Today I attended your car wash at 9am with my 2 year old son to clean my work vehicle, I arrived and started to exchange coins I had saved (10c, 20c, 50c coins) in your coin exchange, the treatment I received as soon as I had arrived was disgusting,as I was using the coin exchange a gentleman asked me if i had planned on using the carqash facilities, i very politely sais i was, I exchanged my coins and moved to the vaccume area where I proceeded to empty rubbish and arrange my office (my work car is my office) the entire time I was doing this, I was being watched by the mentioned gentleman and his girlfriend, to say it was uncomfortable is an understatement!! As I was continuing what I was doing the gentleman came over to the bin area to watch me. 2 minutes later he came over and started to accuse me of being a "repeat offender" and "always bringing large bags of coins" to his car wash, no where was there signage to say not to use large amounts of coin ( I exchanged $10) I tried to explain to him that I'm a DV survivor and to please stop yelling at me in a very aggressive manner, to which he said he could careless and onlying stopped when I called the police. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND ILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT! Side Note: I was informed by police that the gentleman in question was not the owner but an employee!! Great customer service!

The Automatic car wash doesn’t work as per the claims, I have used it twice today for my Subaru Forrester, extreme for 12.20$ and express for 8.20$.. i went withe xtreme wash initially and auto car wash stopped in middle of the wash and it didn’t clean more than half if the car, now that my car was already covered with soap and i cam back and opted for express service and this time too i faced same issue. I tried checking with staff but no one was available and mobile number on this page doesn’t work at all. —————————————————————————- Update: Service has reached out and they were kind enough to refund the amount.

The change machine failed to give the total change. Inserted $20 and received $11. Logged the issue using the QR code there as it is unattended Car Wash and no direct number to call. Didn’t get any response. Hoping to get contacted by this review and get help sorted this. More than money it is trust issue with this Car Wash. Update: Changing my review as I have been paid back my money which was stuck into the changing machine. This shows that the management is concerned about their customers. Thanks.

04/03- the owner is absolutely gentleman to look into the issue and resolved it with timely manner. Really appreciate the professional attitude. I will go again and try the auto car wash service again. Thank you. Today paid for the extreme auto car wash and it did not work. It deducted 15 AUD, but did the service for 13 AUD. is there anyway this can be communicated to the right and concerned person here? 28/02 - I have shared the details as you have requested. Selected deluxe wash on their auto car wash, then paid and drove forward, say there for a bit and the machine never turned on. I called the number to ask for a refund and got voicemail. So left them a message explaining the machine took my money and I’d like a refund. Called again, and again with no reply. Never going back there again. I will keep contacting them until they answer the phone and money is back in my account.

Just BAD, stay away from this car wash. There isn't 0 star hence giving 1. The drive through did not work waited for almost 4-5min. even payment receipt did not come from the auto car wash vending machine, I opted for delux $10.20. No one to contact when system at fault. There is the number in drive through which no one picks up, called that number so many time. Really bad experience.

I have been washing my cars there for years but the last 2 times it has not been clean.Second time I have washed my car there and it has come out dirty still. The multicolored soak was only on the left side and not on the right today The time before the car was still dirty from door handles down Will go to Railway ave from now on. Dearer but at least you get a clean car.

Spent $12 on the extreme wash at the drive through to wash my car, drove through after paying and drove forward as the arrow showed only for nothing to happen. Car wash took my money and didn’t work at all. Tried calling the number multiple times and have not had any response back.

This car wash does a terrible job! $16-18 to clean a car is daylight robbery in itself but to not actually do a good job as well. In this current financial climate running a business would be hard but this type of price increase should be enough to bury it. Good luck

good quality equipment and time for money spent. Man there today provided me no longer kept vending machine items which was very welcoming and nice of him while i used car vac. Very happy with glass wet wipes and wife love tree smelling item too.

Had the pleasure of using this car-wash today, first time ever using a "do-it yourself" wash. Had zero idea what to do, but the young man "Matt" who works here showed me what to do and suggested which products to use was super informative

Paid for extreme auto car wash and it didn't work. Don't pay while other car is in the wash. I think the machine doesn't count you in. No one is answering the phone as well. I would like my money back, otherwise I will never come back.

never using this carwash again.. 3 price changes in 1 year... i was using werribee car wash before and the only reason i was using this carwash because it was cheap.. will go back to werribee car wash as they have the stability ..

While washing my car the head of the soap brush fell onto the bonnet of my car and has caused scratches on it... there was no one available to show this to and no phone call or online chat responded to.. bad customer service!!!

Your Brushes can make scratches on my car . If the time is running you guys should not be stopping customers for no reason. Now I wonder why the tradies working on site were higher in numbers than the actual customers

Nicely situated car wash with reasonable price for self serve bays.. change machine is usually in working condition.. foam brush could be of a bit better quality though.. overall experience washing car here is great..

Very nice car wash. You can pay min 5 bucks by card for handwash. Vaccum is also the best one in this whole area. However, air freshener spray doesn't work font burn money for it. Been burnt twice.

Waste of money, it stopped working in the middle of automatic wash. I paid 12$, no one there to respond, also removed their mobile number to call for help. Dont recommend. I did wash manullay.

Open 24/7 and in a convenient location! The guy that was working there was helpful with helping me figure out how to best use the different modes, it's really easy to use! Will be back

Unfortunately the laser wash didn't clean my car so I still had to hand wash it after paying $12. Also it doesn't have the air dryers so you leave with a wet car which isn't idea.

Great car wash!! Always clean and tidy machines are great lots of effort has gone into recently there's been lots of little upgrades which is a nice touch

Place is not quite nice and have no separate brushes to clean tyres. Also, I think the instructions to use are not clear. Price is reasonable.

Half of the time their machine is not working !! Pathetic .. Sometime the machine gives three power wash and sometimes it gives one power

Did not really get all of the dirt of my car and the bottom of my car was still dirty, would not use again $12 for not very good job

I love the upgrade.. the one small thing I miss is the clean underneath the car that was included in the old wash automatically.
