28 years in military and too many countries and cities to name is not a easy task when it relates to medical care for family members especially one with special needs........I have never worked with Medicaid needing additional reguirments to receive medication? Another pharmaceutical company informed me Medicaid was not the only documentation I needed rather what My daughter needed to receive her medication.....she informed me I needed a Sunshine card? Feeling clueless.....she also informed me they do not except this sunshine card....okay..... feeling lost and hopeless after seating in the emergency room for 3 plus hours and no medication....in a emotional funk ....I proceeded to CVS.......I did not know ! what to do....the pharmacy professional Richard knew, he explained the system in Florida and exactly what was needed to receive her medication....I can go to any Veterans hospital and receive my medication as a disable veteran, I did not understand Florida with it's MMA system, With a disabled adult daughter living here all of 1 week, I am so in love with the professional mannerisms of Richard and the pharmacist India and the wonderful Kendra whom allowed me to vent and emotionally cry on her shoulder ....God bless you guys ..... I always appreciate being educated..... of things in which they are not knowledgeable to me ...To the Pharmacy Of CVS # 6801on University Blvd/ Terry Road...."I salute You.......

They deserved a 0 for customer service. I made an appointment for a covid19 test, I'm not sick, just needed because I'm flying out of the country. I was waiting in the line behind 5 cars, and I noticed my car was overheating, smoke all over. I turned around and I parked my car. I went inside to request the covid test and They refused. They said that all the tests are done outside. I explained my situation and still refused to give me the test. First, It is unsafe to be in the middle of the car, because you have to be online. I asked for the manager and she stated that she was the manager and I asked for her manager and she refused to call the manager. She stated that she was going to send someone outside to put a cone, a person came outside, but without the cone. The person at the drive through was rude and nasty with an attitude. Just because I don't have a car at the moment and I needed the test I stayed. She asked me if I had a test before I asked. Yes, she didn't explain the procedures, This is a completely new test.. There should be other procedures for emergencies. I will never go to the store again. Please choose another location. 12/17/2021 at 12:30pm

I would NOT recommend this store! The customer service is HORRIBLE, to say the least! Cary and Anna both were extremely unprofessional and simply rude. When I pointed out the lack of customer service and attention they displayed to customers in the store, it resulted in them bantering with me instead of acknowledging the observation. I would think a company as large as CVS would do better in teaching their frontline personnel better customer and people skills! I am a recovering stroke patient and I was mortified at the way they treated me! When I mentioned that I was reporting them to CORPORATE the young lady Anna, responded by saying "go ahead and report me I don't care!" I also overheard her speaking to Cary about a customer he assisted on the phone, saying, "I'm so over these people." I simply told her that she may want to consider another line of work if she does not have any desire to be professional and courteous to customers. CVS, IS THIS THE WAY YOU PROVIDE CVS CARE

My CVS was out of Claritin-D (an over the counter prescription, which I have a prescription for to get the Goodrx discount). When I called to this store to transfer the prescription all I got was condescension and then was told that they would not accept the Goodrx coupon. I then called the Baymeadows store and explained the situation. Not only did they tell me that they would accept my prescription with the Goodrx coupon, she looked up my insurance and told me that I would get a better discount through my insurance (I was originally told by the St. Augustine Rd location that this would not be covered by insurance). There is a $30 difference with the coupon vs without, how in the hell are you not going to accept a Goodrx coupon for a prescription that is CLEARLY stated for your store?? From here on out I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Baymeadows Rd. store for all of my prescriptions.

I called to confirm my order and when it would be ready. I was told my prescription would be ready after noon. I showed up at 1:25 while on my work break, and was told it was still not ready (even though no one reached out to notify me and I called to confirm).Come to find out my medication was” not ready “because they wanted to go on a lunch break. Immediately after 2 when they got back from break I got a message that my prescription was ready for pick up. How unprofessional!!!!! And if you can’t tell every bad review is in regards to the unprofessionalism in pharmacy. Maybe it is time for a new manager ….

Went in yesterday to the pharmacy to have prescriptions filled, wasn’t greeted at the counter the tall white guy just took my prescription paper out my hand and told me my prescription would be $40 in a manner as if I’d change my mind, I said that’s fine I still want everything filled, then he walks away and comes back saying they don’t have what I need to fill it, and I’m assuming he didn’t want to because one of my prescriptions was for a mouthwash that would take time to make, long story short I left with 1/3 of my prescriptions mainly because I feel that he was being lazy.

This has to be the worst CVS in the state of Florida the Cashier that is at work at 7:45 needs to be fired her service is the worst I have ever experienced ever!! I dont see how she has a job she is trash and she will stop people from coming there I will contact corporate on Monday She needs to be removed I will start a boycott of that store and tell everyone not to shop there

Experienced terrible service today from this store's pharmacy. I called in at 3:03 pm, and was on hold until 3:25. There is absolutely no excuse for keeping a customer on hold for more than 20 minutes, especially at a pharmacy, where time can be of the essence. The gentleman who finally answered had no explanation other that to say he had just walked in.

Bailey, a Pharmacy Tech, thought it was appropriate to slam customer medications on the counter and flung my prescription across the room into a bin like it was a frisbee. Hopefully her rudeness covers up her ineptitude at life... But today that strategy wasn't working! Apparently, most of the staff at this location suck at life too.

Made a Flu shot reservation. CVS confirmed my reservation. I show up a few minutes early and check in. After waiting about 5 minutes, they tell don't have any shots available. How do you not know this until after I check in? In the middle of flu season? Should've known what I was in for when I walked into that hellscape of a store.

I dropped off my daughters prescription and when I came to pick them up.. The pharmacy tech guy stared at the computer like forever like he was confused and finally gave me what I thought were my child's meds when actually it wasn't the scripts I dropped off... First impression was the worst...

I went and was told they were filling my prescription and to come back in a couple hours. Never got a text. When I called the next day nothing was filled and I needed authorization. I have never had this happen at CVS. I just feel lied to??? And I NEED the prescription- very unfortunate.

I had a covid test done on JUNE 3rd - they didn’t charge me until last night, JULY 8th. Sending my card into the negatives because it was $140.00. Super unprofessional by all means. Who charges someone one month later? Ontop of that, my husband got charged the day he got his. Why not me?

My pharmacy closed and sent my records here. Not liking it. They received a prescription a week ago and still have not filled it. I think I'm going to have to find a real pharmacy. Forget buying anything from the store. If you need a cashier you are SOL!

Worst pharmacy department EVER. Prescription is NEVER ready when they say. They tell you 1 hour but it ends up being like 3. They are very rude & inconsiderate. The pharmacy techs would rather talk to each other about personal matters than do their job.

Bad! Very poorly run. Restroom, which is only a few feet from the pharmacy, was so disgusting and dirty that I won’t attempt to describe here. CVS corporate shut this place down immediately! Management should be let go. Messy and dirty all around!

I had trouble with my transaction at self check out, which turned out to be my fault. After voiding the order, she said, and I quote, "I just walked all the way up here for nothing". Also, her tone of voice is insulting.

Just garbage, I guess I should have expected as much, being as it's the closest pharmacy to a garbage hospital. Don't get me wrong, I like CVS, just not this location. Shut it down and build a pawn shop over it.
