I like usually like Caffe Nero but I found this particular one disappointing on my visit today. Reasons? 1) A shortage of seating inside and the seating outside is inadequately heated so as today was a chilly winters day it was cold out there. 2) The coffee was served in paper cups. 3) The coffee was hot enough although this could be because we were not offered a choice of hot milk. The experience left us feeling like we had visited a takeaway rather than a usually reliable Caffe Nero establishment.

A wonderful place hidden at the corner in the Trinity. Fab staff, great service and tasty coffee as usual. They don't have many seats inside the cafe but spacious table&seats for customers outside. It seems they don't have glass bottles but only take-away coffee. In this way it kinda prevent me from sitting down, rest and enjoy the shopping centre vibe. However I am always satisfied with coffee from Nero!! Definitely 5 stars for Nero♥!

Shocking as always, sometimes you have no choice but to go there. The team are miserable, clearly they do not enjoy the job! Also discussing previous customers is out of order. The lady with the cat eye liner you really need to sort your attitude out you are a disgrace. 23/12 check your rotas you know exactly who you are

Came here the other day during my work break and the girls were absolutely amazing and nice to me ! Coffe was obviously great as usual ! I was served by Isla ( I hope I spelled that right ) , she was very lovely and the other girl, Maya seemed very nice as well …

No plates or cups. Cake served at the bottom of a paper bag. No apology. £10.50. Disgraceful service for a non cheap coffee. I thought Nero's was supposed to be better at service than their competitors. What a joke.

The ladies were absolutely lovely, drinks and snacks were lovely but we ordered 2 sausage rolls and 2 vegan rolls wanted us which we waited nearly 10 minutes for and they weren't warm all the way through

Couldn't sit in but same everywhere. Vanilla latte is really nice ☕ WAY better than bucks and costa.. Will be popping back for another one of those. Staff member was nice and friendly …

Filthy tables throughout (a common theme at this one), staff too busy checking their phones inside to be concerned by such things so we went to the one on Albion St instead, that was awful too.

Small cafe located in a shopping complex. Visited during the week and it was nice a cosy, also has an outside (but still in complex) for additional seating. Had a tea and cake - all good

Been to many Caffè Nero branches, this is by far the worst service or I should say ‘attitude’ given by the 2 staff behind the counter. I can see why they’re so quiet at the lunch hour…

Lovely girl serving this morning !! Coffee was great and well needed after an awful experience we had received ten minutes before at another leading chain …. Begins with a C !!!

The best of the chain coffee shops with the strongest tasting flavour. Nice seating area just outside the cafe. Usually fairly quiet thanks to being tucked away in the corner.

Blonde barista had attitude was rude and charged more than the said price on my food, didn’t want to confront her as felt too intimidated. Will remember not to revisit here

Nice enough space. Most of the seeting is in the atrium of the shopping centre, so a little noisy and cold in winter. It does have plug sockets however and okay tables.

Really nice coffee but let down by poor cleaning. Bins not emptied means paper cups and plates left on tables, nor are they wiped down as often as they should be.

The service in this store is poor, the woman behind the counter was very rude. No name badge or manager so couldn’t make a formal complaint. Manners cost nothing.

I like this cafe because you can get mint tea. Also my partner tells me for a chain it does reasonable coffee. Can sit and read your book undisturbed.

If only they would be better at customer services, kept me waiting at the checkout, to take out the trash. Then a simple what can I get ya.

Short wait times, friendly staff and excellent selection of drinks is why I always go to Caffe Nero and this is one is no different.

Always smells lovely in there of the fresh ground coffee nice clean place just a bit noisy with it being in the shopping centre

Tucked away a bit in the shipping centre, but staff are friendly and helpful, quick service. Tasty chai latte as always.
