Hour ago my brother call to this cvs. For a prescription for me. He is a doctor. So after 1 hour I'm here and they didn't find me on the computer. After couple of minutes they found me. How they say that I need to wait 20 minutes more. Please don't come here they don't know what they doing.

I've been a regular monthly customer for 6 years now. They know me by name. Always friendly service. Rather than taking 2-3 hours to fill your prescription you are out of there in 15-20 minutes 95% of the time. If they are super busy 45 minute wait. Great work ethic, great customer service!

Rico is the worst. I can’t believe he is allowed to treat customers the way he does. It’s literally, and i mean it in the most literal sense of the word, unbelievable. I cannot believe it. My other experiences have been great though, with the staff always providing great service.

Unfortunately there is no way to give negative stars for the staff and service! We went to get a passport photo taken for our kiddo and Rico was extremely rude. He refused to even move from his seat with a lame excuse ‘Does he even follow instructions!?’ Very sad!
