Was less than pleased with the service. Needed to ship something to Europe and the first woman to help me told me she couldn’t do it unless I had a barcode and generally didn’t know what she was doing. I came back later that day with the QR code and the second woman (Simran) started to help me but asked if I could wait to show the first woman (Cathy) how to do it. She had 4 people in line and they had already wasted 30 min of my time. After I said no, she proceeded to take up about time with menial tasks until the line up was done regardless. She even followed the first woman into the back and overheard Cathy saying "I’m going as fast as I can, she’ll just have to wait". Unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t waste your time here and go to a different location.

This CP branch is staffed by immigrants from diverse nationality. Despite their ethnic background they have demonstrated a good command of the English language, knows their duties and are professional and courteous. At times the volume of customers is quite high. Each and everyone of them does their best to help customers as efficiently as possible. I find some of the negative comments from certain customers to be biased and racist. One should look oneself in the mirror, as to why one had an unpleasant experience. It is usually the person providing the negative feedback who lacks empathy and has been unpleasant. They fail to put themselves in the other person’s shoes and have a false sense of entitlement.

They should thanks for google since the lowest rank is 1 star. If there’s was a negative 10 star I would go for it. The Indian lazy is unprofessional, lazy and not fulfilling her jobs duty. We went there at 8:30, kept saying she must leave at 9. We’re shipping 5 boxes, she was not helping at all, watching us “help her putting it on the cart” because she told us she’s not gonna do it. Honestly they should have get a better receptionist.

The staff is really rude and has no knowledge about Canada Post standard service procedure. They did not accept the letter of authorization provided on Canada post website as they thought the customer will make it. The official customer service of Canada Post also told me she did not know why the staff performed like that. Wow…It is ridiculous. So I want to give 0 star but the lowest is 1 star.

We are very happy with the efficient & accurate service at this postal outlet. We use the post office frequently. Counter assistant, Jwana, is very knowedgeable & helpful.

Don’t go to this location, I had a small letter and they do not carry any regular envelope and I had to pay for extra, They don’t care about people times.

The girl name simran is very helpful she knows every single thing related to Canada post she is very nice she knows her job perfectly
