Have been going to Mr. Gama Flores for about 10 years now... and I don't know what I'm gonna do if he ever decides to quit...He has never steered me wrong. He is fast efficient, knowledgeable, fair pricing and a kind god loving man. Every time I had to take my car to the shop I would always call around and every time, he has the faster service, cheaper price, and great customer service. So I stopped calling around and now he is my go to guy!...Plus the times he has fixed something, it has never gone bad, where I've had to take it a second time for the same issue... he is great about giving me heads up when something is going bad and he will prioritize which ones need attention first,and no he is not the type that tells you something else is wrong... usually when i take my cars he will fix check everything and tell me everything in your car is in good shape... i hate going to places where they tell you there are 10 things wrong and after fixing then 10 more things are bad as well... thanks the lord for him.. my vehicles are all 2003 models so he has taken very good care of my vehicles.

I have been using Car Tec since 1990 and I never regretted it. I live on the northeast side and I found them more accessible by bus than mechanics located closer to me. There have been small jobs where I used someone closer to me only to suffer a sales pitch to up sell something that I really don't need. I can always trust Car Tec to do what it is needed correctly the first time. I never have had a warranty issue. They have a great testimony and they really care about their customers.
