Today this location do not deserve an half of a star!!! It was the worst day of my back pain journey! I had gone to the Jacksonville Spine Center & Lyerly Surgeon for my excruciating back pain appointments on the same day. Both my blood pressure & back pain was on a high level of pain that I could not think, eat and/or concentrate. My BP was in continuance of 183/123 to 196/133 because of back & leg pain. Usually I would go inside the pharmacy to speak, ask questions and/ or shop & get my meds in person but today I went through the drive thru. I put the two prescriptions to the drive thru window, when i looked up I saw the Lady at the drive thru go speak with the Pharmacist, he came back to the window advising me that he was concerned that I had two different prescriptions from two different doctors & they both had different strengths and that he wasn't going to filled them until he call both doctors....i advise him fine. Normally they checked the prescriptions anyways...but Dave the pharmacist wanted to continue & insist on argueing and going back & forth about him not filling them until he called to get authorization. I was very embarrassed, I was so sick & in pain, i advised him while he was doing that he could have called by now. I got upset and told him to give me back my presciptions i was going somewhere else! He handed me only the two prescriptions! But then i drove back in the parking lot and did what i normally do and went inside because i was driving bymyself! I wasnt in no shape to keep driving all over the place! i shouldn't have been driving in the first place. So i went back in and explained to him that those prescriptions were prescribed to me by the same doctors who had been treating me 1st off that their signatutres were on other prescriptions that had been called in and/ or brought in and I never had problems before. I had two different appointmentsthat day. I didnt even looked at them! Its a good thing i came back in Dave kept my driver's license! Dave proceeded to continue to be disrespectful & irate and said he tried to calling to verify the prescriptions but no one answered to verify, yet it was only about 4-4:30, I had just left from over there...Dave said they were closed and he wasn't going to fill the prescriptures at all, neither one as I told him I needed one of them. He said he wasn't going to fill neither! DAVE WAS VERY MEAN AT THAT POINT YELLING AT ME IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS...making it seem like i was a criminal! I politely reported the incident to the front end manager who gave me Dave manager number & ID#! As well as the store manager number! They allow this kind of behaviour, they dont care about the well being of people health, especially Afro-American! So i LEFT without any of my presciptions including my pain medicine, stressed out, headache and all!!! I've never felt more uneasy & upset. I tried taking the prescription to a Publix a few days later to see if i could get it filled, I found out that Dave tagged and/or put notes in my file somehow not to fill any of my prescriptions for Norco until they are verified, per the Publix Pharmacist. She advised me that they have a data based system that they are able to pull and see that kind of info. I WILL NEVER USE CVS AGAIN!!! I will not give CVS anymore of my business/MONEY and I hope everyone reading this would take it in consideration as well. I will not keep giving money to businesses that do not value me in a spirit of excellence as I do spending my money there!!

Yesterday, I visited this pharmacy to pick up my medication. As I was checking out with a lady named Adriana, I began explaining that I had five medications on my list. Despite being aware that two of them were unavailable as I had picked them up the previous week from another pharmacy, I had two ready for pick up and my question was directed to the medication not ready. Before I could finish my explanation, she abruptly interrupted me and directed my attention to the payment machine. I found this interruption quite rude, as she didn't offer an apology or allow me to complete my sentence. It's important in customer service to listen attentively, and interruptions without acknowledgment can be disconcerting. I couldn't help but wonder if this interruption was due to my being Asian or if it was her or CVS’s standard practice with all customers. Regardless, such behavior is not in line with the level of customer service expected. After completing my explanation, she curtly instructed, "Go to drop off," displaying a dismissive and impolite attitude. This type of behavior is not conducive to a positive customer experience, and it's important for customer service representatives to communicate respectfully. I believe a more considerate and patient approach would be more appropriate in such situations not to mention the fact that it was not busy since i was the only customer at that time.

TL:DR If you feel bad, go to a different pharmacy. This one will only make you feel worse. This whole stole is an epic fail. Between the cashiers at the front not wanting to check you out all the way down to the pharmacy. **Especially the Pharmacy Manager Don, he is useless and makes excuses for his unprofessional staff at this pharmacies location. The dumb woman working the register refused to look up my name - causing me to waste time when I am already feeling unwell. I wish this store would get a better pharmacy in total. Remove the current workers, send them to different stores to get REAL TRAINING. ONLY Then should you reopen it when you actually have staff who can assist a customer. An actual decent worker ( I don't care if they like me or not, they just need to do their job ) was able to get me one and done in less time then I spent wasting it on this lady who refused to look up my info. Don said it was because she was new. No, Don, you didn't hear the conversation. You didn't see her laziness. She wouldn't even look up my name. This store has officially lost all my business. I'd rather wait 20 minutes in line at Publix then deal with people like THAT.

