Staff was disturbingly very rude there !!! As I was engaging in a conversation with another customer there this Asian looking man behind the counter working as a cashier interrupted me saying my information is not right and to not share my opinion with the lady in the most condescending and downgrading manner like I insaulted him or something so we both looked at him like " Who are you ? ". I was shocked to hear that while I am speaking with the lady. This harrassing and rude attitude will not be tolerated will be reported to Canada Post head office. His customer service and way of speaking with me after that while I was shipping my order was absolutely garbage and condescending again as I was asking for the cheapest expedited and still the cost was a bit high than what I usually pay so I asked him if this might be going to a remote area and he literally told me " you don't know the price don't talk !!This is always the price to ship and you know nothing". As I am talking back to explain that I shipped before to similar area for way cheaper. He put the receipt infront of me and turned around. This terrible customer service and attitude will not be accepted and this is the only Canada Post around my area !!!

just picked up package. have to make a complaint about the personality of the owner (wife). she's never been friendly or even smile but that's okay. today i picked up a package and she was short tempered. ask for tracking which i had tp look up on phone took no longer than a few seconds when she demand i put my phone down on the counter for her to read. she actually used her palm and banged her counter loudly and and practically yelled at me "i read myself!" just a bit taken back. i said nothing and even thanked her before telling her to "have a good day". not sure her unfriendliness was up a notch today but please do not treat people that way. i did nothing to upset you and its not how you treat people. i hope you have a better day and not yell or be so aggressive to anyone else in the future. thank you. i try not to miss my package or even wait for post man to pick up packages from the box to avoid going to that post office. it is the most unfriendly post office I've been to. thank you for your time. very upset with the experience.

This Post Office is right by the subway and it is convenient. For years it was owned by an Eastern European guy who had bad BO and whole store smelled. For about a year or so an Asian couple took over. The place is cleaner, more organized and brighter. The business hours got better too, they are open longer and they stick to the hours, unlike previous owner. The only down side is that they work super slowly. Especially the guy who works there. He is moving as in a sloooooow motion film clip. It's terrible. I try to avoid the place like plague during holidays. Last Christmas I stood 48 minutes in the line to get to the counter. I've no patience for that. I ONLY go there if I have to pick up. For maling out, I prefer Junction as it is much much faster.

Terrible service. Rude owners. Will charge you for random fees. Came in to pick up my package that was addressed to my partner’s name. I explained that we share a mailing address, hence the mix up and provided both mine and my partners ID + email confirmation from my partner’s business email that I’m authorized to pick up the parcel. Was told the email is adequate proof BUT ONLY if I pay $2.50 to have it printed by them. After disputing the ridiculous charge, I agreed to pay just to get it over with. The man behind the counter then went on to serve 4 other customers while I sat waiting, telling me “I have no time for this” after I paid the fee. Unfortunate that this is my local post office.

*REVISED* - I have been going to this post office for years now. I do a lot of shipping as I have a small business (and thus an account with Canada Post). If you can print out your labels ahead of time, this place is great. Just walk in, drop it off and let them know to scan it etc. They will also help you figure out your shipping options at various costs and try to sort out the best choice for you. Despite the pandemic, this place is still busy, but they take good precautions. This place is run by a hard working husband and wife immigrant family, show them your respect accordingly, as they've more than earned it.

I had to ship posters to the US and the kind man at the counter helped custom cut each container to meet shipment requirements. He must have spent at least 30 min hand cutting each container - it was a lot of work and I really appreciated it! Thank you!

You don't go to the post office expecting a great experience but the two people who work here really make it that. They were so helpful helping me pick an envelope, compare the options, and selecting the best one for the best price. Speedy service too

I’ve never had worse experiences with a post office. They’re always closed for random reasons you’ll never know of until you get to the store front. I’ve been to the post office 4 times now and still have not been able to deliver my package.

The employee there was very helpful. After I shipped my item I accidentally left my phone there and he caught me and returned it before I had made it a block, I was headed to the airport so he saved me a lot of trouble, I’m very grateful!

I have never had to ship anything from this location and my experiences are only for the times I've gone here to pick things up: They are usually very effective and fast at locating my packages, I'm usually in and out within minutes.

This Canada Post outlet is one of the best in the area. The owners are so friendly and are actually happy to help you even if you're shipping an armful of packages. I go out of my way to go here even though post offices are closer.

Great post office. This is a rare location that's open on Saturdays too. The two staff who work here are friendly and helpful. I saw them help another person repackage their shipment so that it'd be small enough for lettermail!

This is a GREAT post office! So helpful. Efficient and nice. Will always help you find the best solution. Go here for your postal needs. The store also has lots of office supplies if you need a quick something.

The guy running the post office is so friggin friendly. I'll be coming to this post office from now on. He saved me money buying something in bulk and was just informative and kind. Great service.

very slow. i wait in line 20 min at least every time to retrieve a package. it’s one line for money grams and print jobs. please make a second line for quick parcel pick ups!

Service has recently improved greatly. I only use the post office facility here but there's lots of office themed supplies and other things for purchase.
