Very good carwash. I've tried few carwash and this one really works very well. I need to wash a muddy 4wd and lots of pressure soap is needed for the mud to come off from underneath the car and the high pressure water throw lots of water which is also very good for what I need (most of teh others have pressure but not a lot of water). The chemicals are also very good with good washing power and I found that the time/$ is also very good. I have to travel all the way from Frankston but it's worth it. Keep up the good work guys!!! I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews for the automated wash but went for it. Three options: $11, $14, $16. I used the $14 option. The process was far more simple and quick. The clean was good too...some minor areas (back of mirrors too dirty with insect hits and some insects stuck on the front grill after a regional trip) didn't get cleaned...but some areas which were difficult to clean (logos, under the rear spoiler, chrome) did end up shining and dirt free. Will be using them regularly.

I went there on Saturday morning on 27/07/19 It cost me $5 for 17mins didn’t finish my car so put paid anther $5 and show anther 17 mins Still didn’t finish washing my car. remember I arrived at 10.30. When I tired to speak to the person on duty he had no clue this was now only 11am I guess what I am saying : the machine told me I had 17 mins each time yet I wasn’t even there for 30 mins JOKE Money making??? People need to know how they are getting ripped off

Worst carwash I had ever been to. I paid for the basic was $12. After I exited from the wash bay I found my car was almost as it was before the wash. I then had to use the manual carwash with another $5. There are errors on the auto wash as well. On another occasion it kept calling "enter" I did and it just sprayed the soap and showed me the sign to exit! So I again had to wash my car at the manual wash bay. Spent $22!!! I would try to avoid going there again.

First time using the automatic car wash on Tuesday and I'm impressed. The free pink pre soak in the buckets were full and easy to use, a much appreciated added bonus. The drive in automatic car wash was relaxing and it seemed quick. I wasn't sure if my car was cleaned properly. But when I drove out the other side, jumped out to check the cleanliness, I was shocked. All the caked on bird poop was gone and my car sparkled!! You have a return customer.

These places are all very similar really, however the reason I gave just two stars was this. The place looked run down. The coin machine obviously very well worn and well used and the foaming brush, while it appeared to be missing a No of bristles, also didn't give foam, rather a pink liquid which I guess was the detergent minus the foaming. C'mon guys this place is obviously doing plenty of business. How about maintaining it.

Entry is either through Springvale Rd OR Heatherton Rd (but you need to follow the signs from the carpark). Vacuums are located prior to the wash so it gives you an incentive to vacuum your neglected car mats whike you wait for the person in front, $2 for vacuum. The dial on the wash option board has seen better days so be sure you got it selected on the right option, otherwise your high-pressure rinse is actually polish...

Owners were shocking, bad customer service and they where cussing at me in Vietnamese thinking I wouldn’t understand them, when I asked them a couple things. They also tried to “turn off the water” when I was half way washing my car. Would never come back here, wouldn’t recommended anyone to be honest. The car was down the road past Springvale station at PUMA, is way better you get like 3mins for $1 !

Its a nice car wash but its my opinion that timer runs very fast as compared to other car wash's. Its just my opinion. And also sometimes the brushes doesn't dispense enough soap. Other than that its a gud place. There is a separate area for dog wash as well, which is very convenient and helpful. Nice location. Plenty of parking if u want to park and dry off your car..

I seem to get 30 seconds less self washing time at this car wash, compared to washes closer to my house. At closer washes, I get 3 Minutes & 30 seconds for $2. At this car wash (Springvale), $2 gets me 3 minutes only. All those 30 seconds blocks lost add up over time. Over 12 months of washes, say approx. one to two washes per fortnight, its mind boggling the $ and time lost.

Was not impressed have been going there for years n always been happy. The bay I went into took my money and did not work. Left that bay n went to another wS working on the setting I put it on then nothing else worked. Tried to call the no on the door for after hours no answer try again later was the message. Tried again later the message was this phone is not available.

Terrible automated car wash. Spent $17 for the premium option which last what was like 5 mins and when I came home and wiped it down with a towel there was still so much dirt everywhere! Also lots of inconsiderate people using the manual wash, like taking their sweet time wiping down their car when there is clearly a queue behind them.

I usually take reviews for places like this with a grain of salt. But I’m very unhappy with the result of the automatic car wash. I paid for the $15 superior wash and I guess you get what you pay for. The windows were cleaned but the rest of the car wasn’t even touched. Attached pics are from AFTER the car wash!

This is my go to carwash. Always well maintained brushes and hoses. Also the minimum requirement is only $1 unlike most places which charge a minimum of $2. I find that I spend less money here than other places and get a better outcome! Must go if you live in the area or even if it's a little out of your way

Had the worst experience. The coins get stuck in the machine and cannot identify $1 and $2 coins correctly. Several times I got only 1 min 30 sec for a $2. The foam brush wasn’t working properly. Machines and equipment are not serviced and maintained. Wouldn’t recommend the place for anyone

Not the best around..I have visited few times and area is filthy..owner should take bit more care to improve the cleanliness..slightly expensive as well..if you choose laser wash which is the automated option ..I coukd not see the diffarance between $15 vs $10..both seems to be same..

