1/10/2020 My daughter had a prescription called in that can be prescription or over the counter. We have hit financial hardships and we need it to be paid through our insurance. I received push back from the man behind the pharmacy counter that this is OTC only. UNTRUE. I then had to literally argue with him for several minutes putting my finances and personal business for all to hear before he offered to order the medicine. Now my child will be unable to take said medication prior to her surgery and everything has to be rescheduled GREAT JOB! I was sad when I found out our prescriptions would no longer be filled at Walgreens. Of course this happened a few years ago but it has been over the years my tolerance has just went away for the way I am treated at this location. I felt like this was just CVS customer service cause of other things i had heard in the past. UNTIL i went to the location on SS and Atlantic my experience with their pharmacy was like night and day. I was going to leave CVS altogether and go with a provider via mail but will move down the road for one more try. I am over you loosing my consent forms monthly which causes my daughter to be without her medication that is needed daily. I am over you acting like the retail store is your home and i showed up unannounced. The Indian male pharmacist has the worst beside manner ever. Hate to say it like that but i will not go back just to find his name. And the bald guy that approaches you in the parking lot saying he is vet and his child is in wolfsons he needs money to get his child is a scam. He is a crackhead by the name of Jeff Jones that was exposed on social media.

only reason I use CVS is due to work insurance. Pharmacy is usually understaffed and a few of the staff are generally indifferent and seem uncaring..I'm sure due to stress and dealing with so many people. Service gets continually worse as time goes by it seems. Always a long wait whether in store or drive through. They actually gave me someone else's medications one time and I didnt notice till I got home...now I always check before leaving. Today I had three prescriptions sent to them at 10:30 in the morning... at 2:30 in the afternoon no text to pick up. I call and ask if they can tell me approximately when they will be ready for pickup and the girl tells me they are working on them. I let her know its been three hours and would just like an estimate of when they will be ready. She tells me they will text me when ready for pickup. I know this...again I ask ...Yes I know that...Im asking for a timeframe of when they will be available for pickup....she just tells me she's not sure...

I am done with CVS! Went to pick up prescription that was ready and had to wait in line. No problem, I can deal with that. It's what I witnessed while I was waiting that turned me off. The callous way that the pharmacist dealt with customers having issues told me she did not care about them. There was an elderly white gentleman that desperately needed his meds and she totally had no feelings for his situation. Then there was a young black man that she had evidently already talked to who had been waiting who knows how long, had given her his medical card and she denied knowing anything about it. Finally after giving her enough details she remembered who he was and told him to wait another 30 minutes. I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but there is always a time to be compassionate. Unless you are CVS. Then the only thing that matters is bottom line. Like I said in the beginning, I'm done with CVS.

Pharmacy is awful. They never answer their phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days about a prescription, finally went up there, to be told that it’s on delay and they don’t know when it’ll be in. The employee then pointed to a delivery and said it could be in there but I don’t know when I’ll be able to get to it, could be tomorrow. I explained I’m 32 weeks pregnant and it’s my glucose monitoring device for gestational diabetes, kinda important. She said if you need it now I suggest having your dr call in the prescription somewhere that will have it like Walgreens or Walmart. When I said my insurance doesn’t cover it there she said I don’t know what else to tell you. I will never be using this pharmacy location again.

Cvs continues to disappoint in the customer service arena. Now that we've somewhat adjusted to tge lunch hour closure I arrived today Saturday 3pm only to find the drive through is closed due to lack of employee staffing. I am wearing a cast an I did not appreciate the long walk back to tge pharmacy. There was only one technician and the pharmacist on duty however I don't understand why you can't switch back and forth between the drive thru and the inside counter. I would decide myself if I was tired of waiting in the drive thru and go inside. Unacceptable practice for a pharmacy dealing with the elderly.

I have had to use this pharmacy for years. They are terrible. When I could, I would go to another branch up the street. Same company, but totally different experience. Slow, rude and I have watched, while waiting inside, as they joked and ignored people in the drive thru. My insurance finally changed and I was able to switch pharmacies. No more 10 to 30 minute drive thru waits. Yes, 30 minutes with 1 car in front of me. There are 2 ladies in the pharmacy that are nice...I hope you get them.

The pharmacy is understaffed and slow at all times. Even if your prescription is ready be prepared to wait. They are not in hurry to help or take care of you. Want to use the drive thru? Be prepared to wait longer. I dread using this pharmacy and interacting with their staff. Unfortunately I have Caremark for my prescription provider so I have no choice but deal with these people. I wish I could go back to Publix pharmacy where they care about their customers. Avoid this CVS at all costs.

