Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The cars also looked like trash. After trekking from 40 minutes out of the way we decided to not even rent a car because the place is so terrible. I would pay twice as much rather than deal with these fools ever again. Highly suggest going somewhere else.

Customer service was great. They were kind and freindly to me. The car I recieved had minor body scratches. The vehicle is satisfying my need to travel for a short period of time and not pay a high cost. They are a small company providing a low rate. I am grateful to have found this rental service.

Not the best and there cars have a lot to desired but you get what you pay for. For $30 I got a minivan with the rear bumper duct taped on, no radio and suspension of a wheel barrow but its $100 cheaper than name brands, also reservations mean nothing first come first served was my experience

My experience was top notch! Not only was it the most affordable place in Brooklyn, the staff was very courteous, and this is definitely a place I'd use again! The car I got was from 2015, but it was in excellent shape, and my driving was smooth and seamless! Definitely a keeper!!!

This business is totally fraudulent. I rented a car from them last fall. It had no EZ Pass. When I asked them how I would navigate the bridges that have no cash option [like the RFK], they told me that the state now bills to the license

Omg horrible car rental. The car was full of ants. Yes ants! We didn't realize until we were on our way. When I told one of the guys incharged of cleaning he was like hmm I don't see ants anywhere. The receptionist was not help either.

Herbal our car was in upgrade but it was really very old and our car started shaking side to side and we were on the highway coming back from Pennsylvania horrible company go somewhere else

Said lights were working, when I drove at night noticed the lights weren't working. Also they told me once that a certain car is working great, car almost broke down. Very untrustworthy

Not very good informtion about their billing of toll roads - and if you will use toll roads it'll cost you. Difficult to pay these charges yourself, without Dollar taking a cut.

They have low rate but the car is old and darty also when I pickup the car the guy who is working outside bad vhaber he also ask me to give him my sunglasses it's crazy .

As other reviewers said, service is terrible and cars belong in the trash. Would suggest to look elsewhere. Safety first, don't drive recall/outdated/ unserviced cars.

Easy peasy. I used payless car rental and it was a breeze. The shuttle was convenient and all the drivers were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Cars are pretty old but prices always low (often the lowest). Close to home and nice people. Makes living in central BK infinitely more convenient!
