I can understand the long lines and the wait times due to Covid-19, and most Canada Posts I've visited have had good service, but there is a female worker at this store (Vanessa) who is blatantly unprofessional. I witnessed her over the top behavior to a man and his son who were ahead of me in the line. English was their second language and when they asked her simple questions about the mailing process (they were mailing an iPhone back home) I heard her respond with comments like "THAT'S NOT HOW THE POST OFFICE WORKS" "DO YOU WANT THE PERSON TO GET YOUR PACKAGE OR NOT" and "WHAT DID I JUST TELL YOU?" all responses she gave when they politely asked for clarification. Not everyone has perfect knowledge about the mailing process, they're allowed to ask you questions - and it's your job to inform them, not belittle them. Canada Post should really review the level of customer service at this branch - it's truly sub-par compared to other locations.

This post office is located in the back corner of the Rexall Pharmaplus drug store. It provides all the usual Canada Post services, such as selling stamps (including limited run, collectible specialty stamps, such as the 2017 Star Trek anniversary collection), sending packages, and getting information about postal services. Packages with postage due can be collected here if your delivery slip indicated this is the location where your package will be held. The post office here can also be selected as a package hold destination for Amazon orders, if you don't want a package to sit on your doorstep while you're at work.

This idiot at the location, older man of asian decent. Has not one clue about how to use the computer systems and this location is always understaffed. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unless they loose business they won’t have any incentive to put a proper amount of staff on duty. I stood in line for over an hour (being the next person in line that entire time) because the employee didn’t know how to use the computer systems. Get training or get out of this business cause this is ridiculous.

The older Asian gentlemen during the evening was not trained properly on using QR code shipping label and attempted to charge me for using the service. When I asked if he could confirm with a supervisor or head office he tried to direct me to the Rexall manager who is not in charge of the Canada post kiosk. Left to go to Canada post at a Shoppers location and got confirmation from staff that they should not charge for QR code shipping label and also process the package for you on the spot.

UNPROFESSIONALISM , I called over phone can i send my letter from here and when arrived 1 hour before closing time black lady at counter said she cant accept my post, when i told i talked before coming, she accepted.What was that? I asked how much time it will take to deliver, she does not know because she is rexall employee working at Canada post. Finally , i took my letter back from them. Wasted my time .

Horrible service. The black lady behind the counter said they do not have a tape for me to borrow and charged me for a new roll of tape - how much more revenue do they expect from charging extra dollars for tapes? Then right in front of my eyes she took out one roll of used tape, like mocking me in my face that they do have the tape but sorry you’ll just have to pay for your own, and no they don’t even have the courtesy to hide it.

I just walked into this Canada Post location (Jan 18, at noon) and it was one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. The young girl who works here needs waaay more training and maybe some more consideration for people/customers who are not used with shipping /receiving items via Canada Post - not that I want to do it any other time. She was rude, impatient and totally helpless. I was very poorly served.

Very slow service, which is not tonight bad but the female staff is condescending and unprofessional. We watched how she interacts with customers and it’s terrible. She’s super chatty to friends, talking non stop then immediately a poor attitude to the next guest. She is rude and insulting to replies to valid questions asked. How does Canada post hire such a fake and horrible employee?.

Went here to drop off some letter mails ... usually costs one stamp per letter mail but because the employee made an error here blaming on the machine she tried to charge $9 for 3 letter mail ... funny thing if I paid there would be no error correction ... keep an eye out humans make mistakes ... service was not that good either.

The international courier I sent got lost and they don't have any answer since it doesn't have tracking. I don't know why there is an option to send it without tracking, if they're going to lose the courier and blame it on customer saying we should have sent with tracking option.

Went on weekday around 10:30 am, no line up. Mailed letters and bought stamps for office. The Asian lady, although not nice, wasn't rude either, just standard customer service. Maybe others ran into other staff, but experience was okay for me.

Canada Post worker was not even present. Rexall woker did not know where the Canada Post worker was and couldnt send out packages or tell me any information about the cut off times . How can a business be run where workers are not present?

Reading some of the other reviews I almost did not come here but it was the closest location to my house and open at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I was helped by Jessica, she was nothing but polite and helpful. My experience at least was good

I brought a package to have it sent off. The box wasn't taped. Girl behind the counter says I have to buy tape to get it taped. Unbelievable!!! I asked her to give my package back and stormed out of the store. I will never go back.

The older Asian gentleman is polite and professional. Never had any issues at this location. Tape isn’t expensive! Go to Dollarama and buy your own tape. Have your returns ready to go. End of story!

Counter staff asked for 25 cents fee for plastic sleeve that you put shipping label into when I tried to return package to Amazon. I have never heard of this charge before at any other location.

I would give 0 star if I could. Extremely slow and unfriendly staff (a black lady ). I waited 45 minutes to drop off a return parcel! Do not waste your time in this post office.

Reading some of these reviews and wow.. I don't know what you're all on about. I've never had an issue, hell I've seen the girl delay her lunch break because there was a line.

No one was at the counter for about 30 mins.. and I had check/correct everything coz the guy made a million mistakes copying the data from my shipping label to his computer..

There is a huge line up at 6:30pm on Wednesday but no staff is working. Waited for 30mins already and not sure how much longer I need to wait. Such a waste of time
