Today we had an issue with an Asser Ruko front door lock. On visiting Callow Locksmiths, they very kindly referred me to the local agent for Asser - Fortress Lock and Safe in Brixton - saying they were the best and quickest option to get a fix. I drove to Brixton, where Fortress were so rude and unhelpful, I decided to return to Callow and get them to fix a completely new lock system. The staff at Callow Master Locksmiths then all pitched in to work out the best solution ....... within an hour, one of their staff was at our home fixing a temporary solution, and working out a long term plan. The difference in the attitudes of the two companies was absolutely astounding - Callow were nice, friendly and professional - hence the five stars - whilst Fortress I would give only one star. as Vice Chair of the local residents association with 380 household members in the area, I know who I will be recommending in the future - Callow Master Locksmiths! Thanks guys for your help. I can not think of a better bunch of people who deserve a positive review! *** UPDATE ***: Callow Staff had left a voicemail whilst we were away on holiday to say they now had the correct lock pieces to effect their long term plan mentioned above - the day after we returned, they came and fitted exactly what we needed - we now have a quality brand new lock, and all for a very reasonable price of just over £200 ....... most of which was the lock and VAT! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!

We have occasionally used this excellent local locksmith for many years and always found them to be superb in all regards. Just had a problem with a front door night latch. Phoned and was told cheapest option would be to bring it down to the shop so they could take a look at it. I did this and the gentleman took a look at it and fixed it there and then. Cost? Nothing - just a service with a smile. What a refreshing experience to be treated so well. I can't recommend this locksmith highly enough. We use Callow's for all our locks, and they are always super helpful & professional, both in the store & when they come out to fit new locks or mend broken ones. They are honest in terms of what is good value for money, and trustworthy, which is something you want in people who are fitting protection for your home. 100% recommend.

Jack has rescued me twice in the past month. So kind and helpful! Today I thought my lock was broken but he asked for a video of the problem and told me how to fix it and saved me £84! They certainly know their stuff and will help avoid call out fees if possible. Great local company!!

Broke my lock at 8:30am on a Saturday. Called Callow’s at 9am, got a really good quote inclusive of vat by 9:20am and a locksmith was with me by 10am. There was no overcharging and no ridiculous call out fees. Jack the locksmith was super professional and friendly. Recommended.

Super helpful. Our lock mechanism needed straightening and they kindly did it for no charge whilst also educating me on how the lock works. Will return and happily pay for any security needs going forward

Excellent - faulty lock but the explained it was bad key cutting. New keys and lock cleaned £18! They could have easily sold a new lock and fitting! Highly recommended!
