Hemant, who helped me, was fantastic. He conducted a free diagnostic, identified the issues, and provided a quote before starting the repairs. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with text updates, which I found really helpful. My MacBook Pro had problems with the top case not charging and issues with the screen due to a coffee spill that occurred while my MacBook was in my backpack during my bus ride from the University to home. They ended up replacing the screen, top case, and repairing the logic board. The price was reasonable, much less than buying a new MacBook in today's economy and compare to other Mac repair store. We are happy that we get to have our macbook air repaired by Hapi! Our son accidentally spilled water on his macbook and immediately I contacted Hapi who was very accommodating even though we did not book an appointment (being a new comer here in Canada). He was responsive and provided us an update based on his diagnosis. After the repair was done (only took 1 day!), he told us that there is no need to replace the battery which is a big relief!
