I don't know how Italians work, but laughing at a person is rude everywhere. You are saying that's Italian style and you're cursing all Italians. In polite Korea, never It doesn't work that way. Also Did you say you don't work for Gangnam Style? Then you must be working colosseo style. Gangnam is only a small area in Korea, and to say it that way is like saying you're a racist.

My son and I just visited florence and loved every minute of it, we stopped here every day to take a break from all the walking, the staff here are great so cheerful, polite and friendly, we loved trying all the different cocktails aswell, great place to take a break

My mom and I ducked in here on a rainy morning in Florence and were so grateful for these delicious cappuccinos! There is seriously no better view than sipping your coffee while admiring the beautiful Duomo in the background. Hope to come back when it’s warmer to try the gelato, which also looked amazing!

A nice little spot by the church which you can't beat. Sitting down, sipping an Aperol or having a gelato, the view is spectacular. The service was really good, fast and very friendly. Grazie mille per l'ospitalita!

Ya que me respondéis con tan poca educación voy a hacer yo lo mismo. El aper spritz es el peor que he probado en toda Italia, la copa estaba sucia y el local estaba muy muy sucio. Lo único que lo salva es la camarera tan simpática que tenéis. Diviértete tú (o ponte a trabajar y limpiar) y deja de mirar las otras reseñas de los clientes que os puntúan negativo.

Son unos desagradables y bordes. No dejan utilizar sus mesas si no gastas mucho dinero en su establecimiento. Nos vinieron dos de golpe a echarnos de muy malas maneras. Aprovechan la buena ubicación y no cuidan nada a la clientela. Los helados no son nada del otro mundo, ASÍ QUE ES TOTALMENTE DESACONSEJABLE! No se merecen ni la estrella que he puesto.

Great spot to grab an espresso or cappuccino for an energy boost before climbing the Duomo. The man that works there is really nice and understood my terrible attempt at speaking Italian. The cappuccino was surprisingly good, better than most of the places we have had here in Florence. Lovely place to sit, relax, people-watch, and drink coffee.

Nice little cafe and gelateria with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Very nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a quick stop to rest while you enjoy the beauty of the Duomo.

Ordered cappuccino and gelato (strawberry and tiramisù). The tiramisù was delicious and I highly recommend it, thoughit was pretty small. The coffee was cheap and good. Great location!!

가지마세요. 인종차별합니다. 커피머신 떡하니 있어서 커피 시키려고 했는데 여기 커피 안판다고 하길래 어이가 없었습니다. 나가려는데 다른 서양 손님들한테 커피 서빙 해주더라구요ㅋㅋ 가지마세요. Racist. I went in and asked for a coffee because I obviously saw the coffee machine. An old man who seemed like the owner said he doesn’t sell coffee while he was giving coffee to the other clients.

Acutally I would really like to have a gelato in Italy. This trip gave me lots of chances to make my dream come true!! And absolutely his gelato was also one of the chances. I had this shop's gelato every single day in Firenze. SUPER TASTY

Nice little place to sit down and enjoy a good gelato or a spritz while waiting for your guided tour to visit the cathedral. Less gelato variety than other spots, but good richness and flavor. Chocolate it really powerful and I really enjoyed black cherries. Tiramisu was good to.

Los peus del porc han estado aqui: El lugar esta muy bien justo al lado del Duomo, los detalles muy cuidados. Hemos pagado por un café y una especie de palmera 5,50€. Me parece un poco caro para lo que es, hay que pagar el servicio y el lugar donde estas.

This place is great for gelato and a drink. The people watching is A+ and the service is great. We came here after climbing the Duomo and then again another evening for dessert and a drink.

acqua da portare via 1.50€, invece se vuoi sederti 2.50€. Una truffa, maleducati e gelato non artigianale. Location scomoda. Accanto ho trovato bar migliore. Non ci andate. Non lo consiglierei anche a un mio nemico.

MUY MAL, PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PERSONAL MUY DESAGRADABLE, nos echaron de la mesa por haber comprado un solo helado, piensan que compensan el pésimo servicio con la buena ubicación. Mi único mal recuerdo de Florencia.

Great place to stop for a gelato, right in front of a cathedral. We were early to our line for the entrance into a cathedral, so we found this little gem in the middle of busy street to wait with pleasure .

Ίσως το πιο όμορφο σημείο στην πόλη για να πιείτε καφέ ακριβώς δίπλα στο duomo!!!! Η θέα είναι εκπληκτική, τα παγωτά ήταν πολύ νόστιμα και πρωτότυπα και ο καφές αρκετά καλός το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

They do not serve gelatto, they serve ice cream. It is not tasty at all - frozen and overprised (5 Euro). For example the gelatto in Venchi is 3-4 Euros.