I went to this minute clinic location after dealing with some strep/possible tonsillitis symptoms. Visit was easy enough(Why this is two stars and not negative 10) I was told that they would call in a prescription to be picked up within the next 90 days at my local Publix pharmacy. So 45 days later I go to my pharmacy and I am informed that the minute clinic called in the wrong date of the prescription(they called it in to be picked up on 1/18/16 instead of the 1/18/17. So no matter you know? That is a simple mistake and publix realized it was a mistake almost instantly. So I call CVS to see if they can contact publix to get the date fixed on the antibiotic(which is free mind you its not like im trying to pull off the crime of the century). Well CVS outright refuses to do so, stating that I need to come in again for another visit after their doctor was the one who told me to pick it up later! DO NOT go to this location if you plan to get the service you pay for. So yet again another Amoxicillin Bandit is foiled thanks to the blind policies of CVS Minute clinic. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go to this location.

Do not go to this pharmacy if you actually want your medications. My mother has been waiting for WEEKS to get a medication filled at this location, and when it was finally ready she was met with staff so unprofessional she was nearly in tears. After waiting in line at the drive through for more than 20 minutes, she asked the man working the line if they were understaffed. He yelled at her, told her she could call the manager if she had a problem, and refused to fill her prescription. When she went into the store because, again, she needed this medication, he very loudly yelled to a coworker that she was the one who had "cussed her out". She was able to get the prescription from another worker, but this whole situation was beyond unacceptable. I get that working retail sucks, I've been there, but lashing out at and then trying to publicly shame someone because they asked you if the store is understaffed out of concern is beyond atrocious behavior. Whoever you are, I hope you get fired. Sorry not sorry.

I just tried to buy one bottle of Zyrtec (365 pills for $56) and I wanted to apply the 20% coupon that CVS sent me. I had to wait a good 5 minutes or so at the pharmacy checkout only to be told I would have to go to the front and checkout in order to get the discount applied. So I go up front and there is a LONG line. I wait another 10 minutes or so only to be told sorry but that item is a buy one, get one half off item. I explained that there was only one left and I just wanted the one anyway. She still would not give me the 20% discount even on the full price of the product, so I just left. It's crazy that they are willing to lose a loyal customer over a 20% discount on a bottle of Zyrtec. Because from now on I will gladly do my business with the Walgreens just down the road. I am however very grateful that this CVS would not accept their own coupon because I ended up buying the exact same product on Amazon for only $15.99! Wow. I had no idea how much they marked up their products. Just beware.

Spoke to Kayla in the pharmacy and there couldn't be a more rude person in the customer service industry. I take a prescription that is given in a 30 day supply. I picked it up on the 11th of February and today is the 11th of March. Yes there is 28 days in February. I picked it up and took it on the 11th. That makes today day 29. When I pointed out that she was wrong and to please take another look at the calendar and count the days, she literally said to me "we don't need your business, go to a different pharmacy". I am in customer service and could never imagine speaking to a customer like that. No im not an addict, I take my medication exactly how it's prescribed. I have a weekend getaway planned for my fiance and was trying to fill my prescription literally one day early. Please Kayla, do customers a favor and get a job that you enjoy. Maybe it's the power trip of telling people no or not wanting to be wrong but she's miserable.

Couldn't find my prescription on file for a while, located it today after I already stood in 2 separate lines one to pick up prescriptions that were already put in for refill and then I had to get out of that line and get into a separate line to order another refill that was not ordered. At that time I told him well you have already waited now in 2 lines so I need to get this filled I'll wait for you to fill it. They said OK we'll notify you over the speaker 40 minutes later I finally went up to the counter and said am I prescriptions filled she said well we have a call to have we? I said no. But can you please check? G not my information and lo and behold my prescription have been sitting now nobody called my name on the speaker system. She blamed the pharmacist, the pharmacist said well the speaker system isn't really working anyway. This is the worst pharmacy. I wanna go back to Walgreens I wish my insurance didn't lock me Here!

Pharmacy worker was in the middle of completing my transaction and asked me to wait a few minutes while it was being taken care of. 30 seconds later, I hear, "I'm off!" I then see her walking out of work without completing the transaction that she asked me to wait a few minutes for. After seeing that the others were not going to pick up where she left off, I then had to get in the back of the line, making the entire ordeal take WAY longer than it should have. I can't imagine the Hell I'd have to pay at work if I were to leave without completing a basic task of my job, or if I were to leave someone hanging like that. I could also hear the same worker being extremely rude to another customer and a second worker chimed in being rude as well... When the customer asked for the name of the worker that was being rude, other staff members gave her a fake name. DEFINITELY never returning to this location.

