick up day and at the end I am a very satisfied customer. New front end of my Mustang looks AMAZING (great work by the techs!). I can't thank Derrick enough for his time and patience with me and I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my vehicle going forward unless he recommends it. Thanks very much for your efforts finding a 3rd party company who can install the matching stripe kit for me in the spring. Listen folks, it's post-Covid times, it's post trucking disputes causing delivery issues for parts all over Canada. You won't find a body shop that can take your vehicle TODAY. Impossible. It will take a while at any body shop as they are all weeks if not months behind. Some places will tell you "next week" and will keep telling you that and making excuses. Trust me, go to CSN Orleans. They won't lie to you. The date they give you is the REAL one. The advice they give you is the RIGHT one. The customer service and communication is THE BEST. The work and final results are AMAZING. The team at CSN is absolutely outstanding! I have had 3 family vehicles go into their shop and come out like they were just off the showroom floor. Derrick and his team are extremely professional- but in addition to being professional, their communication skills are simply outstanding! They not only called me and sent pictures of the work being done on the cars- they ensured that I was aware of the work being done at every stage of repair- and invited me to come and see the work being done. No question went unanswered, I have dealt with other collision centres and none of them come close to the outstanding service and professionalism that Derrick and his team have shown. The 5 star rating is well deserved. Very clear and honest about repair work / costs throughout the process. I received updates throughout the process to confirm I was okay with repairs needed. Lowered the hourly rate when I said I was paying out of pocket for the repair. They found as many “ used “ parts as possible and didn’t charge me for the “ straightening “ they could do themselves. Someone else above said as-well , but even the interior was given a clean before I picked it up. All done within an impressive timely manner. As body shops go, it did cost quite a bit, you could find cheaper elsewhere. But not the same level of overall service... they handled the cosmetic damage , the mechanical damage, and even cleaned the car before pickup. Loved the service from the management I talked too. Will defiantly recommend I’m the unfortunate future.

After 5 months of waiting to have my vehicle repaired, I got my appointment on May 11, and my car was supposed to be ready on the 18th, but It has been ready only on May 24, and it was my insurance company that phoned me to say it had been ready since the 23rd as a text had been left on my cell when I mentioned I do not use my cell phone, and asked them to call me home. When I checked the work, the front and rear rubbers had not been changed; they are still all scratched following the accident. I was told that a piece was missing and that they would change them when they possibly have them on Friday May 26th, but this repar it will take 6 hours and that they do not have a courtesy car to offer me while I have no other vehicle. To date, June 1, no one has called me to finish the work, which was paid for by my insurance and by me.

I pulled in with a pretty banged up truck from an accident. The ladies at the reception desk were spectacular to start. I met Derrick moments later to look at and walk through the truck. Awesome guy to deal with from the start. He kept me in the loop through the whole process, trying his best with his team to get me my vehicle back as soon as possible. I can't honestly thank him enough. Everyone from the front office to the back shop did an awesome job. Their service there is impeccable and the product I received back from what I dropped off was immaculate. My car was sideswiped by a distracted driver in a low speed collision recently. I looked up local collision centres and found the feedback on the Google reviews and rating for CSN to be very good. CSN did an assessment of the vehicle, gave me a timeline for the work, and arranged for a rental vehicle in the interim. The work on the vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The car looked amazing after they were finished and the interior was also cleaned and sanitized before turnover. I was very pleased with the pleasant staff and Carman, who managed the work. He/CSN provided excellent communications and review of the damage and proposed repairs. All round a very good experience. I felt my trust in their services was well placed.

We had a great experience at CSN for a body work repair. We heard about CSN from a trusted mechanic and garage owner, who recommended them. Several panels of our minivan were dented and scuffed when the vehicle was shipped overseas to Canada via boat, train, and truck. We were shocked at the extent of the damage and the estimate to repair it, but fortunately the shipper's insurance covered most of the repairs and CSN dealt directly with the insurer for payment. The work was done earlier than expected, it looks good, and the vehicle was returned to us even cleaner inside than when we had brought it. The team went above and beyond our expectations.

