I chose to bring my car here to get my windshield fixed and some dents on the side of my car fixed. Well the glass company they used didn’t attach the rear view mirror correctly causing it to wobble. I had to bring my car back after the paint settled and they were going to inspect the issue with the rear view mirror. I had to Uber there and back home only for them to forget to inspect the mirror because the servicer Beth was out sick. So I scheduled to bring it back in again and the servicer Beth was out sick again, and so I was told they will have the glass company come to me to fix it. thought finally some good service, but after not hearing back I called caliber to get an update. I gave it several days but never heard anything from the glass company. I called Caliber and this time Beth picks up! She has the wrong phone # on file for me so she said, but we’ve communicated through text and she has called me before. On top of this the Enteprise car rental place next door gave me 3 different defective cars too! This was supposed to be a great experience since my insurance company was covering the service for this to be done for a loyal customer, but it turned out to be more of a headache with all the lies from the servicer that was appointed to me. Pride comes before destruction. Next time I’m taking my Ford to Don Hinds where they have superb service. I’m ashamed to say that after I posted this they sent a caliber guy out who fixed the mirror right away ‍♀️

I drove over 100 miles to have this place do some very minor body work to my ‘21 Tesla. Small dent from someone backing into my door. The only Tesla certified shop that could get me in, in less than 3 months. After having my vehicle for two months waiting on parts, I picked it up (they were already closed) looking like a blind person did the work. My car looks AWFUL. After reaching out, they were going to handle and now they don’t respond. They wild thing about this is, they allowed this to leave their shop. I had a small dent in my door. Now I have scratches everywhere and no lines line up at my doors or hood. Hundreds of miles and hours and nothing but a hunk of junk to show for it. Maybe this place is good with the locals, but I wouldn’t send my pedal bike to this place. ZERO quality control. My car came back in way worse condition. Not to mention it was so dusty inside and out I couldn’t breath by the time I got back to my house 2 hours later. If you want your car trashed, this would be the place to take it.

Not five months after getting my Tesla Model S, I was involved in a little fender bender where I was rear ended, causing some damage to my back bumper. I thought that I was going to take it to the Tesla Service Center, but saw that Caliber Collision was listed as a Tesla certified repair center. It was covered through my insurance, so I thought I would give them a go. The entire staff at Caliber Collision from the front office, to the mechanics, and all the way up to the general manager were absolutely fantastic. I received almost daily communication with accurate updates, advising me of the status of my vehicle. I have to give special props to Michael, the specialist in charge of the repairs to my Tesla Model S. He is absolutely fantastic. As a Tesla certified collision center, I would recommend without reservation to any Tesla owner to take their vehicle to Caliber Collision at Castleton if you would ever need work. They set the bar for superior service.

I took my car to this caliber location after an accident. They provided the best experience possible. The customer service was excellent every time I called, no matter who answered the phone. Frank worked on my car and he communicated well with me throughout the process and was also very friendly. They got me in sooner than any other shop due to all the issues going on with the supply chain. There were some delays that were out of their hands but they communicated that with me. Again, it was a supply chain issue and back ordered parts. When my car was completed, they kindly brought it to my house because I had Covid. And they vacuumed it out and wipe down the inside! That was totally unexpected and really appreciated. I could not recommend them more.

I had a minor accident in a parking lot that was the other driver's fault. Caliber Collison was one of their insurance carriers approved body shops so I went to them. I couldn't ask for a better experience than I had at Caliber. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly & professional; they treated me like I was important to them. The body repair they did is excellent, I cannot tell the damage ever existed. And they kept me informed all thru the process, they sent me a text every morning with the status of my repair. And finally they completed it a week sooner than their original estimate. This is a company that has unfortunately bore the brunt of repairing vehicles in a very difficult climate. I sent my car in April for repair and parts have been difficult to obtain, every week I am updated about the status and have been welcomed to call and discuss the repair anytime I would like. It is because of the communication with Frank that I recommend this location, he is doing his best, evidenced by the weekly emails and calls to the parts suppliers, I have seen their completed work in other vehicles when I go in in person and their work is first class. I highly recommend this location because of it's old school focus of taking care of the customer and doing everything they can to get people back on the road.

