If I could give negative stars I would. I waited in line to pick up a parcel, and watched as the person in front of me recieve horrible customer service even though they were super nice to her. The lady kept cutting the customer off as they spoke. The employee clearly spoke very fluent english so there was absolutely no reason as to how she spoke that way. Her attitude was clear as day ROTTEN and written all over her face from the moment that man got up to the counter. I have never witnessed something like that. It was my turn for a quick pick up and wouldn't need to interact with her, or so I thought. My parcel was not at the location yet apparantly, which could happen and is not the reason for this review. It was the way she handled the situation. Very unprofessional, I don't know how she could work in any field that requires interaction in any capacity with an attitude like that. And I have worked in different fields of service. She kept cutting me off before I could finish what I was saying and gave me the same empty excuse/reason with no basis or backing. Like how is a customer supposed to understand what went wrong and how it can be amended when all you say is "yeah well, It says it's not here". (mind you, I got a notification saying it was ready for pick up, A WHOLE WEEK PRIOR) No apologies, no explaination, just that. And then to tell me to bring it up with customer service, walking away and not even offering the customer service number?? I will most definetly be looking into redirecting all parcels to the nearest Shoppers from now on. Shame to call that a place of business

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ! Absolutely horrible! My registered mail was returned to this location for a later pick up. I went to pick up my mail and was told that THEY DIDN"T HAVE IT! They allowed someone else to pick up my REGISTERED MAIL, without checking ID! They just handed it over! I didn't authorize anyone to pickup on my behalf! When asked why, they said they don't know and they have no other information!I asked for the Sender details, and they couldn't provide that either! I have no way of finding out what mail this was or who even sent it! I called Canada Post customer service and they said all sender information is available at this location. BUt this location will not provide anything!!! Seems like they are hiding something or fooling around with people's mail! I asked for proof of signature - and Canada post respond's that the person who picked it up requested that their signature remain "PRIVATE"!!! This make's absolutely no sense! Is this some sort of SCAM???!! On top of all that, the lady that works here is RUDE! I don't understand why she can't politely answer questions. She closes down everything to take her 40min break. If a 40min employee break effects your business hours, should you not state that in your hours???!!! Wasting other people's time!

Very disappointed in the service i received today. I was charged $1 for a strip of tape to tape a big box that I carried into the store. After putting on the counter for the associate to weigh and i finished paying and everything. She told me i need to carry it into the back office. That is not my job that is what you are suppose to do not me. There were two people working and two of them should of carried it into the back. After carrying it into the back and placing it on the floor. She wanted me to move it again and put it on some boxes. Extremely unprofessional. I had to go to UPS to ship a small box back to Amazon. They taped it up for with the most amount of respect and made sure i was satisfied. You can learn from UPS on Brimley.

That lady’s attitude is extremely bad! A guy from Canada post told me that I could get the letter with the delivery number and check report number. That lady said she needed approval so asked me wait and I said it’s fine. I waited over 15 mins and didn’t urge her. Then, she asked for my number and I asked why. She said she would call me if I could take and i asked how long I need to wait for the call. She said probably a day after. And then I was trying to tell her what the Canada Post needs and I hadn’t finished talking, she was “fine if you don’t give me your number and you won’t have the letter!” Finally she didn’t give the letter. She was not listening to what I said and not trying to explain to me why I couldn’t get the letter

A girl, not wearing a Canada Post Uniform or name tag, was working behind the counter, wearing a Tan sweater and sweat pants. I was mailing an orange envelope, and I said I'd most likely be buying a stamp but asked for rates. She claimed it was going to cost $9 + to mail a photo to the U.S. from Canada. A photo, a document! Just to make sure, I called customer service, and they agreed with me. I know inflation is a thing, but that's outrageous! Since she wasn't in uniform, I'm concerned she was trying to pocket the extra money. Stay away from this location. Based on previous reviews, this post office is sketchy, and mismanaged.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. This place has always been my go to for shipping packages. I always had a great expierence and never had any problems. The staff are friendly. And they are very reliable. Probably the only postal service that is my favourite And I am so glad that it is no longer in the Malvern mall area since it is a shady area and never felt safe going there since i run into sketchy ppl. The new location just feels more safer than the previous location. And I am thankful for that

I sent out a package from a different Canada post and it was sent back to me and dropped off to this location since it was too big to go in my mailbox. I went here to see why it got sent back and the clerk was very helpful. She instructed me to call customer service and told me exactly what I should say to them. I was able to get a refund for what I paid to ship my package initially and then the clerk gave me a cheaper shipping rate to send it out again. Very good experience!