Normally this CVS treats us right and I've had little to no complaints. However, Yetserday, My wife went to their pharmacy to fill out a perscription. They told her that they were all out of her meds because they have finished their quota for the month. They neglected to see when the next shipment was. We had gone out to near by drug stores to see if we could have them filled. all of them were out of her meds. We even went to Yulee and to Stark (where her doctors was) to fill it. Still no meds. Today just to check when they were going to get a shipment, they said they had everything in stock. The person that TRIED to help us yesterday could have saved us time, money, and gas just by checking when the shipment was coming in. I am irrate in the incompetence and apethetic manner they conduct buisness.

  • Tia Patterson

Awful.... my father did a rapid result covid test yesterday. They told him the results which were negative and stated they would send the results over in 5 minutes... we never received them it's been about 14 hours now...and we need them asap so he can start dialysis. I advised the representative of that as well. Not to mention you cant get a hold of anyone that can help for any information. They put you on hold forever and then then person finally gets the calls and hangs up. I guess they dont feel like talking. Either way it's very urgent that we get the results and this location has been very sluggish providing them or a status update. After this experience will never go to them again.

Just went to do a walkin appt for our sick 3 year old. Completely empty waiting room, and no one in the offices. Tried to register for a visit, was told there were no openings. Knocked on the door to talk to the provider and she very rudely answered and said, we are completely booked. I asked for who? And she said they had back to back appts and couldn't get us in for the next 2 days. We called and checked online before going in and everything said walk ins welcome. We will not be coming back!!

  • K B

Got here 5 mins before close. No other customers in store, and I'm greeted with "we close in 5 mins." Like, Rude. So i start looking for the one item i need, and cant find it, then i see what appeared to be the shift manager walking past the isle towards the front of the store, and he just loudly says "3 mins buddy." Like heres a genius idea, ASK ME WHAT YOU CAN HELP ME FIND, because I'm not leaving until I get what I need, so giving me a countdown is not helping me or you get out the door any quicker.

  • Jillian Wofford

As other people have mentioned, this is a poorly run facility. I am specifically referring to the pharmacy, not the store. I have never encountered a more unkind or careless pharmacist. I work in the medical field and understand he has many other customers to care for, but he was not pleasant to speak to, and had no care for the predicament I was in. One employee, however, was helping fill in at this location. She was very understanding, but I am sorry she has to work under a rude pharmacist.

  • D Love

DO NOT ORDER PICTURES ONLINE AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THIS LOCATION! My breastfeeding pictures mysteriously went missing after the tracking noted that it was delivered. My pictures could be in the hands of anyone at this point. I also had another item that never made it to the location. They don't track their items efficiently. It has been over a month and the items I ordered including my pictures still have not surfaced.

  • Joseph Wofford

Don't waste your time going here. Employees watch you stand in line for 10 mins before assiting, and show up with attitude when they acknowledge you. Pharmacist acts as if he is greater than thou and his time is more precious than any other human. Step down off your pedestal pal, your still a no body. Wish I knew his name, but he is red headed. You see him, just turn around. Do yourself a favor and go to any where else.

  • Faze Katrina Roberts

Doors still unlocked and cashier wouldn’t let me pick up an $50 order I already paid for online and threatened to call the police even after showing my order confirmation. I see why 90% of the reviews for this store front is terrible. They completely deserve it. I think McDonalds has better manners than these people. Worst service ever.

  • Josue Hernandez

The pharmaceutical staff customer service sucks most of them have attitudes. I'm going back to walgreens where I should have stayed. The only reason why we went to CVS is cause of its convenience of location.... it's ok I'll take the extra drive for a much more satisfying experience. ... thanks anyway CVS needs customer service training

  • Vye Craven

I highly disagree with the negative posts! This is by far the BEST CVS I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! Especially THE PHARMACY!!! You will not find a pharmacist better than David, or the entire staff for that matter. Having a good pharmacist is equally as important as having a good doctor!

  • India Moss

Pharmacy is very rude and lacks communication skills. I called to have a prescription transferred and the entire Pharmacy seemed to be completely clueless and became rude and impatient when I addressed the issue of not having the information entered on a prescription I called about 3 days prior.

  • Robert Hauser

I have never had any problem at this location. Staff is friendly and very willing to attend to any prescription issue. On occasion, since I have a couple out-of-the-ordinary issues, I've had to wait for staff to locate a particular script. But, as a rule I'm quite pleased with this CVS branch.

  • Ultimate Warrior

11am. Appointment today for my second COVID shot and was told it would be awhile because I had several walk-ins ahead of me. What was the purpose of having an appointment if the people who didn’t are going before me at my appointment time. Maybe a little common sense would help this place.

