Extremely disappointing experience several times at this store which unfortunately is the closest to me. Employees are rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. I had a valid $100 gift certificate to use. I spent half hour in the store carefully planning my purchases. After all that time when I reached the check out, the employees Jenny Gonzalez, Jose Parra and Luisa Castellano refused to even try to redeem the certificate, kept repeating I have to return when the store manager is present. I kept requesting them to read the easy redemption instructions, they wouldn’t. Didn’t speak a word of English either. I asked for the shift manager, someone in charge, they had no response. How can a store be open without someone in charge??!!! Turned off with the lack of customer service here repeatedly. Why does CVS issue gift certificates if a customer can’t use them???!!! I always liked shopping at CVS stores in other cities, but Miami stores sadly are below par

Staff was rude and denied me the bathroom. I explained I was in pain and needed to evaluate what is going on and then purchase in store something for the rash and they still denied it . This is beyond messed up and because of this I will stop using cvs over all . Complete bs. Angela you are the worse type of employee. Why did it take a manager to come out after I started calling corporate to finally get a bathroom? And I walked out with a purchase.

Nobody had ever bother to explain to me how the care card works, I thought that simply showing my card was enough until I came to this cvs and met Vania. She is amazing! She helped me activate the card with such care and told me about all the rewards I get with it. Saved me a lot of $ on that one visit. One of the best customer service representatives I've met in any store. The store itself is your regular cvs, super clean and organized.

2022 November 3* Opened late - that's really what you want at a pharmacy/drug store with extras. Located in a busy part of the city, surrounded by Condos/Hotels and a sport venue across the street, this is a great spot for opening late. Lots of other items sold unrelated to medication. Beach accessories, stationary, drinks, sunscreen, etc. This is almost like a convenience store really. Staff is ok.

I'm from out of town, and never have I EVER encountered such a rude place to go to. To even begin to try to get your meds here your going to wait 40 hours for verification, then they shut down ten minutes early and stand there and slam the pharmacy doors shut on you. I'll never (if I visit again) go back to this place to do business again. Worst experience I've had in miami PERIOD!

I wanted to buy an item and use the bathroom so they let me in the bathroom and then I walk in and there’s no toilet paper. I tell the rude employee at the cashier with glasses that there’s no toilet paper and he tells me the bathrooms aren’t open to the public. But I just went in and my friend went in before me too?? Baddddd customer service

I would say that this is one of the best CVS stores in the Miami area. It's almost like a mega store with just about everything you need at a drugstore. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the store tidier than some of the other stores. It is located across from the Arena on Biscayne Blvd. Great place for Miami souvenirs, also.

The staff here is super friendly, always say hi when you walk in the door. They keep the place very clean. The only issue is vagrants sometimes hang around the exterior but they can’t do much about that. There is security staffed just inside the door on a regular basis which makes me feel more comfortable shopping here late at night.

Terrible location. There are typically a couple of people passed out right in front of the doors. They will accost you for money. I didn’t give them money and when I was leaving they harassed me for not giving to the bums. People in the store couldn’t care less about you or your safety. AVOID at all costs.

Living at Marina Blue for 12 years now, this store it’s convenient for the residents here and buildings around. U find a big variety of products what is really good to a quick access. I’m appreciate the attention and service of the all staff, always friendly and ready to help

This CVS is conveniently located for residents in the condos above. Easy to find and pick up when you are running low on something. The staff isn’t welcoming or friendly. Service is also very slow, expect to stand in line and wait regardless of the time that you go.

Great staff here at 888 Biscayne Blvd. The customer care rep at the cash register, Ms. DJENNY, really made me feel great about using my CVS card as she was enthusiastic about my reward points. Thanks for all of your help Ms. Djenny. Great service.

This location has wonderful employees. I was assisted by a guy named Andres Rafael. He helped from the begging that I came to the store till the end at the register. I will be coming soon and I expect to be assisted by him or someone like him

I'm very upset and mad with this store. It supposed to be 24hrs and at 11:20pm the guard from the inside tells me it’s closed. I’m standing outside with my two little girls needed needed pampers and milk. Keep the hours or change the sign.

Rude store, rude manager. This is the United States, not Mexico, and not South America. Your greeting should be in English, not some crazy foreign language. . Get with the program and teach your employees how to speak English.

I have a ton of respect for the ONE cashier that was working Sunday night after the Shawn Mendes concert. She had a smile on her face and did her things. CVS get help on nights like this.

For the amount of foot traffic and chaos this CVS gets they are top of the line! The cashiers are always friendly and everyone is always nice and trying to save you money!

I'll never come here again. There is no need to be rude to someone for simply asking a question. And I never post reviews either. That is how poor that experience was.
