Giving 1 stars is way too generous but I did only because this store is one of only a few open 24 hours in Brooklyn. Otherwise I was tempted to give '0' stars. Why? Some of the staff in this store need a workshop on customer service and customer interaction. Just recently (January 23, 2023) after midnight I visited the store with the following experience: Upon entering first entrance to the store, I cannot enter because the second entrance door to store is locked. There's a male employee gathering garbage or refuse the front area near the doors. The exit door is slightly ajar but there isn't kind of sign, note or indicator that a person should enter through the 'exit door. I turn to employee and ask 'Can I enter through this door?'. Silence as if he didn't hear me. I repeat and ask 'Can I enter through this door'. His response 'How else do you expect to enter the store?'. I gave him a few choice words in response but was more so irritated at the audacity for him to respond to me as a customer in such a way. More so I'm thinking that his type of response and lack of respect wouldn't have been exhibited if this store was located in an area that isn't predominantly minority populated. I'm reaching out to the management of this store as well.

Go to a LOCAL PHARMACY and get personalized attention My prescription sent to 1 CVS then I realized that it was sent after they were already closed so I had it sent to this 24 hour CVS.. Despite the fact that the pharmacy where it was originally sent was already closed when I sent it, this 24 hour CVS tells me they can't fill it because it was already filled at the other store! Completely aware that this was a BS computer error listing a medication as filled by a closed store... he didn't care!!! This was a BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION. CLERK DIDN'T CARE! I'm SWITCHING scripts for me, my wife and 2 kids all to a local pharmacy. I'm encouraging everyone to do the same. I will try my best never to use CVS again!!!

I SIMPLE ASK THE STORE MANAGE IF I CAN DROP OFF A UPS PACKAGE, SHE LITERALLY SHOUT AT ME AND SAID ITS SUNDAY AND WE DON'T ACCEPT PACKAGE AT THIS GIVEN TIME, I ASK HER WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING AT ME. SHE SAID I SHE GO CLEAN MY NOSE AND GET OUT OF HER STORE. I FEEL SO DOWN AND HUMILIATED AND FEEL REALLY BAD THE WAY SHE HANDLES ME. I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF HER AND RECORD IT AS WELL. CVS IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW PLEASE HANDLE THE SITUATION ASAP.

At some point you have to realize the pharmacy needs a better system. It’s not to say it’s not adequately staffed, because it is. The customer volume is too high at this location and there is no team work. If the line looks like this, two open registers, and both customers have exceeded 2 minutes at the register you’re supposed to IMMEDIATELY send in back up to help reduce the line. There is no regard for how long you have to wait. Also this is on two different locations and after standing 15 minutes in line it did NOT move on day one and only one person to was serviced on my second attempt……. Still didn’t get it

Very traumatic experience . I never Had a chance to leave a review about the two young women almost got into a physical altercation the employee there attacked the young girl and none the workers did anything about it. Good thing cops ended up coming because the workers had her people come there to jump this young lady… I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to come here. I ‘ll stick to my deliveries or going all the way downtown instead . Maybe just don’t even shop with CVS AT ALL . And if you guys ever do go there stay away from that masculine worker name Aloma something of that nature . Be ware

Please take Heed . Do not ever ever ever visit this location!. My experience with CVS Pharmacy department is the worst. Seven individuals on the clock but they are not working. They are stealing company time . I waited 20 min on one line to be told that I was in the wrong line , I step over to the other line for the clerk to tell me they only have one pharmacist available I have to wait until 10: 00 to come back again. I went to pick up my son asthma medication a potential life saving medicine for a 4 year old and I was told to return 30 minutes later .

People come hear and steal and run out of the store and People complain about how they lock certain items up. Vote and maybe they'll stop letting the thiefs back out to rob the store again . I've personally seen someone run out the store with a shopping cart full of items. I've been coming here for years and this has always been my go to for my medicine. Keep up the good work night shift. Unfortunately, everyone doesn't see the daily issues you guys have when dealing with thief's.

Rude pharmacist, I waited on line at 1:45 pm , they return from lunch at two but the huge line starts forming before. I finally reach the counter at 2:20. She takes my information, says I need to talk with pharmacist. Went over to him and told him my information again. He found my medicine but I need to get back in the line after waiting on the line already. I asked if he can just tell his co worker that this is the medicine he needs and I can wait at the pick up. But he said no!

Horrible pharmacy. My 6 year old whom had 103 fever was waiting with me for his antibiotics for up to an hr. The pharmacist was stalling and taking his sweet time with the medicine and kept giving other customers theirs instead. I kept telling them my son isn't able to sit here anymore he's in pain and in need of antibiotics right away. But off course they ignored it. Only yelling solved the problem, otherwise we would be there all night. No sympathy for children whatsoever!!