Very bad service. Simply asked the lady at the counter to place the label as instructed and they gave me a hard time for it because that wouldn't allow them to use the label pack as tape to hold the box together. When they had to use ONE strip of tape to close my box, they attempted to charge me $0.70 for it. Extremely stingy and would just suggest to go to another Canada Post. ONE strip of tape.

2.8 rating seriously ?? I don't know what's wrong with people or maybe they need to be more specific about their concerns I have been here twice and employe s do what they are supposed to do I just had a return the employee was polite and finished the transaction under 2 seconds. Most of the locations are not even open on Sundays at least they are there in the area of Morningside. Thank you.

Went to weigh in my envelopes only two,Muslim lady asking questions what’s inside, I told her string with a wooden object,she weighed each envelope and charged me around $10.00 each prior to that I went to another post office and weighed in at $2.00, I only come to Morningside because of the guy at the pharmacy, could the cost be in reference to culture among us both or money making .

Came here to verify an ID package; female behind the counter said the ID we have was valid but system would accept it, and said there's nothing she can do. Went to Orton Park location and female here gave us different ID options and got the package sent. The person behind the counter is the expert, not the customer - this location gives poor service.

I have a Business account with canada post & I always prefer to go to this location because the employees over here are very help & kind. They always welcome me with a smile on their face which can make your day. They also help a lot in term of any issue related to parcel. I really appreciate all the employees over here for their kind behaviour.

I called about my package and getting a delivery notice from Canada Post. I wanted to ask for clarification but the lady just told me to come the next day and asked when I got it. I mean yea that’s what she was suppose to say but she said it with an attitude. Didn’t like the way she talked to me, could’ve talked properly and professionally.

They won't scan my QR code to print me a label which is free of cost. The ladies working there really don't pay any attention towards the customers and busy with their own chats . They were arguing if who sells more spicy snacks, walmart or other store.. Like please attend your customers first ffs

Apparently there is no way to send a letter to Europe using priority mail with advice of reception. The lady told me it can only be done to send envelopes within Canada. I told her I had sent it last month and she was like no. If you don't know just say you don't know, not justify your ignorance.

Too slow, the ladies working here are too slow and they don’t have any experience. Always long line up here and the ladies working here simply standing and thinking how to do their work. At least you need to wait for 30 mins here, it’s the least. Don’t come here go to some other locations.

Poor service. During my last and only trip, the Canada Post worker was away for lunch for more than an hour with no backup to accommodate the incoming customers. The regular store staff weren't able to help either. Lunch hours/work schedule shouldn't affect the hours of operation.

There is no Canada Post office here anymore. I asked one of the employee on helpline number, they told me that this location is open but when I went there with my stuffs to courier and find nothing. Please update it on Google map so no one else go there.

The service was extremely slow-if one person is ahead of you, expect to wait 10-15 minutes. The staff is friendly enough but obviously poorly trained. I will drive to a further location and not go back here, despite its very convenient location.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Not sure if they are new but There are two people working the counters but takes forever to process a drop off for one customer. Go to a shoppers location nearby.

This location is the new "malvern" post office and replaced the one that was located at the Malvern Shopping Plaza. The size is almost the same and you have use the aisles of the pharmacy to line up.

As the picture suggests it's in the pharmasave, but the pharmasave is not at 31 Tapscott it's at 1152 Morningside. The Tapscott location has been closed for months by the looks of it.

This is the slowest Canada post in Canada I swear!!! Every time I come here it takes forever just to drop a simple package the staff here are so incompetent I hate coming here

I am going here for a few years now, to pick up and send my items; sometimes they get busy, but they are friendly and doing their best to help people. Never had any issues.
