Finally a cvs that is full of kind professional people who are NOT judgmental. I love cvs for their rewards but was about to switch to another place FOREVER if this CVS gave me poor care like the other 2 that i tried out and wasted 3 years with hoping it would get better. The workers here all need a raise Honeslty they are so kind and never seem judgmental or rude. Such professionals they all take their jobs seriously but at the same time are understanding and wonderful towards customers. They are all so fast and accurate and get things done. Honestly im shocked sometimes when i stop by early just to check since i was nearby and they will end up having it already ready or ready super quick! I didnt even mind waiting till the usual time but they are great. I feel bad though a bit with how hard they all seem to work so i really hope they are all getting proper praise and raises! I finally found my permanent pharmacy and mini store. Thank you all for taking a little stress out of dealing with my medical issues as well as having a car that's messed up so you all always make sure my stuff is 100% ready if i call to check before i get there so theres no wasted trips becuase something was forgotten (i know mistakes happen but the last place i went to had it happen everytime!) Again very thankful to have this place now it's a big stressor off my shoulders to not have to dread going to the pharmacy. It's nice to go there for once and actually leave in a better mood then when i arrived vs past places i went to where i left feeling insulted and stressed. Hope this place stays amazing! (So people up top please take care of the employees who make this store run!)

I’ve been using this CVS for a few years, but I plan on switching locations soon. I don’t necessarily think it’s the employees’ faults - I’m guessing it’s poorly managed and understaffed. Whenever I pick up my meds, I can expect to wait in line for around 30 minutes which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. I’ve even gone at different days/times of the week, and it’s always busy with long waits no matter when I go. Recently, I ran out of a necessary medication and my app said it was “in progress” and “delayed” for several days. When I asked the staff about it, they said it was out of stock and that they hadn’t unloaded some boxes of a new shipment due to being overworked and understaffed, and that the medication was probably in there but they won’t know until they have the time to unbox it. I had to wait another 20 minutes to talk to the pharmacist to see what other locations had my medication in stock. She was very frantic when talking to me because she was running around and extremely busy. The next morning, my app still says my medication is in progress and delayed, so I’m going to have to call those other locations and request I pick up my medication there, if they’re even still in stock. Overall, this last experience was the final straw in my decision to switch cvs locations. I plan on switching to the cvs in target because it seems to have better reviews and I don’t recall it being extremely busy when I’m shopping at target.

Unbelievable! CVS has lost two customers today. I'll let others know how badly CVS treats its customers. I was on hold for an hour and 20 mins when I finally got tired of waiting. I kept the call on hold and went to the pharmacy to see how busy the pharmacy was. Four employees were filling prescriptions, one helping at the drive-thru, and one helping at the front register. You could hear two calls on hold. Two cars were in the drive-thru, one person in front of me and then a person walked up behind me. There were six employees and none of them were answering the phones. The clerk's response to my question about if it is the company's policy to let people stay on hold for that long was – "You can see I am helping people. I could be helping customers or answering the phones." Guess what, CVS, the people on the phone calls are customers too. Well, I guess CVS has at least two fewer customers now.

I've had my rxs completely lost here and staff acted like it was not an issue that they needed to bother with, been blatantly insulted at the counter, not been able to get my medications in a timely manner due to poor communication and obvious lies, lack of customer concern, and had my drs office staff complain to me about how rude they were treated. I've finally had enough, convenience is no longer a reason to put up with this incompetent and poorly managed pharmacy. Apparently most of the pharmacy staff have forgotten why they are needed in the first place.

I live nearby and have used this pharmacy as my primary pharmacy for years. I have one medication that I only need to take occasionally when I have a flareup. This particular medication is EXTREMELY expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it so I have to shop around to find the best price. This is when I realize just how spoiled I've gotten at this CVS location. The staff here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. Are there times when things don't run perfectly? Absolutely, but they always do their best and remain professional. What more can anyone ask from any business. So, thank you for all you've done for me through the years. You will continue to be my pharmacy of choice.

