We presented the papers that the renewal of her residence is in process and asked to unblock account to realize ADESLAS payment. Never happened. We sent 10 e-mails, asking to provide by certificate that she has ADESLAS insurance. No reply. And ADESLAS cannot release it because insurance goes through Caixa Bank. It’s circle. Ridiculous! Finally we went to another bank, opened account, paid for new insurance and got certificate. Caixa Valencia shame to you.
