I just spent over an hour inside Canada Post waiting for them to resolve a fraudulent charge. The poor woman working the counter was on hold for more than 45 minutes, waiting for them to resolve an issue on their end. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is mind-boggling.
No one was there at 9:10pm even though it's open till 10pm. I asked the people at shoppers where the person was but they said that the person left early and didn't explain why.
Service was quick, all I had to do was drop the parcel. Waiting time isn't too long as well. Also, it's inside Shoppers, and the corner end.
Pathetic customer service. Very unhelpful and extremely rude! I would give a 0 star if there was one.
The best service I've had at a post office. That Asian woman is fantastic, great service.