I scheduled my car repair 2 weeks in advance of dropping it off. I was hit on a round-a-bout scuffing my front bumper and breaking a headlight. It took a MONTH for them to fix the scuffs and replace a headlamp. I was told that they don’t order parts in advance even though they do the estimates and an appointment is made because they don’t want to pay for them until they have the car. So in other words…better to inconvenience the customer than the shop. The car looks okay but has some overspray on the wheel rim and I have a knock in the hood but I’m just glad to finally have the car back.

The entire experience was pleasant. The staff were informative and professional in demeanor. I was informed by phone call or text every step of the way. I was a little worried since I knew that my car had hidden damage to the rear axle. But when I got the car back and drove it awhile, I found that it drove as good as new. All in all, terrific work. Oh, they even buffed out my dim headlight lens to match the other, clear one. And they totally cleaned my car inside and out! They even cleaned the trunk. It took me a couple of days to realize that. Thank you, Caliber.

After calling several collision companies and was told that there was no opening for my car I finally called Caliber on 88th place and they tried to squeeze me in even though they had alot of cars ahead of me. My initial pick up date was June 23, but surprisingly the car was done today. 2 weeks only. Saved me alot of money on rental car fees. Beth was outstanding giving me updates on the status of repair and on top of that I spilled coffee on her white pants when I picked up the car and she was unbelievably gracious. Jon at Caliber Collision was wonderful when I needed a window replaced. They did a thorough job repairing the window and cleaning my interior and exterior, so my entire car came back to me better than how I left it -- not just the damaged site. Jon kept me updated every step of the way. There was not a day that they had my car that I didn't know what they were working on that day. I had my car in there to be fixed from an accident. When I picked up the car the hood didn't really line up well with the front fender part. So skip to last weekend. I was doing a good wash and hand dry and found that the part from the door to the fender is not even fixed. It's still dented in. I was so upset about the gap between hood and bumper that I didn't even notice the dented part. I used you for the second time after the first one you did a great job not so happy this time.

Took my Tesla in after somebody swerved into me. Every other shop was 2-3 months out. Michael and Roy were superior!!! Let me know day to day updates and didn’t care that I also called every single day. Cant thank Roy enough for making sure vehicle was clean when I needed to pick the car up a day early. He also stayed later to make sure it was clean and the update to complete. Cant find that service anywhere else. Car looks like it never was hit!!! Thanks again Michael and Roy!!!!

I can’t thank Beth enough. My husband went in the hospital. Beth was so understanding and helped me throughout the whole process. She kept me updated on everything with my car. Chip in brand new paint when I went to pick up vehicle. I found the chip in paint, they tried to hide and distract from me. I was told that piece was “original to the vehicle” and not part of the repair but my before photos say differently. Roy informed me they would fix free of charge bc my car was brand new…. As long as I agreed to give a 10/satisfied score on my review. They care more about a survey than actual quality of service.

Took my car in after another driver damaged my entire driver's side. My car looks amazing and the work is phenomenal! However, it is not a quick turn around. I know the pandemic has affected supply chains and there have been labor shortages, but the communication I received about the repair progress was often inaccurate. My completion date was pushed out 4 times, and my 30day rental lapsed without getting my car finished first.

I stopped in and needed an estimate. They take appointments 0nly. Beth came out and was able to help me with all my questions I had and gave me a ballpark estimate for my needs and I will b scheduling my appointment and look forward to doin business here thx to Beth stopping what she was doin just to help me. My son hit a deer and it damaged the front end of my Chevrolet Cruse. I chose Calliber Collision based upon previous experience that didn't require a repair. But this time a repair was required and they did not disappoint. The work done was excellent, I was kept in the loop and communicated with all the way and it was completed prior to the expected date.

At very first I thought they were some scratches on my vehicle caused by the shop, but it was just street tar. Lol Every Time I get in an accident I only allow one place to do my vehicle. They took the car in for a simple bumper and trim replacements. Kept it for over 2 weeks. Had to ship it to some place to do some of the work. Delivered the car with faulty AC (it worked perfect prior to drop off. Took it in to address AC. They said that they don't know what's wrong and we're SOL. Notifying insurance company for fraud alert.

My father and I was involved in a MVA in April. My father’s insurance and the other person involved insurance both used caliber collision for repairs. I’m sad to say in the end my father’s vehicle was a total loss. We will use caliber Collision again in the future if needed.

Beth kept me updated (via text) on the work status on a consistent basis. Car was ready on the estimated schedule. Everything seems to have been repaired successfully and the sensors all recalibrated. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleaning done outside and inside.
