Inconsistent service. Two out of the last four times I have been there, the manual wash bay has run out of polish or detergent. The system should have "low level" warnings on all supplies so an attendant can refill supplies before they run out (or at the very least have an illuminated warning sign on the bay advising not to use the bay). This should be a relatively easy fix. Quite a few years ago, the cycle time and the number of wash passes in the automatic, hands-free, wash were reduced so the washing quality declined. It is good to get basic dust off, but not good for a proper wash.

Came here today to wash my car after parking in the airport for 3 weeks, caked in dust. Tried the $16 touchless laser car wash and was pleasantly surprised with the great results! The owner was very helpful - showed me how to use the wheel cleaner pre-wash before driving into the main bay. Total car wash took just over 5 mins and the results were better than I could’ve done myself Definitely will be coming back

Excellent wash bays, probably the cleanest I have even seen. You can pay it by credit card, app, or cash. There is also a change machine. Very convenient. Most important thing is that there was no lineup here whenever I came. And it’s 24/7. The only drawback is the price. It’s not pricy, but it is certainly more expensive than most BP wash bays.

MEMBERSHIP = Was not thrilled that over a few month period , many times the car wash did not register my details , the app wasn’t working and there was ongoing technical issues. After making it clear via email tried few times to no luck ; there was no reimbursement , sincere apologies or prompt responding. Took business elsewhere.

Touch free wash leaves a lot of unclean spots even on the $16 one. Vacuums are the part that work really well. Powerful and fair timing for your buck. The self wash are also fair cost wise and the place is kept really clean. So all in all i think they deserve a 4 star.

Terrible pressure on the hoses. The end has bent hose top piece. So it only spins one way. Dirt everywhere and the brush they supply were severely worn, combine that with the prices are higher then other diy washes. The hoses are also too short.

This is my favourite car wash in the Mitcham/Donvale area. Heaps of foam from the foam brush, a choice of $1 or $2 for the vacuum. Great location, and makes me feel great driving out with my car looking sexy again...

Convenient as no car washers where open in most places in Melbourne or regional Victoria only complaint is machine didn't dispense change of operation very fast going from wash to rinse an clear coat on self wash

The time allocated was not enough to go round the car. I could not have sufficient time to soap the car nor enough time to spray off the soap water. One and a half minute is too short for ever dollar deposited

No good if you gave a black car, I've been super thorough and tried a few times but unfortunately the result I get is always pretty mediocre. Fine for other colour cars I'm sure but black shows everything.

Upon arrival the owner was there and happened to assist me with a small problem involving a double payment. He sorted it and helped me with my car wash. What a great man and fabulous service

You can use their Ezy Wash App to pay for the car wash bays , laser wash and vacuums which is good if your like me and rarely have coins on you anytime u go to the car wash..

Ive been coming here for about a year now and the automatic wash is getting worse and worse, spent another $10 re doing the job in the DIY bays

Top class. All of the brushes and wash sprays have plenty of soap added to ensure great wash. Very well serviced car wash.

Never used one before, easy to use ok instructions. Not a great clean, bring your own sponge to clean fully about $15

Good one, just a bit pricy compared to down the road along Doncaster Rd which is closed at the moment for reno.

Touchless wash is good. I wouldn't risk the swirls you would get with the self brush wash.

Car wash is good, but lack of drying when paying for the ultimate wash was disappointing.

Products aren't very good, $1 gets you like 1 minute overall don't recommend

Washing options are well timed, so you have enough time to wash and spray.

Does what a manual car wash should do. Credit card facilities are a plus.

$10 pet wash bit expensive for a small dog left half the time on machine.

The soap left blue staining/ residue on my car after about an hour!!