“Worlds best” bahahaha. Dirty and well worn out place, had a hard time deciphering the auto wash. Somehow got charged $16.50 for one wash. Wash felt like it worked, until it dried. Grime from recent rain still there, could’ve done the same hosing it at home. Sorry cannot recommend.

UPDATE I changed car to a CX-9 and this car wash doesn't get the back end at all so it is no use to me; perhaps they need to change the infrastructure. It usually does quite good job at cleaning the car but you do have to do the under the rear spoiler has the Jets don't get there

Put $8 in the machine, no high pressure soap. Called the boss over, he explained the machine not working. He offered me $2 refund. Told him to keep the $2. Thanks but no thanks. He couldn't understand that my car would still be dirty if there was no soap. Waste of time and money

WORST CAR WASH EVER. Used their $17 laser car wash . All the dirt is still there on the car . Lots and lots of scratches all over my car . Don’t recommend this car wash . Not even washed car for 5 minutes . Waste of money and now the car looks horrible with all the scratches.

Selected and paid for the premium $16 touch free car wash (charged me $16.50 with 50 cents surcharge fee). But it ended up giving me the basic wash, just foam washing and raising, no was no drying. Have no idea what happened. Strongly not recommended, it’s money grabbing.

Simple enough for the first time. I used the vacuum. Just dropped the coin in the machine and it started automatically. The only thing is that it doesn't tell you the time you have and I just barely finished vacuuming before it stopped. So kinda need to be fast.

High pressure soap hasn't been working for a while. Bit expensive for poorly maintained equipment and facility. Not allowed to use a cloth for where the soap brush wont reach or may damage. Wouldn't take brand new car there, brush tends to leave fine scratches.

Non functioning car wash. Owner refunded me $3 Of the $15 I had put into the machine. Soap didn't get through and the pressure was dismal too. Not to mention wasting my time. The refund was insulting. Never going back. Rubbish Service.

Recently found out that car vacuum machine at this place is stronger than a few places where i have been to.and it good that there are extra 2,3 vacuum machine so u can do vacuum while waiting for your car wash turn.quite flexible.

It's at such a great spot.. Park just opposite.. MacDonald's just across the BWS bottle shop and waltzing Matilda hotel..it gives better time for your money than most other carwash around the area. Great vacuum cleaners as well..

One of the worst automatic car wash i have ever been to.. did not clean the car at all.. had to clean my car after getting extreme car wash.. although the self car wash is good but will not recommend auto wash at this place.

Laser cash wash was useless.. such a waste of money.. was in a rush so went through that and paid $15 for literally nothing..car came out as dirty as it was before.. not recommending it to anyone..rather wash it on my own..

I used the deluxe auto car wash for 13.50$ and it was an horrible experience. There was still so much dust left on my car that I could draw on it . I won’t recommend the auto car wash to anyone, absolute waste of money.

Good thing of the place is you c ask pay by cards. The vacuum I used was not so powerful. Really had to struggle with the vacuuming as suction wasn't the best. Place could be a bit more cleaner too.

My car came out as dirty as it started even after two run throughs. The owner refused to give me my money back blaming it on me for puttinf too much wax on the last time I washed it.

This car was is the best,it's always clean.the wash detergent works better than the other car washes.i have used them all,it's colours are pink green red purple colours detergent.

It was ok to use the auto detailing but not friendly to get more option in it to select. Cleaning was good but need more soap pressure for some stick marks to get off. #carwash

Don't bother coming in during the afternoons they get busy and packed. Best fora late midnight clean and detail. Spend about $17 here per visit. 2 × 5min Self wash 1 × vacum

I go there every week, best car wash in Springvale. They have really nice washing chemicals. I tried some others, but they failed to remove brakes dust and grease properly.

Power went off and no one taking the call at about 8pm. An hour later though, mr Peter called me back offering refund. I was waiting my turn so I declined but very happy.

They have a drive through that also has a brush and bucket to prewash before you drive through There were a lot of streaks of residual soap not properly rinsed off

The worst car wash I've been too, soap still on windows and dirty still. Paid $17.00 and it was only worth $5, and that's been generous. Won't be seeing me again.

Good place to have your car wash here at reasonable price,plenty of carpark lot.You vacumn your car first while waitting for other to finish washing their car.

My favourite place, change machine available, self wash and machine drive through wash available, dog wash available too, vaccums and deodorants available too.

Good price for touchless automated car wash, gets busy so can sometimes be a wait. Also has self wash and cleaning bays, 3 in total and 2 automated car wash.

Car wash is fine but the dog wash needs to be updated, no water pressure so you can't rinse the soap out and to make it worse the dryer is far too weak.

We go here to use the self wash option. Everything works great, never had any issues. My partner says it's his favourite one in Springvale …

The spray is always powerful and the brushes are well kept. The best thing tho are the vacuum more suction then other carwash spots in the area

Besides the automatic car wash not cleaning your car properly It is convenient & handy when you want to vac or hand wash your car