I got a notification that my Rx was ready but it was at another location. Staff was helpful in changing it for me. I was thankful but after waiting only one Rx was filled. The staff didn't tell her coworker that the one rx was out of it. So I'm sitting and the other staff noticed me. My complain is that is no comunication to each other and the client. Now, I have to go back in the evening because there is no deliver service. I have gone to other CVS and is good.

I don't know who reads these but for real.... Do better. How is the store 24hrs but one person working. Plus that 1 person is rude af and don't wanna work... What's the point? Also, there is no stock at all. Everytime I come there is never any medical supplies, lotions, snacks etc. And the place that need assistance are broken, with no intent of being fixed. Seriously needs a new lead in charge, would go somewhere else if I could.

This is a Pharmacy with a grocery store in Brooklyn by Kings Highway and Utica. You can get your prescriptions picked up here, as well you can get OTC medicine here. They have very good products which are cheap and their stock is always full. They also have good cosmetics which are original, if you need originality, go to CVS. They also have their own made products, which can compete with other manufacturers in their industry.

I waited 15min to even see someone in the front of the store. Not only that half of the machines are broken. While I was there I was also attended to by someone who claims to be the manager but would not show me his identification. I requested it several times and he never bothered to give his identification. He only would tell me his name was Malcolm. He also took a picture of me and would not allow me to do the same

The front desk staff is so lazy. I will receive email regarding my photos are ready. If I go there the staff will say it’s not ready, order again. If it’s not ready, then why I will receive email telling me that it’s ready for pick up. It happened multiple of times. This Cvc should change the staff. Also when you call with questions the staff will simply hang up the phone. So rudeee

Located in a good spot to serve community. Parking lot is a plus. However, the staff and professionalism at this location is absolutely unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone...I hung up after 45 minutes of no one answering the phone. The pharmacist seemed disconnected from the folks they are serving in this community. Very disrespectful to customers.

UPS Access Point at this location is abysmal, they somehow managed to lose packages after scanning them in, and didn't email the receipt like they were supposed to, so now I have to spend hours with UPS trying to track them down. Staff at the location, depending on who answers the phone, will tell you they don't even accept packages, or just give the runaround.

Don’t know what is going on here but simple products as ice cream are under locks, toothpaste and some products that’s simply just don’t make sense. You’re constantly hovered over by whoever open the cabinets you feel like a criminal honestly. The carpet is dirty, filthy and the place just look like a poorly run corner shop! Can’t believe this is CVS!

Have you ever tried getting them to answer the phone? Good luck. How in the world has the corporate office not remedied this dysfunctional location?! CVS has two 24-hour pharmacies in Brooklyn, serving 2.6 million people. It’s like a third-world, dystopian nightmare if you’re in need of medication after normal business hours. Zero Stars.

Went to this CVS on12/16/23 to get some medicine for soarthroat. Once of the store associate who wasn't wearing and ID I asked for if he worked in the store he was so disrespectful. How would I or anyone know he worked in the store if he didn't have on ID? I would never go there again.

I’m straight to the point HOWARD is very rude and unprofessional as far I as know you went to school for pharmacy tech and one of those things they teach you is sympathy to the customers which is he doesn’t have that. So please just dealing with him making me more sick not helpful at all.

This pharmacy is the most disorganized there is. The staff is extremely slow and rude. They’d rather have full blown conversation with each other instead of attending to the long cue they’ve created. Expect to spend half of your day picking up your prescription. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The 24 Hours pharmacy is great,the Lunch breaks not so much and a few not all on the evening Shift leave you to your own devices when it comes to looking for items,with their motto of "we don't do your shopping for you".I have witness a few escalation of arguments.

I don’t know why this has bad reviews. I went in at 10pm and I had a great experience. I got my medicine within 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. Don’t shy away from this location. I wish my local pharmacy was as nice as this one.

This 24 hrs CVS saved me by helping me with a late-night over-the-counter medication and again I came in today and was greeted with a friendly hello by Jason and Zarlia, I am hooked, my favourite CVS location. Always a warm encounter.

Slowest pharmacy you will EVER go to. Most of the time you only see one person at the register. They stand around in the back on their phones. The line is always to the back of the store. Medication never in stock.

They have no respect for other people time. They told me to wait for 10-15 mins. I was supposed to get my pumps yesterday and they got me waiting 40 minutes for an asthma pump like WHY? It’s ridiculous

CVS pharmacy is drugstore where you latest in cosmetics and other things. The associates are helpful and quick to answer your questions. There is flow people and seem constantly returning.
