This is not the courthouse number - 185573847487. It is a call center that has your file to answer questions you may have for all court buildings in AB however...The lady I spoke with knew very little and had the wrong information. This happened to me a week ago as well, the operator also did not have clear answers and told me to phone the court house because they didn't have access to my file, only bits of information. The lady today admitted that she didn't know the answer to a simple question. She was East Indian speaking way to fast and when I asked for her to slow down after the third time became irritated with me just for asking and told me to phone another number who could answer my questions. She didn't want to give me her name so rambled off spelling it way to fast, I had to ask her to repeat the spelling 3x. This is a bogus service that is paying the tax payers way to much money.

My experience was great, considering there were a lot of people in queue line on a Tuesday morning. I arrived 8:15am and finished exactly 9:20am. I had two speeding tickets, which I was able to reduced from my valid reasons (from $400 to $203). Honestly, the peace prosecutor won’t listen to all your reasons. They just want to know ‘what kind of help they can offer’ and they will try their best to give you great options. 9/10 they will reduce your fees if you’re honest and polite. Don’t be deceived by the long line cause the process was really fast for each clients. But I suggest arriving early (7:30am) if you want to finish in less than an hour. Great experience overall.

Prosecutor today acted like his time is more valuable than mine or anyone else's. He was rushing me for an answer and started throwing a big boy tantrum. 905, Very rude, no regards or care for human emotions and trauma, especially for people of color. Worst people in history of my life!!! Smug!! Good thing my partner was right beside me to comfort. If I could give negative 5 I would. I'm just a normal person, didn't expect that kind of behavior from a "professional". They are clowns!!!! ⛔‍♀️⚖⛔‍⚖️

While I strongly believe the court house is extremely understaffed people like Patricia, working at the provincial court desk, help alleviate some frustrations. I really appreciate her attentive nature and provision of information beyond what I asked for in anticipation of future issues. It's very rare that I didn't accomplish much for my time spent yet I didn't leave overly annoyed and that's solely attributable to the advice I received.

The judge made his decision just by his personal opinion, the gap is normal for an old house to install a new door. He reply his opinion from beginning to end of court day. A country is corrupt is not only because of government, but also the legal system. Every country has law, even North Korea!By the way, this door is installed by Ecoline window! Be care of this company!

Majority of people who work here are great and very helpful. However, I run into some who will abuse their power just because they can. I had to redo a few documents because the clerk did not like First name going last, Given name going first. Are you serious!? Driver's licence show it like that, and so does passport. Give you head a shake, and stop being difficult.

I helped build the place back in 2006. I remember seeing the holding cells half built and thinking about the prisoners who would be locked up there. I was impressed by the amount of rebar being used for the holding cells.

They use Dehumanizing, rude, arrogant glorified Rent a Cops at the screening booths. Ask 1 question and they have a temper tantrum and try to exert power they do not have. Absolutely disgusting.
