A beautiful vessel and California's official tall ship. Built in 1984 this is a Baltimore Clipper design that is uniquely American. The original clippers were built in the mid 1800s to enforce customs duties and tariffs on ships arriving to America. Guests of the maritime museum can visit the ship and walk around the main deck.