The repairs were minimal so they were able to squeeze me into the schedule. They had told me the car would be ready Wednesday and it was actually ready a day early! They also wiped down the inside and outside of the vehicle making it feel like I was picking up a new car! This was my first experience needing repairs on a car and it was nice to have a easy experience - working with insurance and accident reporting was getting exhausting so having CSN handle the repairs quickly and answer all questions really helped. Although I hope I don’t get rear ended again, if I did I would bring the car here to get repairs! Thanks so much!

I would just like to thank this amazing team so much for being so efficient, fast and kind to me during such crazy times (covid). My back bumper got hit by another car and my insurance immediately recommended me to contact them. Luckily they were 2 minutes away from my house and as I contacted them, the transition afterwards was so easy and comforting. Within a week, they explained the processes, they took in my car, had a rental car ready for me and replaced the entire bumper. Their customer service team was also exceptional. I can’t recommend them enough! Very happy to have been serviced by them.

Derrick, my service rep was great! Explained everything about my repair and had very quick communication and explained everything. He also provided me advice on things regarding my truck that I didn’t know about that I can do myself. Behind the scenes, the repair happened very quickly, was finished like new and on top of that they cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. I’d compared quotes too and they were at least on par or better for prices. They also arranged a rental for me while it was being repaired. Flawless. I can’t think of any service for anything that’s been done better for me.

Awesome service and fixed quickly! Overall a good experience. The estimate was spot on. Sandra at reception is always great to deal with. Derrick and Carman were prompt, knowledgeable, candid and courteous. Other than having to call late in the afternoon the day my car was scheduled to be picked up, and moving the pick up date to the next morning, everything was as expected. They even cleaned and washed the car. All of their COVID 19 precautions and protocols are solid. They have enterprise car rental conveniently located just 2 doors down. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with the customer service and workmanship displayed by CSN. Upon submission of my claim with insurance, CSN reached out to me the next day to schedule the appraisal; furthermore, they had a scheduled drop-off date defined later that day. I was very impressed with how they took care of all administrative task with the car rental company; and for the car rental to be located beside their facility was very convenient. This is my second time using CSN Collision, Orleans. This company is so wonderful to work with. My go to person there is Carman. He is incredibly kind, professional, easy to work with, and aims to make it a very good experience!! My first time there I needed a rental car. Carman made all the arrangements for me. CSN and Enterprise are in close proximity so I suspect they share a lot of business. CSN did an incredible job with the body work and paint job!! I highly recommend them!! Do yourself a favour.

They were the recommended repair shop by the insurance company to handle the collision repairs following the rear-ending my car received. Every step of the process of the repair was handled by them, including the co-ordination of the temporary rental car, and they even delivered my car back a day earlier than estimated. As for the quality of the work, even I that had been in the collision couldn't tell you where the damage was! My car came back to me as if nothing had happened to it at all. Fantastic.

My car got into two accidents, and CSN Orleans was recommended by my insurance, but it was my choice to go to nearest shop. So essentially, I chose CSN Orleans from passed experiences. My car needed front end work after a collision. After a few calls I was worried it would take months to get in anywhere. CSN got me in immediately for a quote and had me back in my car way faster than I expected. They provided me some excellent advice and helped with getting me a rental car. Amazing service! There was a damage on my bumper where a plastic part of the bumper was sticking out and as a result, my safety inspection didn't pass. I went to CSN and the gentleman here fixed my bumper with a quick fix and did not charge me anything! I told him that my safety inspection failed due to this and he made a quick fix to ensure that it would pass this time around and it did! Amazing!!

CSN Orleans did great work on my car. Dealing with them was a pleasure. They dealt with everything from sending my car to Toyota for resetting my computer, repairing the damage to the body and mechanical damage from would be car thieves. Great communication which was great because car trouble suck. We went in because of damage to our front as it was on our list of places for insurance. But went back for additional work for a scratch that was rusting and some dents we didn’t really notice (because of how dirty our car was) over the winter. They did great work and provided a generous guarantee on their work. Would recommend.

Had a major collision. CSN replaced the left side and front end of my Impala. The adjuster Andy was professional and made sure I understood what was being done.