I went into this CVS there weren’t very many people in the store. One customer being checked out and no other customers in site. I went over to the photo lab to get help but no one was there. I decided to wait till cashier was done with the customer to ask for help. The manager came to the front area so I got his attention. This man was not in least interested in helping me. As soon as I asked a question his body language changed he rudely attempted to half help me before walking away. I stood there waiting for this mans help he looked at me and quickly started to help another customer. Whom happened to be a white woman. No customer should be treated the way I was and by a manager

ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES Doctor called in an order for my mother and I wanted to make sure that it was filled before I drove in to pick it up. After being on hold for 15 minutes I drove to the store to check (while still on hold). When I got to this CVS I was told that they were out of Prednisone at all of their local locations and couldn't fill the scrip. While I was driving home they finally answered the phone (25 minutes). I hung up and called the closest Walgreens. PREDNISONE IN STOCK AT WALGREENS!! Scrip filled in under 30 minutes. I HAVE A NEW PARMACY!! CVS may want to consider new management. This is not just a pharmacy problem - it is a management problem. Take Ownership!

No one answers the phone. Dr put in 2 emergency orders to get prescription filled because we were almost out. It always showed delayed on the app. Kept calling to check with no answer. This was over several days, multiple times of day calling. Had to go in, wait in line for 30 mins for someone to confirm that there are 2 emergency orders in their system. Still wasn't ready for pick up. They said it will be ready in 30 mins. Came back an hour later and it wasn't ready. Waited at the pick up window for 5 minutes while they filled it. This is unacceptable and we will be transferring our prescriptions away from CVS.

Clean well stocked and organized CVS All the employees are very friendly and nice always say hello when you come in and very helpful if you have questions and I really like the coupons on the receipts helps me save money all the time This CVS is the best one to go to I’m never changing They take the time to know you and help you when needed at Emerson and Stop 11 CVS The CVS at Emerson and Edgewood is nothing compared to this one Their not so polite and helpful and Drive thru very rude and will close on you no matter what if it’s time for them to leave Use CVS At Emerson and stop 11 Indianapolis

In EVERY line of work, I have never been a part of an establishment where halfway performing my responsibilities goes without some form of disciplinary action to correct or eliminate the problem or the person. So I'm not sure how you can call ahead for pharmacy pickup and in a lackadaisical manner they tell you that they only prepared HALF of your order!! It's not like this location is right around the corner, so they should take your time, gas, and patience into consideration....but she said in such a matter-of-fact manner that I have to come back as though "I" was responsible!!!! #ExtremelyAnnoyed

Had a prescription called in from my doctor. I have new insurance and wanted to provide them with the info over the phone so it was processed ahead of time, and so I would also know the cost of the script. Female pharmacy tech said they can't do over the phone, that is is too hard to understand numbers and letters on the phone and I would just need to bring it in and wait while they look into it. The point of all this was to not have to wait and to know how much it would cost and if I could afford it. I feel like they just didn't want to take the time to help me. Very frustrated!

I've got to write a review on this CVS because while I was in drive thru picking up a prescription my car broke down in winter with my 2 kids at the window. 2 very rude pharmacists were like I'm not pushing her out. The woman behind me came to help and another pharmacists came out and helped. He didn't have to and did. Now when I go there he is always courteous. Other than that the store is stocked/clean. :)

This pharmacy said they couldnt fill my prescription due to me not being in my neighborhood and that the DEA watches there store and so they cant fill my script. Turned my business away on a big fat LIE! any cvs pharmacy should be able to fill any script narcotic or not. Do not take your meds here or business waste of time and respect!

Poor customer service did not have my prescription and made me drive to the other side of town saying they had it when they did not when all they had to do was make a call. Oh and I called before I even got there to confirm they had it just to arrive and them send me somewhere else that did not have it.

Called at 9:35 pm Nov 2, 2021 to ask Pharmacist question about meds I was prescribed. Sat on hold for 35 mins before I gave up. I understand that evening can be short staffed, but 35 mins is more than enough to take one call. Very disappointed. Had to wait to take my meds. Not okay.

East stop 11 pharmacy was less than helpful, rude, and the staff was completely under qualified to help customers, I encountered incompetence and rude staff that had a less than helpful or caring attitude, so I will not go back, I wouldn’t adobes shopping at least at this store

Quick and convenient to get items that meet your health needs. Easy to drop off a prescription and pick it up later or wait for it if necessary. The pharmacist and all staff are very helpful when you have questions or are in need.

This pharmacy called me about a discount coupon to lower my prescription prices. The pharmacy has a riddle for free candy. Additionally this is one of the locations you can dispense of leftover medications safely at no cost
