I would like to thank the staff over there. I mistakenly bought unfitting shoes and the next day, when I went to exchange, my shoes were quite sandy, tag was removed, and the packing was already broken, although I didn't use it. Regardless, the guy considered the situation and had me exchanged the shoes. The store should include more shoe sizes though.