  • Warren Pollitt

Never had any issues with this pharmacy. Their staff always encourages me to stay 5 additional minutes, rather than returning later to complete my request. Surprised to see lower ratings. There's always two sides of each story. Mine is CVS' customer service has always been stellar.

  • Jasmine Blackshire

It’s always a terrible experience with this place, no one ever answers the phone! The minute clinic picks and chooses when they accept walk ins and when they don’t. You’re better off taking care of yourself at home and get your prescriptions from somewhere else

  • Gretchin Thompson

This pharmacy never answers the phone. Does not matter the time of the day. I have tried multiple times and no one answers. You can be in line and hear the phone ringing meanwhile no one even bats an eye to it. Inside service isnt much better.

  • Night Hawk

A young lady named Alicia helped me in the store today. She took such good care of me and then immediately began to care for another customer. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even helped me save money. Thank you, Alicia!

  • Jessica Floyd

I have call this pharmacy numerous times with a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. I am calling from Delaware in regards to my sick father’s medication here. No one picks up the phone. A complaint filing with Florida Board of Pharmacy will be

  • Myokardio “MYK”

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Do not waste you time going here because they will for sure waste your time. The staff are unprofessional and rude. I called 5 time to get a transfer for my child’s medication they never picked up and hung

  • CSC Jax

The Chinese/Asian whatever woman working tonight doesn't feel like working..she is stocking things back on shelf and hopes people will just self checkout. Well sometimes self check out won't do what you need. I walked through the store

  • Tahnee KillsCrow

I’m not gonna lie but this place is better than of types of similar stores. Why, has the medical staff on site that was very helpful to my daughter and her physical for school sports. Good price and she was treated with respect.

  • Betty Motter

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. They did not have the medicine that the Dr. prescribed. Told me they would order it. 7 days later They still dont have it in and telling me to check back next day or day after.

  • Arntbause G. Slone Sr

The customer service is terrible upfront! The black girl is rude and she act as if I did something to her. The customer service is excellent in the pharmacy area I am always greeted with a smile.

  • Rachael Mason

I have never dealt with such a rude/unprofessional pharmacy ever. The entire staff are absolutely unprofessional and talk to customers rudely. I will never do business with this pharmacy again.

  • Keith Hall

If you're looking for good service you need to go someplace else. This is awful and especially the phone jail. I would have given no stars but it required at least one to post.

  • Devin Kelley

The Pharmacy was extremely helpful in helping me on what to do getting my insurance involved when needing to change one of my medications. Thank you so much for the patience.

  • V. Mel Griffen

This CVS is clean, and the customer service is great. I just wished they would keep medication stocked like amoxicillin so I wouldn’t need to transfer to another pharmacy.

  • Pam Smith

Staff was rude! Uncomfortable with taking any prescription instructions from this pharmacy. Staff is unhelpful and management should look into getting a overall new staff.

  • Kim Bravo

they take the extra time to try and get your prescriptions ready in a timely manner. they have even called me to make sure i knew i had a medicine to pick up. ..

  • Naomi Thompson

They are rude with the things they say that has nothing to do with me having to get my medication and I'll take my business to Walgreen's! Will never come back.

  • Dlcfishing C

Photo Clerk was very helpful and tried their best. Camera was inop even after replacing batteries. Busy store on a busy corner. Friendly and plenty of stock.

  • Kamaria Monae ‘

Short , Brown head manager racial profiled me so bad! She literally followed us around the store the whole time. Hope she’s fired soon

  • Jorydan Smith

I don’t know why they call it a minute clinic when I’ve been waiting for HOURS. I was told one person was in front of me an hour ago

  • Michel Pertile

They are so slow. No reason i needed to wait in a line of 4 people (drive thru) for 32 minutes for a pickup. Ridiculous..

  • Rilynn Rouse (Icy_Amphibian)

Employees are amazing. CVS’ system constantly crashing and wasting my whole day trying to get a shot earned it a 1 Star.

  • lisa luciano

They transferred all my meds from old pharmacy w/ ease & best customer service ever! Going to stay w/ them!!!! Ty!!!!

  • Deborah Singleton

I love shopping at CVS. I always have a positive experience. The staff is helpful. I love getting the CVS bucks.

  • Nathan Brigance

Literally the worst for customer service. Today's example is 52 minutes on hold and nobody has picked up.

  • Julio R Ortiz

Great place to get your medications and everything else sometimes they surprise you with in store deals.

  • Particle Tom

Good service. Helpful with insurance questions and contacting doctor for refill authorizations.

  • Larry Rexrode

  • Brittany Lee

The pharmacy is full of incompetent morons! CVS you need to do better with hiring people

  • Jacob Kizer

Must be a bad neighborhood, because they had a security guard armed to the teeth.
