I purchased some Xpresspost envelopes from here to ensure my immigration documents arrived where they needed to be on time. I didn't have all the documents with me while at the counter. I explained as much to the person who served me and was told that was OK. I asked could I post the envelopes from anywhere and they said yes. Having just come off the phone from Canda post because my tracking number cannot be found on their online system, you cannot post these envelopes from anywhere. My immigration documents could take up to 12 business days to reach their destination, which is too long and I will now need to collect everything again (which will cost me at least $80). I'm just very glad I was not in the situation where I had to include my passport in the documents required by immigration.

Is this even a legit Canada Post location/partner. Had a question about something I saw on the Canada Post website and wanted to ask a few questions, I even brought a print out with me which directed me to go to this store. After seeing a woman overwhelmed by 4 people in line, it was clear she was getting annoyed. When it was my turn I asked her and she said she had never heard of what I was asking for ever in her life. Told me to wait for her manager who would be here in 5 minutes but didnt show up. Went to the Meadowvale location and got an answer within 30 seconds. Save your time and go to another Canada Post outlet, the staff here doesnt know anything.

I usually come to this branch since it's close to home but never found a reason to leave a review until today. A young lady by the name of Farhaana Ramzan provided such amazing customer service today, I was behind the line when a rude customer was using bad words and screaming at Farhaana, she kept her patience and continued to help this rude client with efficiency and kindness... a true gem of a person she needs to be promoted. She then helped me with my own questions, in a timely manner, she is very knowledgeable and her customer service is phenomenal, thank you for your service.

I go to this post office because it's the one closest to my house. There is usually either an Indian woman or an East Asian woman working at the counter. The East Asian lady is super nice and friendly, but the Indian one is always a b**** for some reason. I thought it was me, until I read some of the other reviews here and realize I'm not alone in feeling that way. I don't want to go to this post office anymore because of that Indian employee; I'd rather go to one that's farther away. Fire that employee please and make it a better experience for all customers.

Horrible employees here! They charged me. 44$ customs charge for a package I paid 300$ for I am asking why this is happening I have ordered this same product in the past and I got charged this time which makes no sense! I believe they are all money hungry morons who over charge. The Indian woman is very rude and told me not to argue with her when I am the one paying this fee and she doesn't even have the consideration to help me waive this fee or find out who to contact who is responsible. They are suppose to deliver to my door and dis not!

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT COME TO HERE ! I taped my box very well and ONLY leave the box open in case they wanna see what’s inside ( the box was very small just 2 baby clothes inside ) .However lady asked me to buy a tape in store just because the box was open !!!! I never see any Canada post who asks customer to pay for the tape !!!! So I left and find another store to ship it ! Guess what , the staff taped the box very well for me without of asking me to purchase anything !!! DOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !

went to get some wedding invitations weighed for the rates this morning, the Indian post office staff (I'm not being racist, I have Indian friends) wasn't very friendly. I told her I have some stamps with me but don't know how much I need for each one (about 6 invites), she started to toss them onto the scale and telling me the rates so quickly that I couldn't even catch them. I just ended up paying for new postage for the 6 invites, it cost me over $15. Not too impressed with her attitude.

Canada post employees are a bunch of lazy overpaid jerks. They never attempt to deliver, they just leave a notice card and sometimes they don't even leave one at all. One time the truck was still in the front of my building so I confronted the lady and she all of a sudden happened to have my package. I've complained numerous times, it still always happens. I never have a problem with ups or fedex, they are actually good at their job. Avoid using canada post at all costs.

I have the same issue with some of the reviewers here. I was home and package was never delivered; I even have security camera around the house, and no one was even there. Just got a message during my tracking that they left a note etc. Well, no note either. I have to called Canada Post to get a delivery card # so that I could go pick it up. Still have yet to pick up. Now becomes inconvenient for me to go pick it up. Grrrr....

Shockingly bad service. Upon arrival the woman working behind the counter was not wearing a mask (during a provincially mandated lockdown). I asked her if she had a a mask, she said yes, but did not put it on. I then had to ask her directly to put it on. She was abrasive to all three customers she served while I was in the store. I recommend going to another Canada Post location.

I have to say that I love this place!! I used to go for a walk with my 3yr old daughter and ended up here to get some popsicles, we did this walk for 3 years and every time we came whoever was at the counter was always very friendly! Come by its like a miniature dollar store with nice things at a reasonable price.

I went to Shoppers Drug Mark in Meadowvale and they would not help me with my small package. So I went to Shoppers Best Buy post office on Derry Road in Lisgar and they helped me in seconds with no complaints. Thank you! You deserve the 5 stars for your agreeable attitude and willingness to help a customer.

One of the assosciate did not how to do her job. Had no idea one the sizes of envelopes and if i was not careful enough,would have lost my important document because she does not know how to package it properly. But otherwise,the other times i visited there. Experience was good.

I called, the lady was polity even thought I was "Anxious"... She was calm, answered my questions and told me that either I could 'do it' on the web as I wanted and reassured me that if I had any trouble to just come down, it'll take 5 minutes. I hung up with a Smile.

Extremely slow service at this post office. Usually only one staff available. Today I went to drop off a package, waited in line for 10 minutes, and the line never moved in that time, it only got longer! I left before getting to the counter and went to another PO.

Awful service, lady answering the phone should not be working in costumer service. She was rude and very incompetent at explaining the situation, she also decided to hang up on me. Not happy with my experience.

While there seem to be lines every time I’ve gone, I’ve never had any issues. Works well as my local Canada post. It’s unfortunate it is in this dollar (?) type store.

On Google maps it tells you that post office is in the Rexall. That's incorrect. It is in the discount store nearby.

Due to construction they do not accept packages. Why are they open if they dont do business....

I go here a lot and it is always a good experience at this location. Bibi is very helpful.
