This Canada Post location has awful customer service. I occasionally go to dropped off some prepaid packages since it is close by. I asked to borrow the tape to seal off the package. They were very reluctant to let me use the tape, to the point it really made me uncomfortable. The staff was eyeing on me the entire time while I was using the tape, then told me next time make sure to seal it before coming in with a stern tone. It is so unpleasant! I believe this is the basic level of customer service at post office. I just can't understand why so stingy with tape? They also don't offered sleeve to put in the prepaid shipping label, which is why I used to taping the label onto the box.

I chose priority post and I was told my envelope would be delivered on or before April 29 date. It wasn’t and Canada Post couldn’t tell me why because FedEx delivers it for priority service. Fedex said yes the package was late due to weather conditions in France and that was that. They told me the package was in transit but they could not reach the driver and request the driver to deliver the package to me priority. They did not even make an effort just point-blank refused. I incurred considerable expenses in legal fees and nonrefundable flight charges for the legal document I was sending did not get there on time

I wish i could give 0 stars or in negative. I went here today to pick up a parcel and a sweet lady told me that i need to have physical ID to collect it and since the weather was bad, i confirmed the timings and she told me that the store timings are the same. I came in at around 5:30 PM again with my ID and Mr. Lu ( I’m not sure if that’s his real name). He slammed the door on my face and showed me a hand sign. He refused to help me and when i asked him a question, he very rudely said “No, i have already said we are closed”. I didn’t expect such behaviour from Canada Post. Worst customer service experience.

It’s a terrible experience that I’d ever had in Canada post. I didn’t know if they’d stopped offering customers tape for sealing parcel.(but it’s understandable if they did bc it’s pandemic) I was terrified by one of staff’s behavior and only felt guilty bc I didn’t seal my package beforehand. This old gentleman should’ve been thoughtful rather than giving his ill-informed customer the cold shoulder if he'd work behind the counter. A little more humanity please! Well, he did tape my parcel with resentment.... I’ll keep in mind that there’s no tape or customer service in this location at all.

Horrendous people! Rude! Also racist. I can understand their language and numerous times I’ve heard them say racist stuff about people who walk in. Also heard them make fun of elderly and disabled people who have walked in. They pressure the disabled people to move out of the way when clearly they’re struggling. I don’t think there’s any point escalating to Canadapost cuz they’re not in charge of these store employees who likely own the store as well. Very rude to people. AVOID at all cost!! You’re better off having your packages shipped by flex delivery to an alternate location!

I went to collect cash from a money gram that was sent to me. The lady asked me if I wanted cash or e transfer I said cash. She deducts 3$ from my cash for special fees. That is stealing. I have gotten money grams from this location they have never deducted fees to collect it. The amount on my receipt does not match the cash I recieved. They are thieves at this location. Do not go! I will post my receipt in a photos. There are no extra fees on the receipt just the cash due. I recieved $120.00 cash she kept the rest for herself

I visited this place on Tue 29th of Mar. I got my documents Attested from the Indian Consulate, photocopied those here and Shipped those/Mailed those from here to India via Canada Post's Registered Post with Tracking. The documents reached the destination in Mumbai, yesterday April 5th, properly and safely. I'm very thankful to Lucy and her colleague for their Thorough Professional and Highly Efficient Service. The old guy and old lady do not know how to do actual lable, they do label for customer without name of receiver and no infor of sender. Last time, i enter wrong address of receiver, and there’s no infor of my address which is sender- it caused the lost of my package. I just asked them and they said that’s how new CP system works. I cannt understand!!! While the young lady still can put full information on lable, the old lady cannt. Ridiculous! Plus, they do thing extremely slow

The best Canada post ever!!!! The staff actually know what they are doing , I came in for Police clearance at the consulate general of India. And I got all my documents set and ready from this amazing Canada post location . They have xerox , photo printing , photo service for passport photos or any size tbh .

I went there to pick up my huge package with my baby. I asked the staff who gave me the package to carry it on the carrier i brought for me since I was not able to do so because of my baby. She ignored me like I said nothing and kept getting the next customer...I was like wow.....so rude rude rude

Being very unprofessional, the computer were we use to print papers are in Chinese. I asked for the assistance to print, and they printed wrongly. I was asked to pay for the print. I refused to pay because it was not my mistake. Very much disappointed with this Canada post.

The ladies here are awesome. Always friendly to me and the one even helped me put together my package better to make it smaller and cost less to ship!! They’re happy to answer any questions I have too. I go here anytime I need to send something out or pick anything up :)

Not very good service lately. Even though they have tape available that could help close open packages (which they’ve done in the past) now they refuse to provide that service with no explanation. It’s a shame that is the only canada post place around.

The staff is always super helpful and efficient. Sometimes there are lines but the wait is never longer than 20 min. You can print out the labels for around $2 including having it taped for you. Since I don’t have a printer that’s really helpful

Called to inquire about my parcel. A woman told me to "hold on" and then put me on hold for 9 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately, but nobody would pick up the call. Definitely not a good customer service.

The Only Post Office I have found that will for a small fee print out a Label, stick it on the item and support the customer with great efficiency. Thank you, Greenwood Square PO, and your young lady assistant.

Staff is nice but if you’re coming here to print make sure to check the prices beforehand. $0.50 for black and white and $0.75 for color printing, very high compared to other places such as three cent printing

Worst Service ever! Was sending a package they didn’t do the right service. Instead of Xpresspost, they did as regular parcel! When i noticed the mistake I asked them to cancel and modify it, and they refuse!

This Canada Post is not the closest one to me but I always come to this one because the workers are amazing! Even though they are swamped, the workers are always so friendly and enjoyable to interact with.
