Worst car wash I have ever been to. Staff do not have a clue about how to speak to customers or do what they are supposed to do which is simply to wash a car. My car was not cleaned properly as certain areas still had mud on them. I know what you pay for is what you get but still of you pay for wash and dry service. Then the car needs to be washed properly and dried properly. On the day of the visit there were not many customers so the staff had plenty of time to wash and dry the car something that they are incompetent doing, as it was still was still dirty, wet and has foam on the front of the car. I do not recommend this business.

15th April 2023 took my car to this car wash £8 wash and dry sounded like a great price however, my car was filthy after they had said it was done no manager present bunch of lazy young UN's washing your car not to mention poor lady Infront had no idea they was using a sponge on her alloys and then using same sponge on the body work... Avoid at all costs asked how much for inside doing lad said £20 that's £12 difference from the wash and dry appauling car wash should be shut down! won't be using this place again and will warn everyone I know not to use..

This hand car wash is shocking!!! Should see my car!! It’s far from clean!! It’s so bad it need re washing!!! £8 for that!!! I could have done better chucking a bucket of dirty water at the car!! This has happened to both my car and my husbands in the last month!!! We WILL NOT BE RETURNING! EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! Doesn’t even warrant one star but won’t allow me to post it otherwise

I have been having my car washed @ Car Spa for many years now. I had my car washed today, we drove home and realised that they have not even washed the front of the car properly, it was still muddy! They did not apply the tyre dressing on either, lately the standards are dropping! That's the reason i am posting this review!

The only place I get my car washed and valeted they do a brilliant job never let me down I’ve even come last minute so many times for my valet they’ve always got it washed and cleaned for me then n there .... their friendly and their customer service is fantastic I would definitely recommend it to friends and family …

Googled hand car wash last minute on a Sunday and this one popped up with great reviews so decided to try. The team on were great, really thorough, attention to detail and efficient. My car smells great and looked immaculate (until the UK rain -_- ) and good value for money. Definitely recommend!

Must have changed hands. Called to get my Kangoo van to get washed yesterday. They didn't even wash the roof of the van. Missed parts of panels of the van. When I pulled up chap said £8 then saw me have £10 in my hand then said very quickly £10. Not impressed with their service at all. Avoid.

First time going here. Just bought a car that was in serious need of a clean. Staff were very friendly and even offered coffee. After a good wash amd a clean the car looked and smelled fantastic. Would definatley recommend and will return again. Thankyou so much guys

Must've changed hands, £8.00 for the worst car wash I've ever had. Will cost me another £6.00 to take it through one of the petrol station automatic washes they've done that bad of a job. And it took 25mins. Don't know what they're doing. AVOID.

Really disappointed at my second car wash here. I had to go round my car when I got home to wipe of dirt they’d lightly washed off, had to polish the chrome myself and the tyres and alloys had barely been touched! Won’t be returning.

Very disappointed in the general wash of my car today. Wheels still dirty patchy dirt on the body and doors not clean properly so had to go over it at home and after the price rise to £8 I won't be going back here I'm afraid …

Came in yesterday (red corsa) got a full vallet done. Couldn't reccomend you guys enough. You all work really hard and it reflects in the results. Nothing beats getting back into your car after a really good clean! Thanks guys! :)

Paid £6 up front (which isn't right) . Took more than 45 minutes as there were only 3 on, very rude staff member and poorly cleaned, bits of bodywork missed and alloys hardly touched. Rubbish, don't go.

Very average car wash. I know you get what you pay for, but for £6 my car wasn't dried properly or my tyres dressed...as was advertised. I will not go there again.

I got my car cleaned on Saturday, by Monday it was dirty again... Waste of money It's clear that the cleaning products that they use aren't very good otherwise

For £6, wash, wax, dry job done!! Only one thing is that they need to change the sponge water!!!! Free tip of the day.