Waiting in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes while they fill multiple prescriptions for the car in front of me is unacceptable. There is a sign clearly posted that says "As a courtesy to others, we are not able to fill prescriptions while you wait at the drive-thru." Yet here we are 30 minutes later and I will not be returning to this or any CVS because I've had similarly bad experiences at more than one other CVS locations. This is an absolutely horrible experience.

Every time My husband or I go in to thr pharmacy here we never have to wait for ever. I guess its the new customers being they had to take over winn Dixie s pharmacy .I have going to this cvs ever since it was open. The ppl are reallly nice to you n go out of thier way. The newer ppl that goes to this store. If you don't like it then don't go back. Like I don't go back to Publix. The oringal crew is awesome n car about there customers.Its the new ppl that is the problem.

Wow wow wow estaba en esta cvs por la noche y un chico Moreno entró a robar por suerte estaba de cajero un chico llamado Logan que amablemente le pidió que entregara las cosas y no quiso y trató de huir forcejearon y Logan lo detuvo fue muy valiente al enfrentarlo pero si me asusté corri a pedir ayuda pero nadie me escuchó, pero el solo pudo controlar el problema es un gran ejemplo tiene mi respeto y admiración

Whent to pick up Rx , got to pharmacy technician a overweight man was very unprofessional and rude. Like they are too busy to be nice.Even if you are busy, keep smile and greet customer with a respect. Where is customers service today? I really like them ; when we switched from Walmart pharmacy. Sadly they loosing a grip to be professional and polite. Need to switch again , hope to find pharmacy where customers get respect and love.

The only reason that I'm giving one star is because I'm not allowed to give 0. Their level of incompetence is only exceeded by their total indifference. If my insurance contracted with *any* other pharmacy I would go there. But, no. I'm a prisoner. So, yea. There's really no guarantee that I will ever recieve the medications I need to keep me alive. Much less from one month to the next.

It’s crazy how you can have a horrible experience at one CVS and the opposite at another. I’ve gone to this one a few times now and the employees are much nicer. I had to read the name tag of “Chris” who was very calm and patient with the customer ahead of me who was frustrated with the machine and issues with prices. He handled it professionally, unlike other CVS locations.

The pharmacy lady named Vanessa was very unprofessional and horrible customer service I was walking she called told her I will speak when I get in. Then I was standing in line behind a couple while this other lady was no where in line. I walk up bc I was next and she rudely tells me to move and let her help this other lady. I am so upset how it work.

Worst service ever!! I am waiting for them to answer the phone right now and it's been 33 mins. Not counting earlier tried and waited 21 mins and hung up. Wait forever and forever in line to pick your prescription up Going to start going to the CVS down further

Always have issues with this location. Decided to go to Publix pharmacy instead but this time we have to come here for a Covid test and waited almost 2 hours in the drive through. Please hire people with better manners and have a good game plan.

SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes no matter the time of day, number of people in line or whether or not your prescription is ready. There is no sense of urgency to get customers orders filled. Go to Walgreens up the street.

Waited for an hour to get COVID-19 test. I filled up all the info before going there. They said they are not there. I complained to the manager. Manager gave some lame excuses. staff seems does not know what he is doing. Do not go to this CVS.

While for a year I've been getting the same prescription wrote the same way I had to change pharmacy due to the fact my ins didn't DDE with walk greens, now getting the same thing some how these crazy people have all month ( the last 4 weeks)

Staff seem friendly enough until you go to pharmacy. They seem to not want to be there, they dont seem to care, and I understand they have a lot to do, but they take their time doing it. But because of the staff in the front, I give 3 stars

The cashier they have is really uncaring and gives false information about the store. I guess she's one of the know it all's and No one can tell her any different. I will skip this one and drive 10 minutes away to the other one from now on.

Getting a little sketchy. Signage is out, parking lot dirty. Bathroom disgusting and doors hard to open. Shelves are getting low on merchandise... Not sure what the game plan is but makes me want to do more online shopping...

The pharmacy is garbage the staff is garbage. They have bad attitudes My medicine was suppose to be done by 1pm. They dont answer phones. And its 1:25 PM and still haven't gotten in my hand

If i could give them none i would. Never had a harder time filling a prescription. Called tge pharmacy 6x today waiting 20 plus minutesat a time for no one to answer or to be disconnected.

Great pharmacy and "front store". The staff here is accommodating and efficient. If the don't have what I need at the time, they get it quickly. Been my go to pharmacy for 2 years.

This cvs is horrible. My doctor put my prescription in on Wednesday and it's Saturday and still not done. I have to wait an hour. This is ridiculous.
